Pirate warrior takes less skill. In quest rogue, you have to be able to count to 4. The quest counter, which is conveniently provided for those quest rogue players who cannot count that high, is also strangely located on the opposite face from the one that they are used to spamming. It means that the occasional quest rogue will have an aneurysm while trying to process this. Therefore, quest rogue clearly takes more skill than pirate warrior, which has no such considerations.
Quest Rogue takes far more skill to play correctly than Pirate Warrior (it's actually not as easy to play Quest Rogue to perfection as people seem to think for some reason) That said you can improve your winrate greatly with both decks by being a better/more experience player.
In terms of which one is the easiest to win with it's clearly Pirate Warrior as it's the best deck in the game and Quest Rogue only arguably makes it into top 3.
Imho Quest Warrior is probably easier to play than both Quest Rogue and Pirate Warrior :P
Pirate Warrior: this deck is very easy to play. all you do is play a overpowered synergies (pirates) on curve. turn 1 mate+patches, 2 bloodsail raider, 3 southsea captain/bloodsail cultist, 4 korkron or naga corsair, 5 leeroy/arcanite reaper for the win. This is very simple but there are some aspects of decision making, like when going face or trading, whether to use mortal strike on face or minion, when to play damage spell(s). but still very easy to play nonetheless
Quest Rogue: This deck may seem cancerous and easy to play but when you get down to the little details, its very difficult to master and win consistently. This deck requires more skill because you have to balance out the bounce effects (doing the rogue thing/completing the quest) and gaining and keeping control of the game/board. You need to manage your bounce effects, determine what card is best to bounce for that matchup, i.e. glacial shard is better vs hunter/pirate warrior while firefly or novice engineer is better to bounce vs taunt warrior/control decks. yes there are the times where your starting hand is quest, 3 bounce effects and you top deck a 1 drop that has a good effect (swashburglar, firefly, etc.)
Conclusion: Pirate warrior is very easy to play and requires very little decision making to win. Quest rogue requires card management, complex decision making (when to complete quest vs. when to control the board), and what card to bounce depending on the matchup.
First of I think it's rabble-rousing to call one deck cancerous and the other not. And second: there are a few decks that deserve a spot in the poll aswell.
Pirate Warrior requires you to calculate the Partitions of 30 from your first 4 cards, with some error factors from opponent's taunt minions. This requires some skills on mathematical analysis and algebra, which are relatively difficult.
Quest rogue only requires you to count to 5. After that, you only have to calculate the multiples of 5. This could be easily done by a junior student.
Settling an argument with a friend hahaha
Nice OP! Innovative way to set up a poll.

Let's compromise and go 50/50 on the options.
So Quest Warrior.

Quite obvious. PW doen´t require any skill, while quest rogue does to a certain degree.
Funny that there is even an argument about it. As Adlerfan said QR has some skill elements, so how can you compare it to "let's build a bot" PW?
Pirate Warrior is just play everything you have. At least Quest Rogue has some thinking.
Playing since 1 June 2014.

I cant see the quest warrior on the poll , where is it ?
PW = Play whatever I can with the mana I have, attack face. It's the easiest deck ever to exist.
Having played both, I think Warrior requires less skill.

Pirate Warrior is all about card draw rng. It all depends upon whether you draw your Arcanite Reaper by turn 5 or not.

When will people realise this game has a very, very, very low skillcurve and it mostly takes luck of the draw or other RGN-factors to win a game?
Considering that Quest Rogue is the far less consistent of the two even when played well, PW is both easier and stronger in general.

So, quest rogue.

Quest rogue is one of the most skill intensive decks in the curent meta .
People hate it because it's not interactive but that does not mean it's retarded .
Pirate warrior on the other hand requires pretty much no decision at all . You win or lose entirely based on card draw RNG .
