    Can someone explain if I am really stupid or this is a bug? I am playing against a Hunter and he has a secret on the board. I have a small minion and a big minion. I attack his face with the small minion to see if it's Freezing Trap. It doesn't trigger, so I feel confident, and attack one of his minions with my big minion, assuming nothing bad will happen. Nope, freezing trap then activates and I lose my big minion.

    The card says "when an enemy minion attacks..."... so why didn't my small minion get returned when I attacked with it?

    This cost me the game, and pisses me off.

    I'm just so fucking sick of Rogues and their bullshit. Every day that goes by I get angrier that Blizzard has done nothing to address this situation.

    I don't agree with the Hunter nerf suggestions. It's not an OP class (now.) Dire Frenzy is fine. It's not as easy to pull off a trick as you think .I've had that card sit in my hand, useless, as I can't get a bloody beast to survive sometimes.

    Rogue is disgustingly OP and requires several nerfs. Yet here we are, the middle of May, and Blizzard still hasn't done anything.

    I have mixed feelings about Warrior. Control Warrior is the worst deck to face. At least Rogue kills you fast. But I don't know if nerfing the hero card is the right way to address this problem. I suspect too, that in the next expansion, new hero cards will be released for the "hero" classes (Mage, Paladin) which might go some way to making the game more balanced. Perhaps that's why they're reluctant to do anything now. But that's pure speculation on my part.

    The problem of Rouge decks are, we can't specify them. They contains both super aggro, control, miracle, potiential late game, in a deck of 30 cards only.

     This is such a great post. Explains every ridiculous insane Rogue move. How can anyone look at this list and not be frustrated?

    And as the last poster noted, there’s also “I’m losing? It’s ok, Myra’s into Chef Nomi = full board that can kill my opponent the next turn!”

    No nerfs,  but a pay to play solo mode this week. Yes Blizzard, you have surely earned more of my money.

    This card is "broken" as it stands now because of how Conjurer's Calling works. Paladin is my favourite class, and I used to deal with something like a turn 3 Mountain Giant by using Aldor Peacekeeper. But now that doesn't really work, because even if I reduce the attack to 1, next turn I see two of them instead. 

    Turn 3, 8/8, and then turn 4, 2 x 8/8. Or, worse, the 7/8 with taunt.

    There should be a bad option for Mages when they use the spell in this way so there is some risk they get a crap minion on the board. But there's no risk at all, so if they hit curve it's GG most of the time.

    I play Mech Paladin (my favourite class) and am running 2 x Bronze Gatekeeper, 2 x Annoy-o-Module, and Zilliax. And I still struggle against Rogues unless I have a good start (and they have a mediocre one.)

    Certainly I can kick ass in the right circumstances. But it is not easy.

    Some highlights from the April 25, 2019 report:

    Ranks 4 -1 has nearly 25% Lackey Rogue, 18% warrior decks, and 13% token Druid decks. So 60% of the decks being played are from 3 classes.

    "Valeera rules Hearthstone. No matter what happens to the rest of the classes, that big black bar is going to stick around. Lackey Rogue is dominant and defines the meta like no other deck. "

    "Lackey Rogue is the best deck in the game, at every rank and skill level. We don’t think there’s a real argument about that." 

    "Warrior is clearly a strong class, but its main strength in the current meta comes from its ability to contest Rogues"

    "Druid’s fall in play rate at legend was no accident. Its win rate has also drastically fallen as a result of several decks teching against the Druid’s board flooding nature."

    "The hard teching against board flooding has also severely impacted Zoo Warlock. ... Now Tier 3"

    --> My own 2 cents is that this simply demonstrates how Rogue is going to control the meta until something is done about it.

    I'm glad this works for you but I share Kif's assessment. I find the secret version is better because your early game isn't dominated by small mechs which can pollute the resurrection pool for Kangor's Engless Army. Also, I need an Aldor peacekeeper in there for those bloody 8/8 or worse Edwins that Rogues play.

     I am really getting sick of mech hunter in particular. Fucking bombs, bombs, bombs, face, face, face, hero power, hero power, fuck you you're dead.

    I am about to tech in that twinspell lifesteal crap for Paladins we got this expansion into my mech Paladin deck just so I can possibly survive long enough in these games.
