Be able to build a 29 cards agressive deck and still beat slow control decks with a single card when your main strategy fail is beyond anything else in this game history, other DK's are really strong too but hunter after get a lot of poison/lifesteal/rush beasts is the best.
This, you make an aggro deck, wear out your opponent until turn 6, then you basically switch to a control deck and torture him for the rest of the game, the card got way too powerful with new beasts every expansion
I would say Zilliax. I think it's an achievement to have a card that is so good yet doesn't fall into the nerf/HoF territory, and people don't feel it's oppresive or unfair to play.
Elise the Trailblazer all the way, love the card so much. From the expansions theme, to the effect ARRGGHHHH I love it.
Close second would be Reno Jackson, this card alone spawned an entire archetype. I just really wish they'd support it a bit more, hopefully we get some love in the next expansion.
Em, i m not sure, if we talking about minions, i think, Best means broken af in vacuum, not about good in some kind of decks, or great if you have perfect curve, or if you drawn him on particular circumstances. I think, if we talking about best minion it's DK Rexxar (anytime in the game it will be broken and infinite value OP, Baku and Genn (not every deck will be broken with them, but Odd Pala who can 29 any cards plus Baku will be tier 1 deck) and Undertaker with Tunnel Trogg, ofc we talking about their time period.
But, you forgot about spells, i think, most broken (best) card in the game was - pre pre nerf Unleash the hounds, for new ones - it was 1 mana spell: give your beasts +1 attack and charge.
Most popular: Dr.Boom for sure, he was like in 90% of the decks.
Strongest: There were a lot of cards that before the nerf were super op, but I'd say sylvannas because even after the nerf she was super strong and popular.
in their time? 5 mana Sylvanas, Fireball, Mad Scientist, 1 mana Mana Wyrm, Undertaker, the old Buzzard, 8 mana Mind Control, 8 mana Pyroblast, the old Tinkmaster and onld Nat Pagle, Mysterious Challenger, and the shaman Throgg
the most idiotically designed card is imo still Jade Idol
in a less broken or cheesy way the strongest cards are prob something like N'zoth, also Bloodreaver Gul'Dan and Shudderwock
ah if we're talking personal favourite then it's pogo hopper. I love those guys, especially the SFX.
I love everything about it. it never used to be all that viable, but since the decrease in cost they've became a hell of a lot stronger.
Pogo-Tempo Rogue is now a thing as well (if it doesn't run preps, it's probably a tempo version) and Tempo Rogue has always been one of the best decks IMO.

Top five in no particular order:
DK Rexxar
Emperor T
Loatheb
Genn & Baku
Edwin
Missing lethal since June 2015.
Top 5 in no particular order:
Sylvanas Windrunner
Ragnaros the Firelord
Reno Jackson
Dr. Boom
Ultimate Infestation
So you thought only Mage had an exodia combo eh
Loatheb is my favorite card by far, but I'd say Mysterious Challenger.
A 6 mana 6/6 that gets up to 11 mana worth of value, AND thins the deck by up to five.
On 5 with coin it's just straight-up oppressive.
Dirty rat
Unpopular opinion, but my bet goes to Patches the Pirate and Corridor Creeper

TOO SOON!
credit card
Ragnaros the Firelord
Always expect the unexpectable!
My best guess is Coldlight Oracle.
While beeing designed as a murloc card, it found many more uses, including:
Card is in Hall of Fame now and remains beeing one of the most played cards in wild mode in almost every meta.
My Puzzles:
Watch out for secret
Play with Fire
Light and Airy
there are some insane cards i cant give the title to just one
Barnes
Jade Idol
Patches the Pirate pre nerf
Undertaker pre nerf
Raza the Chained pre nerf
Genn Greymane and Baku the Mooneater
Naga Sea Witch pre nerf
and some others probably that i dont remember
Sylvanas

"Boing"
The Coin
Ragnaros the Firelord
Yogg-Saron, Hope's End
Pre-nerf yogg was the most fun time to play Hearthstone in my opinion.
YOGG-SARON IS NOWHERE
