That card when you have the board and a few card in hand is amazing. It refill your deck with cheap spell that can combo with a lot of your cards or even gain more tempo (hello Ragnaros the Firelord turn 6 or 7). And the body is nice enought for a turn 5.
Its playable in a miracle rogue deck too, if you play enought early minions in your deck to keep the board. It may worth it.
I think this is an excellent addition to the set. It may just be filler, but, it's at least interesting filler. It -might- see play. I could see it working in a few specific Adventure duels. Good body, decent effect. Good card.
More like this, less like that new Leper.
I wonder... This might be better than Druid of the Claw in Ramp Druid. Same stats, but, potentially pushes ramp a bit more. Pretty difficult to deal with effectively if Innervated out. Pretty decent synergy with the Violet Teacher/Arcane Giant/Auctioneer package as well. Might actually fit better in Druid than Rogue.
where so far Miracle builds have one flexible slot, where you run either Dark Iron Skulker, Deadly Poison among others, i could try this guy in that flex slot in some builds.
Could be good. I mean, it's two mana less than Troggzor and has the relevant health stats. Plus if the opponent uses a spell to remove it, then a Rogue would have an Auctioneer curve into 1-2 coins
So I don't think this card is that bad. There's potential I suppose.
Is it just me or this card can be really awful vs rogue/druid? You can basically mill yourself. And I don't think it fits in miracle rogue, 5 drop spot is taken by azure drake, which is a better card overall.
I really dig this card. Like, a LOT. Either force your opponent to trade board or force them to use valuable removal on a relatively weak minion that still gives you coins. I like it SeemsGood

This can be a really, really good card! The stats are not premium, but perfectly distributed, and it's big enough to require spell removal a lot of the time, which makes it a 4/6 for 4. Add to that some synergy with the Coin and you've got an excellent card for a cost that's currently not very contested in most decks.
This card has a great effect and a good body. And there is room for it in turn 5.
No it will not. If you don't have a lot of cards, this will be traded into cause it only has 4 attack, or one shot killed with a spell.
If you do have a lot of cards, your opponent will willingly play a bunch of spells so you run out of space to draw a card and burn that Ragnaros the Firelord you wanted to play.
Just because its a 4/6 doesn't mean its good. Take Djinni of Zephyrs. That's a 4/6 cause Blizz wanted it to be able to last a turn so you can start buffing it on T6. But lo-and-behold Its not even played.
I don't get it, usually people shit on good cards on this forum, but now nobody has pointed out that this one is pretty mediocre.
It has lower than average 5 mana stats and on turn 5 gaining the coin isn't really going to be a big deal, especially since your opponent needs to play a spell, and they can easily play around it. It isn't gonna be a loatheb or anything. At best, its a slightly worse neutral tomb pillager if your opponent plays a spell to remove it (it's stats aren't on curve or aggressive), at worst it'll just be a bad vanilla 5 drop, which is generally more likely with all of the big midrange minions that are going to be played next meta. And there aren't particularly many combo decks anymore, less that would need this card and could afford to play it.

Those are the classes that this card is especially strong against. Let's say you have 5 cards in your hand, some really heavy lategame minions and some removals. Now I wouldn't mind losing 1 card for 5 coins so I can play several of my cluncy lategame minions and my efficient removals at the same time. It's a combo KILLER.
Maybe, but generally speaking the coin isnt as powerful on other classes as it is in rogue (combo and gadgetzan). Has some yogg synergy and arcane giants, so this might be good on druid as they can actually make use of the ramp.
I'm going to try one in a Reno shadowpriest. Should help get a proc on Beardo or priest of the feast. this, azure, and drak operative makes for a solid t5

Seems good against priest since priest cant handle 4 attack minions
They're still trying to come up with a balanced spell-countering minion to replace Loatheb.
It will be play in mage flamewalker for sure.
