HS just hates me today again as hard as it can...yesterday I had a win streak of 5 wins, today I lost that many games to people who had there combo within their top 10 cards, hunters that topdeck leathal or Sul'jin AND Deathstalker Rexxar exactly the turn I'm about to kill them...I don't know why these days have to happen. Of course you can't win everything, of course I make missplayes, but sometimes it really feels like the game decides that you have too struggle a little harder to climb the ladder...
Went with a Priest deck in Wild from Rank 20 to 13 on a winstreak, today I lost 3 games due to bad draw and only aggro match-ups, one 1, lost another 4, switched the deck in order to loose due to a disconnect. Seriously, sometimes this game hates me as hard as I can imagine.
Is it really fcking too much to ask for my Shudderwock to trigger the Battlecry of Seronite Chaingang first AND THEN the one of Grumble? I have played 4 games in a row now where he just consistantly fcks up my combo...I have never seen this on any of my opponents...
Today is just another day, where HS teaches me how hard it hates me. Constant RNG-bullshittery.
One opponent managed to play Prep -> Academic Espionage -> topdecks 7-9 mana shaman minions for 1 in the following 3 turns. He had 10 shaman cards and 26 Rogue cards in his deck...what are the odds on that?! Drawing the cards and being high-cost?
After a while, he got Ancestors Call out of some random effect to finally tear Shudderwock apart.
I play a lot of Sudderwock and grumble has been triggering first almost every time. Played against Odd Warrior and thought I would have the game, after playing my whole deck, Grumble triggers first, then Zola.
Maybe it's supposed to be like this to make the combo less consistant, even if that's really dumb, because it takes a lot of set-up and is still a lot slower than those juicy Druid combos.
For the entire season, no matter which deck I play, as soon as I go to ranked, I loose at least 3 games in a row without having even a chance to do something. I don't know why that happens so consistantly, but it's really tough, especially when I try out a fun deck in offranked, win like 4 games in a row against some meta decks, just to be completely annihilated by the exact same decks in ranked.
Also, I tried to create some Shudderwock meme decks. During 20 games, 2 things have happened consistantly:
1. Grumble triggers first, having no effect at all. Sometimes it triggers last, completely wasting my board (which is still better than the first outcome). I included Zola just to give me another Shudderwock on my hand, because Grumble wouldn't do it.
2. The freeze battlecry of Glacial Shard leaves out the minion with the least attack. It's really weird, but some minions get frozen over and over again, yet 1 little guy is left untouched for over 10 triggers.
You constantly face (aggro) meta decks in casual when you try to create fun decks. It just sucks, whether you have the funniest deck or just try something.
Just played a Monster Hunt, in which Deck of Wonders cast Hammer of Wrath on a minion, bringing it's health to 0, followed by another Deck of Wonders casting Hunter's Mark on the same minion, letting it survive with 1 health.
Once you've saved up some dust, maybe add Vilespine instead of Assassinate? It needs a combo-trigger, but gives you board presence for the same mana cost
In general, there are many aspects of HS I enjoy, but at the moment I just need a break from it. Almost every game feels like a struggle, my match-ups are often horrible, I haven't had a win streak for 2 weeks and I'm just stuck. I got to rank 10 in Standard without effort, but in Wild I can't get any further. Fed up with Constructed because of Wild, I played an Arena-run and ended up with poor card choices and 1-3.
At times it really feels like the game hates me and so many RNG-aspects go exactly in the worst way they could go. I don't know if I should head back to Standard, I'm too salty anyway.
I know that this is just bitching and whining, but I'm sure I'm not the only one, and that makes me feel at least a bit better :D

Evil Heckler - it would be cool in a taunt focused deck, because of it's ridiculous play quotes.

I think it's a shame that Master of Ceremonies has such a lackluster effect, because the artwork on this is really pretty.

The sequencing here is really interesting...

7 mana was the consequence of changing Giggles in a way it can no longer be played twice in 1 turn and without empowering the even decks...I guess
