Juicy Psychmelon is the problem, no other card lets you draw all the combo with 4 mana.
As soon as they play it, just stall the game till you have 10 crystals and you won, which druid is very good doing so
True but I dont understand the card is the problem not Aligner no? Like druid can pull any OTK/Mill/********/Uninteractive combo they want with it plus aviana and kun no?
So can some1 plz tll me what makes aligner so much better? Also decklist will help to understand
This card draws all the pieces to play the combo. Plus all minions have 7 health so it's easy to trigger it and with brann, dealing 32 dmg immediately, no other aviana/kun is better
I understand that the deck is not interactive and is brainless to play. However it's far from being the best deck in wild now (mind you it's not even the best druid deck).
All ranks it's the 7th best deck after Odd Rogue, Even Shaman, Odd Pally, Togwaggle Druid, Big Priest and Secret Hunter. So it's a T1 deck but 5 classes (6 if you count Druid itself) have better decks.
Regarding Rank 4-Legend, it's not even considered T1 anymore.
I'm now saying it's not disgusting to lose to Star Aligner Druid, merely that it's not the best deck out there.
One little trick at least for control decks that might beat the autopilot Star Aligner players is to play minions with AOE Deathrattles (like Unstable Ghoul) to prevent the second Star Aligner from activating. I don't know how consistently it works but it worked at least once for me. There are plenty of other ways to stall by applying pressure and not trading into their Scarabs after they play Spreading Plague. At least with my N'Zoth DMH Warrior, I have a much higher win rate against Star Aligner than against other Combo Druids.

The deck is even Dirtier than Dirty Rat!
