The thing that sold it for me and got me to redownload the game was the theme, journeying to an unknown area with primal and never before seen fauna and vegetation, the quest system also sounded really cool and it really was...

You know for some reason when I read "Hero Skins on Sale" I thought the madlads actually listened for once and brought back some of those timed $80 paywalls for people to try and get now. Not putting the 3 skins that anyone can buy right now (but nobody does) on a $3 discount -.-
It's great to hear that Tyrande is coming back, just wish some of the others would returns as well. Blizzard better give a free skin at the start of the next year (like they did with every year except for Dragon for some reason). Here's hoping they don't make Tyrande a Twitch community thing where you have to buy like $50 of twitch cheers or some shit like that.
If you're playing it for the battlecry then this card is literally useless. It doesn't give you 10 mana when played or even 6, it gives you 10 unspent mana crystals (if you played it on turn 4), BUT it does give your opponent 10 mana to spend when you end your turns....
However if your holding it for turn 9 or 10, then this card becomes amazing. 4 mana 8/8? That's pretty good.
As an insult to injury, in order to gain access to stat tracking, a third option for your hero selection at the start of a match and some emotes YOU HAVE TO BUY 30 CARD PACKS! Fuck you Blizzard.

Hearthstone really doesn't respect the players time investment at all, hell even TFT and Dota Underlords have a more rewarding system inplace, scratch that THEY HAVE A SYSTEM IN PLACE. We all know why this mode was made, it was made purely to try and get much more unwitting players into this predatory game as possible. Get them hooked in and then they might go "ooh I actually wanna try out the card game part. Hey I don't have access to some awesome cards, guess I'll just drop a $10 here and a $20 there". Why not have it so if your rating is high enough at the end of a season you get some card packs? or how about some cosmetic rewards? Are you telling me that they can't do these simple things?

I don't think you can even state that something is boring since boredom is extremely subjective. I find League of Legends boring but the millions of players still playing will likely disagree, same sentiment applies here.

1. Viewers on Twitch don't mean anything, Warframe has almost nobody watching it yet it's consistently on the top 10 most played Steam games.
2. Hong Kong incident is bad but Blizzard won't do anything about it, because nobody is going to protest it (don't @ me with bLiZZcon ProTeSt, as soon as they announce Diablo 4 and Overwatch 2 everyone will go back to being happy little sheep).
3. Meta's are stale because you make them stale, there are 9 classes with hundereds of cards per class, I think that's a lack of personal experimentation (I still play my Weasel Priest because it's fun).
4. And once Legends of Runeterra releases they'll just switch over to that. Everyone gets tired of playing the same stuff over and over again.
5. Not likely, they still make bank from the china market. Once China runs dry then yeah the game will go into standby.
6. If they bring out a major patch it won't be till next year, like the dev team have stated several times, they plan out these expansions 3 or 4 at a time. I personally believe we need the rest of the classes (Death Knight, Monk, Demon Hunter), the game's balance was never and will never be a top priority to Blizzard and it shouldn't be, if everything is equally strong or plays equally the same then what's the reason for multiple classes?
7. See 6 and no they won't learn from their previous mistakes.
My point here being that Hearthstone isn't slowly dying. It's freefalling, but not for the four reasons you listed. It's freefalling because Blizzard as a whole is dying (how fast depends on who you ask).
