Is it only me or when I face a Druid in Wild format, I look at them and nod my head, thinking about those uninteractive Star Align druid deck in disgust? I have never thought that Druid has become a class that makes everyone hate so much. From UI to this Melon shit, they are "improving" Wild mode PRETTY GOOD! I think they want players to totally get rid of Wild and play Standard?
Jade Idol ruined the class and Blizz just has to pander because druid and warlock have the main market share - if you aren't selling warlock and druid cards than you aren't selling, well, cards.
Yeah, as an all-round player, I hate Druid now. I loved Combo Druid before and look what the class has become. Really OP that everyone will jump out of their seat and craft Kun+Aviana!
I've been playing Star Aligner Druid in Wild to relax when Standard ladder winds me up. It pretty much plays itself most of the time, and because it's such bullshit I don't even get mad I lose.
The problem with it is how consistently you can get enough of combo pieces for lethal in your hand before turn 10. The only losses seem to come from bad draws, aggro Mages, and that one Renolock that 100% outplayed me.

Kripp recently highlighted a Hunter deck that features not even a single Boomsday card...just in case you wonder why they would want to push the player base to Standard. In Standard, you play the new cards and you buy the new packs for it.

that's just it though, how many of the standard decks right now are even running any new cards.....not very many. lol

Juicy Psychmelon is the problem, no other card lets you draw all the combo with 4 mana.
As soon as they play it, just stall the game till you have 10 crystals and you won, which druid is very good doing so
True but I dont understand the card is the problem not Aligner no? Like druid can pull any OTK/Mill/Retarded/Uninteractive combo they want with it plus aviana and kun no?
So can some1 plz tll me what makes aligner so much better? Also decklist will help to understand

You have the aligner + Medivh to complete the draws with Psy, Malygos can't be draw with Aviana with one single 4 manas spell and the others don't kill in the same turn when you complete the combo, plus, the deck have more minions with make less vulnerable for techs like Dirty Rat or demonic.
The deck become so perfect and reliable the druid players forgot what means "Bad draw".

Well yeah. In Standard, people have to buy new expansions if they want to keep up. They can't play the same decks forever, they will rotate out eventually. In Wild, you can play the same decks every expansion. So yeah, Standard is what drives sales. You would do the same if you had a business to run.

can some1 tell me how and why is star aligner better in wild than using maly to finish them off? or the normal azelina/togg mill? or cthun aviana?
Like druid been cancer for wild since last exp whats the difference now?
Druid destroyed Wild and looks like Blizzard don't will do nothing about it.
Why? It is intentional to force everyone to play Standard? I really don't know...
I seriously can't even begin to comprehend how they thought Juicy Psychmelon would be a good idea. lol

that didn't make any sense whatsoever
I tried having fun once. It was awful.

Weel Druid has been disgusting since vanilla.
If only druid was a problem. Both priest and rogue are cancer too.

After this I stopped playing Wild.
