1. Post the deck you use. Maybe your game plan is going no where.
2. Might be you are new to the game. Check out TrumpSC on youtube. He has several videos on the basics of Hearthstone which are really helpful.
3. Try watching videos or VoDs of streamers to get more experience with the mechanics and interactions.
4. If you are playing for 2-2,5 hours you might consider taking breaks after 2-3 losses in a row. Some people tend to tilt after that, meaning your emotional distress from losing might result in worse plays and therefore in more losses. Taking breaks helps interrupt that cycle of losing because you lost the game before.
2 years ago i went to rank 5 when i felt like it with different decks every now and then. Now i already have a tough time just to get to rank 10. And getting from rank 17 to 16 feels the same as from 12 to 11. Same decks, same struggle. What do i meet?
Different control/otk stalling druid decks, zoo lock, even lock, odd paladin, maybe some kingsbane rogues...thats really it. Its early in the new expansion so its hard to say how it will change, but so far most of the strong, reliable and easy decks just stayed the same while adding 1-3 new cards that made them even more solid.
I have tried those decks, you can progress quicker...the downside is, that many of them are just not very exciting to play (druid, pala, lock)...they are pretty much selfplaying. The druid decks are also super boring and in addition you play often to fatigue. So on one side you win, but you progress very slow. Ofc you meet a lot of mirror decks, so then its all about getting the right stuff when you need it.
Since the expansion started i have played rush warrior, dragon warrior, aggro shaman, some fun/rng priest and spell hunter. I made it to rank 15, but now im stuck. Clearly also because i switch decks all 2-3 games to try all my new cards :D
I dont know what deck you play, but when its always the same you need to figure out, why its not working. Change some cards...
In addition, i think rogue decks are not the easiest to maneuver. I have maybe 700 games on my rogue and i did quiet ok with different rogue decks (that means up to rank 10). As an example, in the last 2 seasons i couldnt make any rogue deck work for me...especially because of the druids...i play a tempo deck and on turn 6 i have 3 cards in my hand left and the druid has like 25 hp and 20 armor...so yeah, gg:)
Helo, so here are 4 decks that i was using, since it is quite new expansion i did not do any changes to decks yet...But when i see how hard t is going for me with those, I just like "naaaahhhh it is to week or i suck with new cards". I play on EU.
Before RR i was playing kelseth espionage deck, inspired by one of deck from here, so now i am traying to recover it from memory and upgade it, ill post it in some time
Kingsbane deck feels too slow a lot of times, and/or i have baaaaaad rng (leeching poison in lat 6 cards !!)
Kingsbane is still an ok deck that should be able to carry you a bit further. I do believe though your version is too creature-heavy. You could try to cut Spirit, Ooze, Vilespine Slayer, and 2 Elven Minstrel to add 2 Sprint, 1 Raiding Partyand 2 Walk the Plank. That last one seems like essential removal. You will still roll over to Odd Paladin though so if you are playing against that deck a lot you might need another class to ladder.
For Kingsbane Card Draw is king, cut the ooze as was said add 1 Sprint, Elven Minstrel is still very good to have a chance to fetch Shinyfinder but Spirit of the Shark is very greedy you can cut it for +1 Raiding Party (very essential) basically you want to make the deck to turbo kingsbane as fast as possible with card draw engine and buffs/leeching.
Try to identify the most played deck at the moment you're playing and pick one that counters it. There's a lot of hunter's deck lately, I've been having success with Even Shaman against them.
I suggest you kingsbane -2 toxicologist -1 spirit of the shark +2 backstab +1 lab recruiter (-1 ooze + 1vilepine)
Other card suggestion. Fan of knive was really good and specially with thalnos and drake azur. I don t really like this card now (you got less spell dmg and ennemi early minion stronger) and prefer use Doomsayer, good at turn 2 or 3 vs aggro (or 3 before giant warlock etc..). Also good after a sap or vanish. But silent and voidripper can be painfull.
Cards change review: Kingsbane lost some defensive tool with gigling inventor nerf but you got raiding party who helpt it now. Probably the best rogue deck except if you facing too much aggro, and at your rank it s maybe the problem. (Basically if you don t draw your lifesteal fast, you die.)
You don't need so much dmg weapon. I won many game with only 8 attack kingsbane.
I would remove the 2 toxicologist and put a lab recruiter, it's do the same job except you will use it most often on cpt greenskin so you will have dmg and durability and the more important a board presence 5/4 statt with very good battle cry is nice and even better with valeera.
I used ooze when they were too much druid/warlock with weapon. Spirit of the shark is too slow vs aggro and you have already valeera vs control whos is better. I would add 2 backstab for control early board and use it for trigger ministrel or raiding party same.

Helo,
Last 4 days I sit on rank 20, I had some time to play (2-2,5 hour per day). I was playing only rogue and I can not pass rank 20.
I do not change deck after 2-3 looses..., so it is not a case. I used 4 rogue decks that came up in RR.
Any advise how to go up with rogue? Or what kind of deck should I use? Odd? Miracle espionage (I had good win rates with it before RR)
To give you a good advice, give us your deck lists, and who are you facing the most.
Kingsbane rogue beat the shit out of me lately

I'll post decks in the evening when I'm back from work. I always take break after 30-40 minutes of play, drink /food /snack...
I actively play from WW, but I never pass rank 16 because I know I will not make it from 15 only with rogue so I concede couple of times
Hearthstone got tougher...

Even Shark Pirate, i still learn this deck
Prince Pirate - if i survive to turn 8 with Prince played - then...i have chance
