You make it sound like changing the coin from a spell to another type of card would be some challenging coding feat, when it would actually be rather simple to do.
There are a multitude of cards that allow you to obfuscate your strategy even with open deck lists. Anything with the Discover keyword. Anything that puts a random card and/or a card from another class into your hand or directly in play. And so on.
I only ever spent real money on the new set 50 pack pre-orders (save Kobolds because I forgot), the occasional one-time-only value buys (like the recent 30-pack thing), Alleria, Khadgar, the Adventures, and maybe 10 packs and 2 Arena runs total.
EDIT - I suppose I should count this: when Liadrin was released, I re-subbed to WoW for a month to level a character to 20, not realizing I didn't need to re-sub.
Without a doubt this quest requires a serious nerf.
No, it doesn't. Just like Dr. Boom, it's strong, but nowhere near broken. It requires very good draws, cannot afford to hide its intent lest it miss one of the four triggers, and loses hard to any sort of rushdown and even improvised rushdown where a control deck shifts gears to deal with it.

Toki should be a Hero card.

I love her and want to protect her smile.

Why are people complaining about "class identity" when one of the cool things about Hearthstone is getting to play around class card restrictions?
Don't answer that, it was rhetorical. Y'all are salty.

I love Hearthstone, but good on you for recognizing it wasn't something you wanted to commit to.

Maybe don't play The Coin if you suspect Counterspell is in play?
Just a thought. OR use The Coin to bait out the Counterspell. Use this free spell the game gives you.

Played against this yesterday. Was wondering what they were setting up for. When they OTKed me I laughed so hard.
Was that you I played against? I'm Langis. I think I was playing Hunter. Either way, awesome deck.
