This week's theme is pretty interesting. Since there isn't a hard rule as to what a Common minion should be, only time will tell if people will actively vote for the ones that feel the most Common-ish. I think most of these can arguably be classified as Commons, except maybe for Dawnchaser. Would love to hear anyone's thoughts on them.
You're only allowed to put 3 cards at once, according to the rules.
Devoted Occulist is a pretty cool idea. Although i'd argue the wording is wrong. The current wording indicates that they die immdiatly when you play this, which i believe is not the case.
You may have to refrain from using the "Horribly" wording, to make this fit under 4 lines. This would allow for the wording "Battlecry: Give adjacent minions +4/+4 until end of turn. Then they die.
Sorry, I had no idea that was a rule. I wanted Devoted Occultist to reference Power Overwhelming. Would it be clearer if it said "Give adjacent minions +4/+4. At the end of turn, die. Horribly."?

You forgot the Elemental tag on Lightmom (Lightspawn has the Elemental tag) and I don't like that it's literally the same art just colored differently.
Dawnchaser could probably just say "At the end of your turn, gain Divine Shield" as that's pretty much the same thing and the wording would be better.
Mechasaur should probably have a wording change. I understand what you were going for, but the text would be better and easier to understand if it said "Can only attack minions with Taunt and heroes" or "Can only attack heroes and Taunt minions".
Druid of the Club is a bit confusing. What exactly does it do?
The other two are fine as they are.
You're right, Lightmom is bad and I should feel bad. I just didn't know what to make of a big minion with the same effect as Lightspawn. As for Mechasaur, I referenced The Black Knight. I'll switch up the words if you think it's better. Druid of the Club is supposed to be a stronger Ancient of War. You either get a 10/6 or 6/10 with taunt. You just can't pick which. Plus, I thought it would be funny to combine Druid's Choose One ability and ogres' randomness.

If you don't mind, I'll just comment on the cards I like/would consider upvoting.
Devoted Occultist. Well done on the 7-mana 4/4 meme. Fits in warlock and feels fair, since you have to think about positioning, not to mention the two-minion requirement (of course, rarely a problem for warlock). I also like how you inverted the sac-lock theme. Tempting to classify it as rare (see Void Terror, sorta) but I think it's acceptable.
Dawnchaser. I think I would word it as "At the end of your turn, gain Divine Shield." The bigger problem is that I agree with you: This card feels solidly Rare. I would hang onto though. Personally I think it's a nice card.
Yes, it is difficult navigating the common card restriction. I think I'll wait and see if other people follow it hard and fast. I agree with your suggestion on Dawnchaser. It somehow didn't occur to me to word it that lol.

Devoted Occultist: Now does the Occultist itself die horribly, or does the minions it buffs do? Either way, dust it. It's a worse Bonemare.
Lightmom: Okay now you're memeing. Even as a serious submission it's a dust since Silence Priest is a thing
Dawnchaser: Now this is a good idea, and good balanced stats. My only quorum is I don't know if it should be a rare instead or not.
Mechasaur: Dust. 7 mana 8/8 that can't attack when Swamp King Dred is a 7 9/9 that can is fucking garbage
Storm Elemental: Now this is a good card. I think this should be your submission. This is the most exciting to me. Great for control Shaman.
Druid of the Club: This should've been a Choose One card. Get rid of the RNG and just make it a Choose One effect.
Yes, the Occultist only gives 8/8 worth of stats as opposed to Bonemare's 9/9 and is a bit harder to use. But, all of that has "charge". Plus, if you can absorb this minion with Void Terror (and you can, this minion dies at the end of the turn), it's 4/4 is not wasted. Lightmom is pretty much the worst card you can have silenced, that's true. I debated making Mechasaur a 9/8 or 8/9. If I did, I think it would be better than Ancient of War. I'm glad you liked Storm Elemental. I'm just worried other people might think it boring. The idea behind Druid of the Club was that you take on the RNG in return for better stats, like all ogre cards. Do you think the stats don't make up for it?

Thanks for all the reviews guys! You're all super awesome dudes.
So I have a new card, where once again, my inability to name anything strikes me.
Of course the value of not being able to be discarded is obvious and meaningful. Though it's obviously a good thing that you'll never get rid of this, it actually has the unintended side effect of making your hand size smaller for other discard cards making it more likely you'll discard cards you won't want to discard (that actually can be discarded). It also can't be discarded for cards like Malchezaar's Imp or Lakkari Sacrifice. You could always play Doomguard or Soulfire with just this or one other card in your hand and this stays safe.
Interestingly, it also works with Deathwing. Play him and keep a 5/9 Taunt in your hand.

