Standard-Issues. Still: if a class is really affected by the rotation, it's priest. Simply because they will lose 1 card: Shadow Visions Losing this card alone destroy priest. Mind Blast for example is only useful because of shadow visions. The next BIG thing priest is losing is Radiant Elemental. First useful 2 drop Priest had, and after the rotation they have around 0 useful 2 drops again.
Have to see what the new expansion brings but control mage will be dead, there is nothing to keep big spell mage as a viable deck. Odd tempo mage will still work though I think. That doesn't use aluneth (obviously) and keeps all it's current card draw engines.
Sad how even these rather innocent and proper threads are infested with salty people trying to project their hatred towards certain classes or archetypes. Answer the question, and leave your bias out of it.
Personally, Warlock will be hit the hardest. They pretty much lose all of their succesful archetypes right now. Cubelock will be non-existent, Control Warlock will lose its late-game winco, and Even Lock will also become significantly weaker with the lack of BR Gul'Dan. Warlock's DK was so powerful, it shifted the meta for Warlock classes, with the exception of Zoolock. That archetype, with the added support in the last few expansions, might actually still stick around.
Druid will struggle, as of right now, as well as Mage. As mentioned before, all slow decks Mage has, will perish. There is simply no BSM without DK Jaina. I do think however that a more mid-range form of Odd Mage will become a powerful deck after the rotation.

Mage is already weak, and their remaining core is being completely gutted. Big spell mage is getting it's entire library nuked, and with in goes odd control mage. Burn mage loses aluneth and explosive runes, along with some less-important cards, and it was weak already. Murloc mage won't survive without aluneth and book of specters/archbishop arugula. Exodia mage loses it's core as well.

So... give your opinion on a completely subjective topic without any bias...?
Riiiiiight. Good luck with that one! Lol!
How is it subjective? OP asks which class will be hit the hardest, simple. One's feelings towards a certain class has nothing to do with it. Remarks such as "I'm afraid cancerous OTK decks will still exist." add nothing to the discussion. Or your own prime example of constructive answering in "Really looking forward to an end of the cancer that is Priest right now." Or "Although I'm pretty sure that after the first week or so of the Rotation and the new Set being released some Streamers will come up with gross Net decks and everyone will jump on the bandwagons. " Like, what's the point? Completely unrelated to OP.
You can answer the question looking at powerful cards, which every class has access to, by the way. Shadow Visions is insanely powerful, so Priest will lose value there. UI is an insane card, which makes ramping for Druid not as rewarding anymore, and T5 seems to want to push that class in a different direction anyway.
Likewise, one can safely assume some classes will still be powerful, like Odd Warrior decks, Zoolock, or Even Paladin/Shaman.

The answers here are so diverse. 7/9 classes will be 'hit the hardest'. It is impossible to tell because literally EVERY class gets nuked entirely because there was nothing even close in this year to the power level of last year's sets. It completely depends on the next exp imo. Sure, some classic sets are better than others (rip priest and now druid), but that won't matter as much as who gets x cards from the next exp. Bottom line, it is almost impossible to predict which class will 'be hit the hardest from rotation' because literally everything will be rotates out from each class.
Murloc mage won't survive without aluneth and book of specters/archbishop arugula.
Arugal and Book of specters will stay in standard for another year but murloc mage will probably die anyway because the murlocs and murloc support from Un'goro will be gone.
at topic: I think we will see some classic decks make a comeback. Miracle rogue for example is a deck that is often played when the rotation hits, Zoolock will probably be alive as well as midrange/face hunter.
I see mage, priest and druid struggling as they lose most of their currently played archetypes

