I can sort of see this being played in a Paladin deck since it seems like Shaman has all the kinds of spells that Paladin is missing, mainly board clears, direct damage, and Blood Lust. It could go into a slightly slower dude paladin or maybe even a different sort of control paladin and get value just from the hero power. Also, the bad cheap spells could be used for the OTK in wild.
Interesting how this is a neutral card, and gives other classes the chance at getting Shaman spells. If this card ever does see play, I bet it will be in a class other than Shaman, because getting cards from outside your class can make for some cool combos.
It is frustrating that this is the third card revealed for generating Shaman spells, but there has not been any new Shaman spells revealed. We cannot properly judge the power of these cards if we do not understand what cards we can get out of them. I hope I can see at least one spell today.
I could see it being ok. Say turn 12 after I played my DK warlock card and brought back a couple Void daddies. Then my opponent don't some sort of board clear. Now I'm sitting there with 6 1/3s on board. If I drop this and run them into something that kills them that's pretty amazing value, getting a hand refill of 6 Shaman Spells and still have 6 mana left to play with.
Hunter might like with UTH.
You might drop with your flood in aggro pally and dare your prist opp to drop that Duskbreaker, 'go ahead, see what happens'. (Just good in a class with Righteous Protector)
Druid is getting a ton of hand support. Maybe this fits in? (I think it might)
I think this has some potential in a hunter deck (to find some potential board clears.) I'm not saying it will be tier one and compete with the best, but as someone who has always loved the idea of a slower hunter game I think it could be really fun to test out!
If you want cards from minions dying, pay 1 more mana for Cult Master, get better cards, and get something that can actually damage things.
Also, how is this not a shaman totem? Shaman's class identity is already a mess, and we're giving their spells to all other classes now? I guess it's good this won't see play, because otherwise there'd be no reason to play shaman... (oh wait)
I suppose it costs 1-mana less than Cult Master? Meh...
Casino Shaman here we come Kappa
I'm sorry but, wtf is this. lmao.
Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.
At least Primal Fusion will be out of Standard! (Some other bad spells are leaving too.)

Well, it will be fun to funk around with Ethereal Peddler and/or Lilian Voss.
I think I know how the conversation at Team 5 went...
"We can't keep giving Shaman these embarrasingly bad meme cards"
"OK we'll make it neutral instead"
"Oh great idea"
Why are people complaining about "class identity" when one of the cool things about Hearthstone is getting to play around class card restrictions?
Don't answer that, it was rhetorical. Y'all are salty.

Garbage tier.
Not great, but I'm glad they printed it.
Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
making a shaman hunter deck sounds kind of fun not gonna lie

I'm not ready to write this one off yet.

Very weird but could find a home outside of the upcoming rng witch shaman Blizzard is pushing
Grand Crusader made for some very interesting non-pally deck builds. Too bad the shaman spell pool is weakened by totem-based spells
Rage quitting: the best way to ensure your opponent knows they beat a giant baby.
This is sad. I was hoping for some awesome AOE spell for shaman
This card seems worse than Cult Master, and I don't understand why this card is neutral.
Also doesn't even have synergy with hagatha. I'm pretty disappointed.
