I don't think it will. The closest comparison in effect is Mass Hysteria, and a minion that drops below 0 health before attacking will not attack another minion itself. I think Deathwing will attack until its health drops below 0, then die.
For 8 mana clear the board VS aggro and leave a body on board that your opponent has to deal with. Even if it does another board clear always good. VS control still good as 1 or 2 minion removal.

If this minion actually does attack ALL minions before dying, this card is nuts! Otherwise it's just OK. It will really feel bad seeing Shaman's Evolve or Mutate into this card....
Could be good if like if your opponent played n'zoth you could sommon it and most of it would go But it would be a good board clear except for poison that would counter it.
Seems like a flexible bomb. I imagine the way it works is that it Enters and deals it's damage to every other minion in play and then gets hit back by them all as well. So it is essentially a board clear that sometimes lives (via tricks or b/c there isn't 12 dmg in play.) I think this is just an auto include in non agro warrior.
stays in hand for dragon holding synergy, then when you need it acts as a decent board clear or just a really big threat if there's nothing on board. seems like a strong card to me if warrior gets good dragon synergies.

I'm pretty sure the all-caps ALL is to make it clear that he will attack friendly minions as well.

Opponent drops one or two mid-sized minions, this card deals with it.
Opponent has no board, it's a powerful play on an empty board.
It is an incredibly flexible (and reliable) board clear which also serves as a finisher.
Can't say it's meta defining cause it will only shine in a control archetype, but if Control Warrior is a thing next expansion, this card will be one of its carries.

There is no way it keeps attacking with 0 health.
Still a pretty good boardclear, most of the time it will nuke everything and survive.

Still let's not forget that we can play Youthful Brewmaster or Baleful Banker on it.
Also playing War Master Voone on it and then The Boomshipping them can be nice.

Considering how often Warrior keeps the board clear throughout a game, this is an amazing card.

If it has 0 HP it should not attack. Thing that are dead should not be able to attack.