Because "Which classes do you think will be hit the hardest by rotation?" is by its very nature about as subjective a question as could have been asked. You can't know objectively, because we don't know how the meta will evolve, what cards will become available. It is, by its very nature a completely subjective question that requires the responder to give purely subjective opinion based on scant and limited information. That much should be fairly obvious to anyone, one would think.
I'm glad to hear that you think my answering is constructive. ^_^ Thanks. At least you managed to get that right - so, well done. Now if you take those constructive comments on board and see what it actually being said rather than emotionally reacting to someone's simple fact-based opinions then you might be able to actively participate in the conversation. Try not to get so triggered just because people like to talk emotively about a subject they feel passionate about. It will get you a lot further in conversations.
Regarding the OP, it would appear that my comments thus far have been vastly more on topic than yours. I believe I spoke specifically about Priest: A class that I believe will be hit hardest from the rotation. Perhaps you should go back and re-read the title of this thread. Remind yourself what the top ic was and then you can come back and apologise for the needless complaining.
All classes except Rogue,Shaman and Warrior will take a really harsh blow from rotation imo...
Druid has already been hit hard by the nerfs and they'll lose Spellstone,UI,Branching Paths,SP,Twig,DK,Oaken Summons,Ironwood Golem and Hadronox... All they're left with is some kind of Token package and Beast and Hero Power archetypes (That at least right now don't look competitive at all) that Blizzard seems to be pushing...
Hunter loses the whole Spell Hunter package,Deathrattle package,Spellstone and most importantly Rexxar and also some early game minions like Razormaw or Dire Mole... They still have Zul'jin and Midrange Hunter so they're still better off than other classes but not as godly as now...
Mage loses the Big Spell package, any kind of leftover support Tempo Mage might have had in the form of Glyph,Arcanologist and Explosive Runes and most importantly FLJ... They still have some kind of Elemental synergy and Jana'lai but without support those won't get the class anywhere...
Paladin loses the DK,Tarim,Steed and some Odd cards but Odd Paladin isn't completely dead imo and also Big Spell Paladin doesn't look that bad compared to other stuff they've trying to push so I'd say Paladin is in a decent spot... Not as great as other classes but not even Druid level...
Priest loses its best AOEs (DK and Psychic Scream),Radiant Elemental (Yeah no more 50 damage in Mind Blasts possible!),the whole Resurrect package,Lyra and also a lot of consistency with Shadow Visions... They're left with basically nothing since Blizzard seems to be pushing weird archetypes for the class...
Rogue loses Vilespine Slayer,Faldorei Strider,The Quest (Thank God this abomination goes away at last!) and a lot of Odd cards like Firefly,Flappy Bird,Tar Creeper,Fungalmancer etc,but they're still left with their godly Classic set (unless HOF screws that up) and they received some nice cards lately so as usual Valeera should be fine...
Shaman loses Volcano, some Elemental synergy and that's it... Even Shaman is basically unchanged and they're one of the few classes that will still have access to a Hero Card so they should be more than okay...
Warlock loses the DK,the Demon package,Defile,Spellstone,Kobold Librarian,Rin,the Quest and Zoo loses half its cards... Also Mecha'tun is no longer possible without Bloodbloom and Cataclysm... So yeah I agree with the OP Warlock will be in a pretty bad position but they still have Life Tap so they'll probably find a way to get into the meta somehow... And also with Gul'dan rotating out who knows Jaraxxus might make a comeback...
Warrior loses Reckless Flurry,DMH and the Quest... Beside the mentioned cards Odd Warrior is pretty much unchanged and without DKs around a fatigue/value oriented build that uses maybe the newly released Dragon Package could make its way into the meta... Also, they still have Dr.Boom while almost all the other classes will lose their Hero Cards...
If had I to rank the classes after the rotation I would say:

Hunter will look very different. Spell Hunter is obviously DoA. I have been experimenting with mid-range builds that don't use the Spellstone, but Flanking Strike is a huge loss for any build. Deathrattle has been viable, but it relies on Rexxar for long matchups. In theory, it could use Spellbreaker to punch through a taunt wall to finish a control deck, but warrior is going to be a big puzzle.

on topic: Mage will need a lot of support (BSM departs and aggressive decks are gone except for Odd Secret Mage maybe) and if they don't want Shaman to remain the one-trick pony it's been for the most part (remember, Even Shaman will be in dire need of some replacements) they have to deliver in April.

Druid has already been crippled after the nerfs. This would just be kicking their walking stick out from under them.

Odd Paladin loses:
Corridor Creeper
Vinecleaver
Stonehill Defender (which often found Sunkeeper Tarim, also gone)
Unidentified Maul
Lost in the Jungle
Fungalmancer
These are huge losses. I think it will take some very good odd cards to make this deck as competitive as it is now, the hero power notwithstanding.
The classes that will be hit hardest from rotation?
Easy to guess!
Every class that will not have any viable Odd deck.
Warlock, Druid, and Priest. Sucks for Druid and Priest because they are already sort of terrible. Rogue loses a lot of fun but is perfectly viable.
"Meaningful discussion". Sigh...
