The Trump Theorycraft Train to Un'Goro
The self-proclaimed Mayor of Value Town has been up to his usual post-reveal theorycraft now that the entire Journey to Un'Goro set is out in the wild, and oh boy does he have some ideas. Below you can find all of Trump's creations. It sure will be interesting to see if any of them can go further than his Old Gods C'Thun Druid!
Thanks to ShadowsOfSense for putting these lists together from Trump VODs! A true hero.
Spotlight: Elemental Tempo Mage
No Mage Quest here but we do see the Elemental tribe make a strong appearance alongside the new Mage Legendary, Pyros. The goal is to always have something awesome to drop on the field and to use Elementals throughout to always active their synergies.
Lots of common Mage tools in the deck, so let's highlight some of the new cards you'll be playing with.
Elise the Trailblazer
Awesomesauce. Seriously, this card is going to be great since you've got some good draw to help thin out your deck, improving the changes of obtaining your pack. The value of the pack is higher than a normal pack you'd buy out of the store as you are on average going to get a Legendary but will at the very least get a rare. It should also be noted that the expansion contains 22 Elemental minions, which are great for synergies within your deck.
The 2 Mana to play Un'Goro Pack is just so silly. You should be sent to jail for getting 5 cards for that cheap because its an absolute steal, especially when that hand thins out late game! This card is the new Loatheb.
Blazecaller
The better Firelands Portal! You'll cut out the RNG factor and due to the amount of Elementals in your deck, and Elemental generation potential, you should almost always be able to play this later on in the game.
Tol'vir Stoneshaper
This is one annoying stone cat, and beats out the classic Sen'jin Shieldmasta by a mile. It should help kick any aggro you find to the curb and be a nice annoyance like our old friend Sludge Belcher to anyone else you come across. Play it alongside one of those cheap Elemental tokens you received early on via Igneous Elemental to keep the synergy rolling onto your next turn.

Spotlight: Quest Rogue
Rogue isn't dead! Well, at least we hope it isn't! The deck makes use of the new Rogue Quest, The Caverns Below which grants Crystal Core.
- The deck plays off of low-cost minions which can be played whenever drawn and to get out tons of damage once your Quest completes for the ultimate in value.
- You should use Mimic Pod or Thistle Tea to draw one of your cheap minions.
- Shadowstep or Youthful Brewmaster will help bring that minion back to hand to get extra plays. Shadowstep preferably!
- The quest will complete very quickly and then you just need to go crazy! 5/5 Patches the Pirate - the Dream!

All The Decks!
In total, we've got 12 theorycrafted Un'Goro decks from Trump. Do you have any awesome ideas for new decks?
Jade will stomp them all. WIll be a sad story, like the Grand Tournment.
I think saying Jade will top them all is jumping to conclusions. I'm not denying that Jade decks will still be strong, but the relative power of all of the cards being released in Un'goro is very high.
In fact, I think elemental decks, specifically, will challenge the Jade decks the most. It would be very easy to build a tempo deck that can simply roll over a jade deck before it even has the chance to get rolling.
You can be wrong. In this expansion a lot of playable cards for 3-7 mana (at least several 8/8 for 5 with effects). So this will greatly improve mid-range decks - so Jades can turn to be too slow to resist decks alike Dragon Priest or MidRange Shaman from current meta. At least any Elementals build already seems like a huge problem for Druid.
Brann Bronzebeard rotating out. Druid losing Mulch as a direct hard removal, as well Living Roots and Raven Idol, thus to be said Druid become more minion-oriented, not that much fuel for Gadgetzan Auctioneer to cycle Jade deck.
I was playing old school zoo lock this morning, it and it was kind of fast at the point that jades had no chance, in average, of gettint it rolling. So maybe, if the elementals are more tempo orientade they may have a change.
But I don't see they towards tempo. They have some things that deal damage to gain the board, but there are many other that are value orientaded, like gaining taunt and divine shield, or putting an elemental in your hand, etc.
In this perspective, they be more mid range and more value gaining. Maybe they will turtle the game a little, thus, losing to jade.
jades strong but a lot of these cards are powercreeped, druid op confirmed
*sees he's suggesting 2 Thistle Teas*
*disregards everything*
Just to remind you guys, this is the guy who said Dr boom is bad and will not see any play because of troggzor. Take his theorycraft with a grain of salt.
A lot of pros said that Dr. Boom would be bad, mostly because they thought it was far too slow, you can use this arguement for just about any pro players picks.
Based just on card description before release, a LOT of people assumed Boom Bots were true random, not the never-the-wrong-move, targets only enemies pure bonus they ended up being, because no way would they release a card THAT good.
The thing that irked me hard about Trump lately is his blatant disrespect for Silent Knight. Dude just did a wrapup review and said the card never saw play when it was in a tier 1 deck for a month+ AND was a card he spoiled. Seriously, how can you be that oblivious?
Trump puts up a lot of useful stuff, but I'm starting to wonder how closely he actually pays to the competitive scene.
Trump must know alot from playing this patch alot.
"Theorycraft"
Jebaited
I think Trump is underestimating what can happen with an extra turn. Coming from a M:TG background, Time Warp was banned fast.
I think that it will be more effective than Emperor Thaurissan in enabling combos. that the developers have deemed un-interactive.
Edit: I didn't watch the video and just realized that he has a quest mage in the list.
Guy does not have a clue. Time Warp was not banned. Hell, they even reprinted it. Same mana cost in both games too.
