Just got the dream hand for Tempo Mage, literally the best 5 card combination you could get and playing 2nd which is in this combination exceptional, it happens once in like 100 games:
Just had two awesome games. I'm playing renolock the first opponent played mill warlock. at turn 3 he played Imp Gang Boss, turn 4 he played Mountain Giant, and on turn 5 he played Bittertide Hydra. I played Defile and Shadow bolt. Killing the Mountain Giant, imp gang boss, and dealing 12 to the face. Not bad for 5 mana. I then proceeded to kill him of a couple of turns later.
The game after it was my renolock vs Giant Hunter. He had played Naga sea witch, and two giants. I was probably dead. I play kazakus and get a very good 5 mana potion, I also had reno in hand. If I could somehow survive this turn I knew that I could stabilize and eventually win the game. I needed a taunt, and the only taunt I had in hand was dirty rat. I also knew that they play doomsayer. I'm crossing my fingers (knowing that this is the only way I can survive), and then I hear it. The beautiful sound of "The end is coming". The board is cleared and I have a bunch of removals in my hand + reno. Easy game, easy life!

Everything that isn't about elephants is irrelephant.
Have you ever had that moment where you've been a Priest, versing the Lich King to show your friend how to kill him. Then you're bought down to 1 HP, then you use Reno Jackson. Then you're Kazakus Potion gives you Lord Jaraxxus. Then you use Amara, Warden of Hope to have a 40 HP Lord Jaraxxus. Then your Free From Amber gives you Mal'Ganis. Then you absolutely annihilate The Lich King while spamming "You face Jaraxxus, Eredar Lord of the Burning Legion" while your friend watches in awe.
There I was, playing a basic elemental mage... or so I thought. I was doing fine, I'd gotten some good plays off of my Umbra w/ Jade Swarmers and had gotten my golems to 7/7's. Then she drops frost lich jaina. She starts making an insane comeback, freezing the board over and over, getting water elementals right and left. I was topdecking, drew a Shallow Gravedigger. Thought it would be the end of me cause she could just kill it anyway with her hero power but dropped it anyway. Sure enough, she killed it. However, good old Shallow Gravedigger gave me an Anomalus. Hooray. So I drop it on my board of 2 Devilsaur Eggs and hope she doesn't have a silence. She has a Frost Nova instead and brings me within lethal range.
My life flashed before my eyes... This is the end, I thought.
But then, from above, Moat Lurker destroyed that Anomalus, wiped the board, and left me with 2 5/5's and an 8/6.
It felt good to win a game against a Rogue who double Keleseth'd, with my mid-range hunter deck.
I just maintained board control, expecting them to play pirates, backstabs, SI:7 agents, vilespines. Instead, the only significant thing I remember him playing was Shaku, which I deadly shotted. By the time he played Vilespine slayer, I was pretty much pushing lethal.
Oh my god I still love the moment when your opponent plays Reno, pauses briefly as their life total remains unchanged, then realises you played Beneath the Grounds and concedes :D

Happened 3 times in the last two days!
Had players do this against my rogue too. You'd think they would pay attention to the green color around Reno and realize that the only time the card effect is active is when it it orange...
Here's a game from casual. I got the Dopplegangster and the Shaman DK from random cards, and all I wanted to do was get to turn 10 to pull off the combo. I didn't care if I died the next turn. You'll never believe what happens next!
I thought I was going to get steamrolled in arena by a priest with Vicious Fledgling. I had played lich Jaina on curve but even that wasn't looking certain to save me as flappy bird was already 6/6 with windfury. Then my opponent saved me by playing Spellbreaker into my Frozen Clone. Thanks dude, I hope you have better luck on the rest of your run.
R.I.P. flappy bird, I don't even play much arena but I'm glad you're going to be gone soon.
I'm hype about the upcoming free arena runs also. Just last night I was hoping there would be more of those sometime and/or some kind of cool event for Halloween. It was a nice thing to wake up to.
My win rate vs. DK Anduin Priest decks is pretty poor. But man oh man, when you do win - when they just can't get that machine gun bulls*** going ,and when you end up crushing them with a buffed minion... it is SO SO satisfying... it almost makes up for all the losses!
I don't know if this is the right place to post, but it finally happened. I opened a Millhouse Manastorm.
At least it was golden.
edit: SAME PACK I opened a Cenarius! This IS the right place!
I recently opened Millhouse as well, long after when I first dusted him ages ago for having no worth even in most meme decks. Guess I'll keep him this time around.
OT: Aren't you the guy who was posting in the salt thread, talking about losing as priest. Why the separate account, or was it a name change?
Nice
That happens when yogg decides to cast Tree of death!
30 spell post nerf yogg
Turtle powah!
Playing Razakus priest mirror. He has an Acolyte of Pain on board with 9 cards in hand. I burn 2 of his cards - Raza the Chained and Shadowreaper Anduin, followed by concede.

Playing wild with my Blood/N'Zoth Renolock. Hearing "No, you victory proves nothing" 3 times in a row is awesome.
Gorge you hatred, embrace your rage.
Playing Jade Deathrattle rogue w/ Spiritsinger Umbra and Moat Lurker.

Hit rank 15 with a homebrew back in the KOFT days.
Yaayyy...

Combination of "Grim Patron + Defile + some trash to get ticks of Defile" must eb some of the most awesome things you can do with a warlock today.

Nothing like playing against a Rogue who not only plays Keleseth twice, but also manages to "swashburgle" my Tirion Fordring... and I still win!!!
I never really liked Arena, but now...
Wish me luck!
EDIT: I did it!! The last game was intense!

Just got my 1000 win with Paladin in ranked mode. Now I have shaman and Paladin in the 1000 club:)