How about this one ? Does it need to be more balanced or it's already good ?
Furious Avenger + 2x cold blood = 10 mana 3 cards 30damage OTK. Even with only one cold blood it would still be 20 damage with only 2 cards. Charge and Windfury is a problematic combination especially with neutral minions because you have to remember all classes OTK options.
If this costed 10 mana then it would be ok (Rogues still can OTK with Preps and Coins but it is much more difficult). Another option is to make this a class-specific card for a class that doesn't have minion-based OTK options (such as Mage) and maybe change it 4/5.

Nope. It would be 18 and 26 damage. Since Cold Blood gives 4 Attack.
It's not like that ain't busted anyway tho. Windfury and Charge is a very very dangerous combination.

I want a new title, but Flux won't let me have one,
Scarlet Kennelmaster: A bit too similar to Obsidian Destroyer for my taste. Also, why is a balding, middle-aged man a 7/7? It just doesn't sit right. I would rather see it with less stats and summon more hounds.
Towering Tortoise: Interesting idea, maybe too interesting for a common? ;) Aside from that, what happens when you draw this card when you have more than 3 cards in hand? Do you discard some? Do you keep it but aren't able to draw more? Why did you settle on seven cards? So many questions.
Mana-Infused Ancient: It's nice, but I'm immediately reminded of the competition winner from a couple weeks ago, Diamondroot. I wouldn't want to see the same card win twice, you know?
So far, I feel like my best bet and what I'll go with is Blast Goblin unless I think of something better.
I like it, but why don't you make it 5/4 and have it destroy a minion with less attack? And if possible, you should adjust the artwork so that more of the bazooka is showing.
Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!
I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3

I'd call it Tenacious Fiend or something like that. Seems like a nice card to me.
I really like that name; I'd go with that one.

I like the Kennelmaster most, it feels the most like something a common would do. And a nice one at that, very good for Arena. On the level of Obsidian Destroyer, but not too overpowered compared to Dr. 7. Also has a nice theme to it.
Scarlet Kennelmaster: Hey you took my idea for a Hunter Obsidian Destroyer! Kudos! I will definitely vote for it if you do that card.
Towering Tortoise: Uhh, I think this should be an Epic, not a Common
Mana-Infused Ancient: Could be good, though I don't think prople would find Curvestone fun.
My opinion: Use the Kennelmaster.
Now could you give me your opinion on what witch I should use? The 6/6, the 5/5, the 6/5, or the 4/7?
Cheers!
Let's see. Hex is worth 3-4 mana (let us say 3,5). The aim is a 4,5 mana minion then (given the cost of 8 of your card), which means 5/5. Any higher, and it's too good. A 4/5 might even seem more reasonable, as a body combined with a spell tend to be 0,5-1 mana below their combined cost (let's not look at Bonemare, but cards more like Corpse Raiser).
Shameless bump of my Paladin card, but I also have a silly extra one for your consideration :)
"Does the Light hand out cookies? No? 'What have you done for me lately?'"
C'Thun has been reconsidering his "open door" recruiting policy.
Not gonna lie, C'Thun's Rage(r) could probably be 3 mana like a regular Rager and it would still be balanced and not in any way problematic. At 7 mana, it's just WWWWAAAAAYYYYYY too expensive to be practical. I get that it's supposed to be a joke card, but joke cards can still be perfectly balanced like a normal card. It's pretty funny though.

Oh I know; just following the rulez :) Should have went with this; I assumed it wouldn't fit, but it does:
Garbage stats, unparalleled C'Thun Attack bonus.

Alright, that was all I needed. With you and the other options I got I now know how to balance Flying Witch. With the discussions on what health it should be and a low attack, I have decided to make it a 4/7.
This makes her an Archmage that for two more mana hexes a minion. I feel this would be the perfect statline for her, and fits with other Shaman cards. If you have another opinion, or wanna call me a loser, go ahead, but I believe that this is the perfect state for Flying Witch.
I will echo the sentiment that I like Scarlet Kennelmaster the most.

Scrapped all but one of my original ideas, tweaked the remaining card, and added two new ideas.
Tweaked Fire-Charged Firecharger based on The Progenitor's comment. Also made him a little beefier at the expense of Shadow Word: Pain vulnerability. Compare to Malygos, and I think it's definitely balanced. Feeling a little unsure about the art, though, since I can't think of any "big" goblin cards in HS. I also considered a stacking Spell Damage effect, like Gurubashi Berserker, which I would imagine would be fine considering it's a basic card.
The other two are tests to see if their flavor is worth submitting. Raging Bull is my clear-cut Timmy card.

I like Fire-Charged Firecharger the most, by a large margin. The name and art amuse me, and it's thoroughly unique. Enrage, on a Mage minion? That's definitely different, and creates an interesting gameplay-decision: do you ping it yourself with your Hero Power to get the +3?
