Was looking for some assistance refining this deck. Got bored and run this up in legend and went 9-2 (small sample size I know). The thing with this deck is that it has more value than you think. The Omu/Germination/Maly/ 2 Moonfire/ Swipe/ Starfire combo is 31 damage assuming you don’t use Elise for your otk. Elise can be used for a second zeph, DQA, even a steel beetle for armor gain. Thoughts much appreciated!!
So, Warlock is like, OMEGA dead cuz Rogue just shits all over it even with double ooze, is there any hope? Any list that doesnt just roll over and die to rogue?

Gidra can be replaced with a multitude of removal options like Crystal Power or Wrath. As for Ysera, it’s a core card to the deck. A significant number of games can be won with this card.
Do you ever have problems with card draw since you run just 1 overflow and no wraths?
Twilight Runner is a card you know. Druid lives or dies depending on if they are able to play the animals early enough, that is reallistically all the draw you need.
This deck isn’t as dependent because the ramp cards become draw later on in the game as well. The combo pieces fill up the hand (5 cards) so a second Overflow felt super clunky!
This expansion seems to have shaken up the wild meta quite a bit, but to summarize the quest mages have gone away, the raza priests have returned, and people are making big kingsbanes
I’m still doing fine with Reno quest mage. Got a sticky finger. I also sit on 7/8 quest completion so they can’t illucia my ass, even if they flush my giants I have DQA 1 cost drags as backup
They will not nerf or change anything a mere two days before GrandMasters begin. Likely atleast week 2-3 before we see any semblance of a balance update.
Having said that, I don’t think anything is overly oppressive. The only cards I would want to be changed is Kael'thas Sunstrider changing the third spell to cost 1, or perhaps make the current effect a battlecry and thus, a one turn effect. And Secret Passage to either cost 3, or reduce the cards drawn to 4. Paladin isn’t really much of an issue, people just haven’t made the refined decks to face it yet. There are cards like Bad Luck Albatross (Pro tip: the 1/1Albatross are beasts, so it messes up Guardian Animals),Ironbeak Owl, and Tinkmaster Overspark available to EVERYONE besides class specific cards like Polymorph and Hex. Complaining won’t help, get thinking and testing!!

Forest Warden Omu is not getting the spotlight it deserves, this card should have NEVER been printed...

Lorekeeper Polkelt is what drives the consistency of this deck drawing 0 cost win-conditions. Without this card, the soul fragments aren’t worth it.
