Terribad card, remember - Deathrattles => things go wrong. If it gets silenced, you will be left with just a sad face. if priest steals it, he gets the silverhands to pad his curve. If you depended on silverhand synergies, your plans goes to gutter.
And yeah - handbuffs, they were always so great, right?
Seems OK at first but nah. Pretty much shit. It's like outfitter. Playing a 1/1 for 2 mana is enough to straight up lose you the game against any tempo decks. Needs to be a 2/2. Crap. NEXT. Show us something decent blizzard.
And next year, 2 of those 7 cards will be in Standard. I thought Blizzard were supposed to be encouraging Standard?
Unless the majority of unannounced Paladin cards are built around this dude/token theme, this card seems useless for Standard. I really hope we see better control cards for Paladin...
mayb ok, it might be just a little too slow tempo wise if recruits are 2 (which I imagine they are)
They should be 1 mana. When hit by sap or vanish silver hand recruit costs 1 to be played again. much how shaman totems cost 1 when played or evolve into 2 cost minions.

This card won't see play.
You're right -- things do go wrong when you make the worst possible decisions.
Maybe don't intentionally play into this situation, and you'll have better luck. If this is your only 2-drop, you've built a very weird deck.

no one would use Sap on a 1/1, let alone run Sap in a meta where swarm cards like this are viable.
with 1 out of 10 card for paladin revealed so far i think we got to wait before jumping to any crazy conclusions on this card.
Yes, in standard this card is pretty weak and not great, HOWEVER if this expansions theme for the class is silver hand recruit we might see some pretty cool interactions.
I say we got to wait and see, but yes a pretty meh card atm.
Man, only 10 cards per class? I wish it were more.
Anyway I'm skeptical that this is going to be as bad as it looks (I'm not saying it looks bad really— it provides average value for a 2 drop split among tokens, but it is below average because the value is split and it's a reactive card), because I'm hoping for buffs that interact with tokens. Silver Hand Recruit handbuff would be very interesting to see; "Give all 1-Health minions in your hand +2/+2" or somesuch.

Daydreaming and wishful thinking.
Priests with Potion of Madness will thank you for cards like this.
Like I said before this little guy is awesome with Mountain Giant.
I start the game, don't have the coin, play Firefly, opponent play Babling Book, play this card and kill book, opponent play beast 2/2 and draw Tome, I trade my minions and play Stonehill, opponent play Arcane and I play Giant 8/8 in turn 4 without the coin, only warlock do this before and only with tap, I start, play a minion every turn and can play the giant in turn 4 and win the game, Hydra see play costing 5 and a downside, even if you play the giant in turn 5 after get this new card from Call To Arms still good.
Maybe stick it in a handbuff deck like this one?

Handbuff is cool and all, but don't forget about card-in-hand effects like Twilight Drake
