2014, everyone on Hearthpwn: This freakin Dr. Boom, u seein this shit?? A 7/7 minion and 2 boom bots for just 7 mana? BLIZZ Y U NO NERF?
2018, everyone on Hearthpwn: Oh, Shudderwock? That thing which does basically anything you want while filling your hand with free copies of itself and basically wins games on its own? Naaah definitely not op, just kill him before turn 9.

I noticed that you haven't been a member for too long, so great job and getting a deck with a 10+ rating already!
You have a good thing going here. It may not be successful on the ladder, of course, but you can go ahead and make budget/optimal changes in the description area for people looking to improve it or make it work for them. Even if you don't have the cards yourself, you could suggest changes like saying
"You may find Whirlwind alone is weak, so replacing x1/2 Tar Lord for x1/2 Sleeping with the Fishes will help you"
If you ever need help getting around or something the community is (usually) helpful. Other times its people stuck at ranked floors who don't know what they are talking about

He did say the deck wasn't created to climb ladder. Just because you found a deck on the frontpage doesn't mean it's viable (though it usually does), it just means it got popular enough to make it to the frontpage.

Too long; Didn't Read: Yeah, the meta might be shite right now, but most of your observations, assumptions and predictions are god awful
Alright, lets get a few things straight. Team 5 is notorious for getting some things wrong/seemingly over looking things entirely when it comes to balance. The design team in particular is fairly small (iirc 15 people) in comparison to the entire community.
Patches the Pirate was an obvious misstep from the get-go when pirate warrior was still a thing, yet Team 5 decided to beat around the bush by nerfing Fiery War Axe and Small Time B U C C (to be fair, this one kinda needed a nerf), and introducing Golakka Crawler.
Raza the Chained wasn't neccesarily THE problem with Highlander priest. but rather the combo with Shadowreaper Anduin that allows 24+ (often around 28-32 or so). Nerfing Shadowreaper to only allow 2-3 hero power uses (though it may be confusing to newer players) could have been a viable fix, but they instead decide to nerf a card on its way to wild without even seeing how it does there first, because apparently Ben Brode doesn't even want to touch wild.
Druid, Shaman and Warriors are not dead. They just aren't META. They haven't been treated as kindly by the past few expansions in comparison to other classes, but perhaps that is because pirate warrior and aggro was so dominant for a long time.
Hunters still roam around, yet they aren't META either. The main reason for that was the top tier decks and competing aggro decks that would shut them down. Now that the majority of them are getting shut down, it may make a resurgence.
Pally is in a good spot right now, and mage still violates with exodia (who is actually playing tempo mage at high ranks in this cubelock meta).
Priest is most CERTAINLY not dead. It's most competitive deck, however, is significantly weaker. Spiteful Priest and Inner Fire Dragon priest has been making its rounds.
What takes from your argument the most however, is how you say you have "never played rogue so i dont know what about it". You aren't in a good position to argue about the state of the game when there is an entire class that you have never played. Frankly, you don't even need to play it to have seen kingsbane rogues everywhere.

I got bored of the whole Raza the Chained + Prophet Velen + DK combo about a month and a half in. I play a loaded Dragon/Highlander priest in wild, where those "totally interactive" combo and card draw cards are switched out with value cards like Lightbomb, Ysera, Brann Bronzebeard, and Entomb. So for a person like me, it doesn't hurt me all too bad.
But it feels kinda bitter knowing that Blizzard is MOSTLY doing this because they don't want it to become a rampant problem in wild, as they are with patches. (I can't recall if they ever nerfed a wild card). A change during KoFT would have made more sense, as this was when the DKs were introduced. A change now is kind of abrupt and jarring to the meta.
The patches change is free dust. That card has been a problem ever since it's release, and has grown to this day. Once again though, it's still jarring that they decide to do it now rather than earlier. They nerfed Small Time B U C C before they nerfed Patches FFS.
I don't have many opinions on the Corridor Crepes nerf. I guess they made it the card that it should have been on release.
Bonemare change isn't bad. It seems like a fair card now. An 8 drop with a big impact, just like almost every other 8 drop
Like you said, I wish Bloodreaver Gul'dan and Dark Pact got a nerf. Maybe Gul'Dan would only summon 3, 4 or 5 demons (a full board of them is kinda disgusting) and Dark Pact would be a mana or two higher.
One thing I haven't seen at all though, is people calling for an Ultimate Infestation nerf. The card is still OP, so I'm very surprised they haven't done anything about it. Giving it numbers different from 5 would make it seem awkward, yes. But a 5/5 golem, 5 cards, 5 damage, and 5 armor for 10 mana is still DISGUSTING

Silly me. Forgot to add my screenshot.

