Aw man, Power Trip was my first idea...oh well, here are my other ideas. Your thoughts?
Tokens:
Ritual of Summoning: Its a fine card. Although i think you should remove the bonus on it being discarded. Mostly for simplicity reasons.
Give or Take: I feel like you never would use the Both draw 3 cards effect. So this is basically Arcane Intellect. I would love it if the other option actually was a consideration.
Countertactics: Isen't this basically "At the end of your turn, draw 2 cards?" Since your opponent draws a card immediatly.

I want a new title, but Flux won't let me have one,
I wanted to add something to the discard warlock deck.
Tol'vir Corrupter will draw 2 cards but will discard a random minion when it dies. Blizzard hasn't made any discard effects attached to any Deathrattles and I think it could work great. Blizzard hasn't made controlled discard yet either. By restricting the discard targets to minions, it can more often hit your Silverware Golem or Clutchmother Zavas. Cruel Dinomancer can also gain value as well.
Strong tempo card for immediate or future tempo turns. Risky depending on what you draw tho. If warlock gets access to some heal, it could see wide play in some control decks.
This card is pretty much like Wilfred Fizzlebang. If you draw a small-cost card, the effect doesn't really help much and you actually get a small punishment for it, whereas if you draw a high-cost card, you can gain a huge tempo advantage while at the same time, effectively Fireballing up to potentially Pyroblasting your face which could either be a big win for you, or just help your opponent win. It just seems like a very wonky card to me, just like Wilfred. Wilfred doesn't hit your face, but also costs more for the draws, this is basically the inverse of that.
I have two versions of my card. I have a joke version and a serious version.

It is so hard to evaluate. It feels like Chittering Tunneler(A card that i thought would be broken), but also gives you an insane tempo boost.
I really like it. Despite the fact that it's a heavy Rng card, and potentially game breaking.
You should probaly not make it an imp either. All imps so far costs 1. So this really stands out compared to them.

Pseudo-Fizzlebang doesn't seem that good to me tbh. While the card itself is great, at T6 its totally not worth running this card for tempo because you get an understatted minion and deal damage to your hero. What you draw may be helpful, but most of the time, like Fizzlebang, it will probably be a combo piece or something along that line that you would want to save for later, which kinda decreases its value. Its still looks good, but Warlock has other value options that don't see play (Kabal Trafficker for example).
Its an imp... so why don't you make it a bit smaller? I still don't think the effect is worth it, but if you want to keep it it would benefit from a smaller body.
Ok. After reading the rules more closely, I have a broader idea of what to do. Came up with two other ideas, even though I'm terrible at balancing card draw. Feedback is appreciated! Btw, does Only the Fittest qualify?
Jewel Trafficking seems the best to me but flavor does not seem right, and I'm not sure that rogue is the best class for this.
EDIT: OH COME ON why did you post another Adrenaline Rush while I was busy browsing my folders ? :(((
I like both "Purify" and "Jewel trafficking". Maybe Shaman or Mage are better choices for Jewel Trafficking though, and I'd reconsider the naming for both cards. That's up to you though.
Here's another warlock card. Thoughts on these two?
Worthless, is well.. worthless. If you had something else in the deck you would have just drawn that instead of worthless. A card that does nothing except draw a card is never going to be worth playing, and this one has a downside.
In french, Une and Un, can be translated as 'one' 'a' or 'an', interchangeably. You determine which you use by whatever sounds most natural in english. In French, the word is the same. 'One, two, three' is 'Un, Deux, Trois'. And 'draw a card' is 'vous piochez une carte.' (the e on the end of une is just to match the gender of carte'.
Notice that the english for Blastcrystal Potion is 'Destroy a minion and one mana crystal' but in French, we have 'un servituer' and 'un cristaux de mana'. Both 'one' and 'a' are represented with 'Un'
Finally, Tracking. In the english version, we already see some odd wording with 'Draw one' instead of 'Draw a'. Again, 'une' is used because that is most natural in french.
Which do you think works better and will stand out more?
The first is pretty awesome for not just Curator Druid, but also Beast, ramp Murloc, and maybe spark some interest in Dragon Druid? Super versatile, and a wicked cool T7 combo with Fandrel.
The 2nd is something that I think Quest Hunter needs to be able to actually compete. Deceptively simple, it allows you to draw the cards needed for the Quest a bit faster, and even after you get it, killing this minion gives you a huge chance of drawing Carnassa's Brood to continue snowballing.
The problem with Menagerie Unleashed is that you have three options which doesn't happen in Hearthstone, so I would stay clear from that idea.
As for Terror Escort... it's cheap and simple yes, but it's nice idea. Whether it will stand out in the competition... not to sure to be honest.
Still it's more than what I have at the moment. I'm sure an idea will come to me soon... I hope.

My Entry for this week's Card Design Competition - Season 8.16:

I won't disagree with you that yes, in other languages the restriction doesn't make seem to sense, or seems to be arbitrary. But it exists because otherwise, the situation comes up that someone creates a card that says 'Draw one card', and that's what 'qualifies' it. This would look like subversion of the rules, since the way you'd correctly write that is 'Draw a card'. Even if it wasn't intentional, the card would be disqualified, as all cards that subvert the rules are.
Basically what I'm saying is, whether or not that rule was part of the 'official' rules, a card that said 'Draw one card' would be disqualified for rule subversion. Making it part of the rules just forewarns people who might not be familiar with English card text enough to know that.

Then does Tracking not meet this weeks requirements? Or is it written incorrectly?
My point is that such a restriction isn't a meaningful game design decision. If someone wants to submit a 9 mana 8/8 with 'Battlecry: Draw a card' are we really so intent on disallowing that design? If a card with a novel design like Tracking is disqualified, what else are we missing out on? I can think of one card design I'd really like to see, something like a 0 mana spell with 'Both players draw a card'.
One of my off the top of my head ideas. Not sure if it's balanced as is.
Don't feel like making the card for it yet, but along the same lines I was thinking of a Rogue version where both players Draw 3, with a Combo of making your opponents cost (1) more to revitalize my beloved Mill Rogue.
I know Hunter have little synergy with Murlocs. BUT NOW THEY DO.
But seriously. Any thoughts?
Track Murlocs seems balanced but kind of gimmicky, given how most Murlocs are rather inexpensive. Call of the Ancients is good, because it gives you late game when you're looking for it, and doesn't let you play one of them on turn 10. Thirst for Power is also good. Not sure what else to say, really!
Here's my first thought. This really would work well with Gang Up. (Note: I don't care about "Wild" format when I make cards. I consider all cards as synergies rather than the ones currently in Standard)
Here's an example: You've stolen Jade Idol from a Druid. Play this after shuffling 3 into your deck and draw all of them. Another example: You have 3 Jade Idols in your deck, and 3... Coldlight Oracle, I guess? There's a 50% chance you draw the Idols and a 50% chance you draw the Coldlights. What do you all think?
Honestly I'm really happy with this card, flavourwise and in terms of Rogue mechanics... Goes along with the renamed legendary minions set.
Solid discolock enabler, also not bad for handlock.

Thought I'd provide some concrete examples of why english language text restrictions are a bad way to design cards.
Another comparison, Blastcrystal Potion
