Really agree on this. I am also a rogue main, in multi servers. Not that I don't play other classes, just that I love to play rogue the most.
Let's see... Rogue have many variations throughout the seasons, starting from the beginnings :
Miracle Rogue : the old Leeroy + Cold Blood + Shadowstep combo => dead after Leeroy nerfed to 5 mana, Gadgetzan from 5 to 6. The Miracle Malygos version had existed in the past as well.
Tempo Rogue : fight for board, using coin Defias Ringleader as strong start, Argent Commander as either finisher / tempo play => not strong enough nowadays with presence of 2 mana 3/4 and 4 mana 7/7
Oil Rogue : Tinker's Sharpsword Oil + Blade Flurry big weapon combo => dead after Blade Flurry nerfed to oblivion
Mill Rogue : Coldlight Oracle + Gang Up => not so consistent
Burgle Rogue : so gimmicky, very inconsistent, very random
Malygos Rogue : and we're back to Miracle engine thanks to Tomb Pillager. Still get wrecked by shamans much, except when succeeded build a big Edwin and they don't Hex it.
I personally love Oil Rogue the most. It's a fun deck to play and IMO the best version to represent rogue gameplay. It's really different with the others, you just buff your weapon and burst opponent down with the oil - blade flurry combo. Now that the blade flurry had been nerfed, we can't play that version anymore even in Wild. Such a shame...
Rogue should be THE class that focus on weapons / weapon buffs. They said with the blade flurry nerf, it opens design space for new rogue weapon. Now? Where is the good rogue weapon?
"Here is your amazing weapon... 1 mana 3/3, but... we give it to shaman instead. Isn't it great? Now with the awesome burgle mechanics, you have a chance to get the amazing weapon!! HAHAHAA!!" - Ben Brode
Hope there will be a good rogue weapon in the new expansion. If not, I'd lose faith in Blizzard, as "Blade Flurry nerf opens design space" is just full of bullshit.
Across all of there expansions rogue has gotten only three cards which have seen competitive play. Shadow Strike, Tomb Pillager and Tinker's Sharpsword Oil. That is absolutely disgusting blizzard.

I never bothered to count. This is actually extremely disturbing.
EDIT: Actually, Swashburglar often appears in Malygos Rogue, which is doing reasonably well at the moment (for Rogue). But it's still disturbing.

^This. Pisses me off. They decide to give N'Zoth's First Mate to warrior which would have been phenomenal for rogues. Then they give Spirit Claws to Shaman. Rogue has a super unique hero power and has jack shit that they can do with it because of Blizzard's "fear" that it will be broken. As if the Blade Flurry nerf wasn't enough...
I think the problem was including Rogue in Lotus to start with. Rogue is a tempo class, you don't have self-sustainability (no heal, hero power is terrible in late game, etc.) and you can't play this "Jade Golem" value game. It would be cool though if we got a healing card as a part of Lotus' healing theme.
I need an explanation of Gadgetzan Ferryman... Why do someone create that card? WHY? What was he thinking? Is there something that i'm missing?
mill rogue? though if youthful brewmaster didn't work:-/...
No, it's not good for mill rogue... Is little to no space in the deck and it's reserver for some "heals" or "taunts" (now a days, refreshment vendor and arcanosmith)
Rogue isn't even that bad right now. Sure, it's tier 2 or 3, but you can still win most of your games if you draw and play well. Earlier today, I beat some Tempo Mages and Zoo with Miracle.
What kind of logic is that!?Relying on pure fucking luck to win. T3 is pure shit, the cards we get are shit as every single goddamn expansion for rogue was shit and like TgT was horrendous for rogue fucking jade golems are also stupid bad for rogues.

The 1st step towards a better game is firing Mike Donais! We had enough of his "skillful" balances!
We haven't even seen all of the cards yet, not much that can be logically complained about, especially given the amount of cross class potential from this expansion (with rogue especially). The other major factor is that it's pretty dang hard to judge where rogue will stand once a meta settles in, so far though I see a lot of fun tools for new ideas. Personally I'm gonna reserve my judgement for how I think rogue will do until we see everything however
I never understood having a "main" in hearthstone. my "main" would be priest I guess, I really liked it at a certain point and reached gold first with....but it doesn't prevent me to play other classes if I find them fun
Currently loving anything paly, control shaman, Reno lock...
So who cares
Exactly.. if you have a class you "main".. then hearthstone must be a really really boring game
Blizzard says they read our feedback. Well, I hope they're reading this, because I've nearly given up hope that they know how to create anything good for Rogue at this point. I'm probably not going to pre-order this expansion just because my favorite class is getting nothing but garbage again.
New miracle/maly rogue > only consistent viable decks
Rogues only got few good cards these expansion. And now these new MSG cards feel so meh and only 3 rogue cards left for reveal. Either those 3 would be so good that can stop people (including me) complaining or rogues would still got stomped by the aggro/tempo decks on ladder, feelsbadman. Plz blizzard give us some good cards for new archetype and chance to fight without being dead in turn 5/6.

This is official now, blizard want rogue to take "priest" place (old priest without op cards). Rogue gets Lotus Assassin - Stranglethorn Tiger 2.0 and Gadgetzan Ferryman - Youthful Brewmaster 2.0, Shaku, the Collector - worse Undercity Huckster? Dear blizzard, stop fucking us rogues so hard, we want good cards too for god's sake!
I need an explanation of Gadgetzan Ferryman... Why do someone create that card? WHY? What was he thinking? Is there something that i'm missing?
Mill! Mill!
Relax bros, we have the almighty Gadgetzan Ferryman now!
HE TRAAAAAADES!
yeah... just saw the thread...
I was hopeful... But really, I shouldn't have...
Seriously WTF Blizzard.... What the fck...

Seems ok.
This Gadgetzan Ferryman screams Purify 2.0.
I love priest and i know how you feel, bro :(
But if Gadgetzan Ferryman is equal toPurify, this means the next expansion will be great for you :)
Golden Heroes:
Warlock
Druid
Warrior