Preface
I was dicking around in wild in the 20-16 ranks, either grinding priest wins or doing my quests. Why? Because standard is a fucking joke sometimes. (I couldn't get past rank 14 for the life of me this season, partly because I didn't have much inspiration in the pile of *** around me, also because I was also bad)
Ok. I've gone 14-1 with this deck every time I've used the decktracker, and I have 2 wins and 2 losses (I was dicking around in rank 17 on mobile) from when I haven't used it (I guess you'll just have to believe me). My only changes were a The Lich King for Ysera and Tainted Zealot for Bloodmage Thalnos. Zealot is just as good, if not even better than Thalnos. I don't think I would use Thalnos even if I had it. Anyway, lets break this down
vs Priest
- 5 W - 0L
4 of my 5 games against priest was Quest Priest. I believe 2-3 of those 4 used Reno in addition. Every-single-game was won by Entombing their Amara, Warden of Hope. We would fatigue around the same time, or perhaps they would fatigue before me. But replaying Amara, or having the ability to, would always win me the game. Stealing their own Reno Jackson via Drakonid Operative helped in one game as well. Using Dirty Rat was also a key play in at least two of the games, since you can pull key big cards like Amara or N'zoth. My Kazakus potion luck wasn't the best, but it is almost always best to just go for the 10-mana-polymorph play.
I'll leave replays just in case you care. (They are all < 25 minutes)
vs Paladin -
6 W - 0 L
None of the games were against the deadly, classic Aggrodin, but they were all aggro or handbuff oriented decks. Listen to the mulligans listed above, and you should be in good shape. However, be smart. Around my ranks ( I played at 15-14 mostly) you are going to find people who don't use secrets as inconspicuously as they should, along with people who over commit to boards. For a smart player, you can easily bait and use cards like Lightbomb and Dragonfire Potion to take them out. From there, build your own and watch them run out of steam.
vs Mage
- 0 W - 1 L
The only game I lost to Mage was a TTK mage. I don't beleive he had the Archmage Antonidas + Apprentice package. He opted for the flexibility of the Arcane Giant (and presumably Molten Giant) package. Here's why I lost
vs Rogue, Warrior, Druid, Hunter -
4 W - 0 L
This is very similar to the Paladin games. The only difference is that you are playing Tempo with a side of Control, rather than Control with a side of Tempo (if that makes any sense to you). These are all classes that can overpower and punish you if you are playing too passively as opposed to proactively, especially Keleseth Rogue. Rogue is already a class that benefits off of being able to trade the way it wants and controlling tempo, so recongnize a good time to clear the board (like turn 6-7 before he gets to play Bonemare), use Golakka Crawler and your Kabal Songstealer wisely, and play board clear at the first optimal moment instead of letting him build a better one.
If you read it this far here's a TL;DR. This deck rapes priest, holds its own against aggro and tempo, and is SUPER fun to play. It got me from rank 17 to 10. Thanks for reading, and thanks for the deck u/sxvalentine.

"YoU neRfed My pIraTe waRIoR DEkC to sHit!!!" .
Congratulations, you splurged on an extremely volatile deck and now you want dust back for your choice? If everyone got rewarded with even more than just a dust refund after a card they use renders their deck less powerful, we would have enough dust and gold to make even more cheap budget decks to eventually have complained about and nerfed.

I feel like there isn't enough explaining to this and Blizzard or some streamer really needs to clear things up with a Mythbusters/Bug testing type of thing.
Concern #1: The Shadow Reflections card says "transform this into a copy of it". If that is the case, We should theoretically be able to play the same card every single turn no? My concern is will it ALWAYS DISAPPEAR whether or not it copies a card or if it only disappears if you didn't play a card that turn (basically did nothing except hero power). My guess is that it will always disappear because the card is kinda broken otherwise, but it would be nice if they cleared it up in a mini QnA before the expansion to avoid confusion.
Concern #2: The quote "Shadow Reflection leaves your hand at the end of your turn, so it only works on 5 mana cards or less " feels a bit misleading to me. Does the card STRICTLY work on 5 mana cards or less or could I use any 6 mana card and then use The Coin and/or Counterfeit Coin or even Preparation (since it won't get copied by the Shadow Reflection to get the 2 mana to play the copy of that 6 mana card.
Concern #3: Since the quests were unable to be discovered or obtained through random effects, will the same treatment be applied to DeathKnights? Will you be able to play more than one Deathknight
I just hope Toast gets to this to clear up questions and interactions.
