As a long time hearthstone fan who's currently around rank 5-4 in wild and standard when I used to play it, there's a card which didn't bring that many discussions, yet destroys deathrattle/ taunt minions: Devolve. It's sheer power is insane, and the fact that it cost only 2 greatly improves the already absurdly strong Even Shaman (especially in Wild).
When will Blizzard do another patch that nerf this abomination?
Even though the change might make sense, I think unfortunately you will never see it happen. Blizzard clearly cares very little about wild and will tell you "unbalanced broken cards is what wild is supposed to be about".
You don't like Devolve because it messes up your sentence in a signature :P For real tho, I don't think it's a problem. It is actually one of the cards that makes Shaman still relevant.

Not true. Exhibit A naga nerf Exhibit B both Raza and Patches nerf just before they went into wild plus the buff to Molten Giant a week before its rotation. They do care yet its not their priority.

Those were bandaids. As people who loved naga decks they'd constantly point out that they weren't dominating the ladder and were just unfun to play against. There are so many other issues with wild cards that aren't even on their radar and never will be.
Oh my god there's a deck that is good against the deck I play !!!111

Look, I want to tell you something because you're very dear to me. And I hope you understand that it comes from the bottom of my damaged, damaged heart. You are the finest piece of ass I've ever had and I don't care who knows it. I am so glad that I got to roam those hillsides.
"It's sheer power is insane"...sheer RANDOM power. Yes it takes away deathrattles etc, but the effect is random. You ever devolve a 9 or 10 mana creature? You basically lose either way unless you get extraordinarily lucky. It's also one of the few forms of removal midrange/aggro shaman decks can feasibly run. This is not Witching Hour or Voidlord where the power level mixed with synergy creates actual unbalance; honestly just seems you're salty you got devolved and got bad luck as well.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
Let's nerf Barnes first then we can talk about other cards.... Seriously, there are way bigger problems in Wild (e.g Kingsbane,Big Priest,Warlock DK) than Devolve.... The card is fine,if they use it against high cost minions (Like Voidaddy) they'll still have high cost minions to remove and it's not like Shaman's AOE is that great.... If they use it against small minions they'll probably need also Maelstrom Portal to clear the board.... All the card does is punishing mana cheating and I fail to see how that's a bad thing.... If you really need those Deathrattles to proc just do it yourself or try to make them use the card before playing your big guns...
Devolve isn't really broken, like ppl have said above, if you devolve an 8 or 9 cost minion, it's still a relevant threat. The only thing it really is broken against is spreading plague, which I think is kind of necessary to keep the power level of Spreading Plague in check. Even at 6 Mana, (remember when it was 5) the card is really strong.
Devolve has always been a card that makes me angry. That being said, I don't think it's necessarily an overpowered card, just a "pain-in-the-ass" card. Now cards like that (that weren't necessarily OP, just unfun to play against) have been nerfed in the past like rogue quest and Naga, but those defined an entire archetype whereas Devolve doesn't. My beef with it is the same as mine with Entomb: It screws over big minions with crazy effects and deathrattles that define an entire deck. I play a lot of decks that have crazy combos so that can be frustrating to run up against. Does it need a nerf though? Probably not.
If I had a dollar for every time somebody suggested a nerf just to boost the win rate of their deck, instead of playing a deck that beat the card(s) they were wanting nerfed, I would be rich.
What's next? Nerfing Mass Dispel because it can invalidate the effects of more than 10 mana worth of minions AND draw a card just for 4 mana?
EDIT: You are also only punished by Devolve equal to the extent that you don't play around it. Make a massive board that gets hit by Devolve? Well you ignored what the rest of us learned in beta or vanilla Hearthstone about overextension 101.
Seriously though, I never understood why people consider Even Shaman that good. I played against it a few times and it just felt... average. Yeah, it's the old Midrange Shaman, but eh... Nothing unpredictably good.
Devolve is strong, I agree, but I've also lost so many games because of it on my own side I can't really comprehend why it should be nerfed in any way.

Start of Year: Provoke the failure of 3 expansions, force nerfs on otherwise balanced cards, bring deckbuilding to an all-time low and get rotated one year earlier for being such a threat to the game's health. - Genn and Baku's historical entry on the White Book of Shit Design, shortly before retiring unpunished

There are cards like Barnes and Voidcaller and you are saying devolve is the problem. If devolve got nerfed reno decks and big priest would go wild
i play cubelock and lose 5 games in a row then i play odd paladin and get my stars back wash rinse repeat
