I would recommend a players union. Volume means power. Someone needs to start this.
Yeah like a trade union but a players union to defend our interests. I think it's the best way to be heard. Making rage threads in an external forum like hearthpwn is only the first step, we need more concrete action to be visible/
Someone with a follower base and some experience in organization should start it and then we make a petition for redress.
I don't use twitter, but if everyone here that does started bombarding all members of the dev team with tweets, I think that would force them to respond. If you don't know what to tweet, send them the link to my thread on their forums: http://us.battle.net/forums/en/hearthstone/topic/20752207318?page=1.
The internet is really bad at conveying sarcasm, so I can't tell if you people are all joking or just retarded. None of those are good ideas. None of those will convince anyone to do what you want, they'll only convince them that you're psychotic and/or stupid, neither of which you want people to know about you.
If you want changes, the solution is very simple. Stop bitching, and also stop playing. Quit the game. When enough people stop playing rogue, and stop playing the game because rogue was the only class they liked, then Blizzard will accept that there's a problem with the class and fix it. So long as you keep playing it, they'll keep doing whatever the fuck they want because why wouldn't they? Your complaints are meaningless to them.
You exemplify exacty the reason why there should be something like a players union. Only balancing with counterpower will introduce quality in this game.
You exemplify exactly the reason why real unions have lost power and influence. Nobody understands what they are, what they do, or what their original purpose was.
I'll give you a hint: Wal-Mart doesn't give a shit if their customers form a union, but they'll close down an entire store to stop their employees from doing it. Now, why do you think that is? And which do you think you are: Blizzard's customer or their employee?
I understand where you come from. That doesn't mean that unification of players in some form wouldn't let to a better balanced game experience. Without countervealing power (accepted) exploitation will be the end result in a state of prolonged injustice.
It wouldn't lead to a better balanced game experience, because design by committee does not create good games, nor can a large group of people the size of Hearthstone's playerbase agree on what balanced even is.
Furthermore, since you didn't get the hint, you're not an employee, you're a customer. What this means is that Blizzard has no power over you to exploit. There is no 'injustice' here. It's a fucking video game. If you don't like it, then don't play it. If you don't play it, Blizzard will wonder why they're suddenly making less money. If they're making less money, they're more likely to try and fix the mistakes they made because making money is the entire purpose to their existence.
It's called a boycott. It is the power that consumers have over corporations, and it's far more effective than complaints. It also requires people to exert far more will power and self-control to put it into effect, which is why you and everyone else won't bother to do it and would rather just talk nonsense about an ineffective union that will never happen instead.

I'm sure Mr.Ayala is very happy with you and soon will contact you for his public relations team (if you are not already part of it). Meanwhile classes are deliberately made underrepresented in ranked, overpowered cards printed as if they where conceived in a drunken state, packfillers produced without any meaning for ranked. I don't believe in negative action (run away), but in positive engagement.
Why would they want me on their public relations team? I think they're doing a terrible fucking job. Whoever designed the fucking Ferryman should be fired and no amount of bullshit will ever justify that. And the fact that rogues got only two Jade Golem cards mean that even the new theme that's supposed to be such a big deal is pretty much unplayable. However, I also recognize that, knowing how terrible it is, by spending money to buy the cards anyways, I am telling them that it doesn't matter how terrible it is because I will still buy them. Though I wouldn't complain about packfillers. That's kind of one of the fundamental building blocks of a TCG. It's like playing an RPG and complaining that you need exp to level up.
The fact that you call it 'running away' to stop playing just goes to show how you haven't got a goddamned clue what the hell you're talking about. You, who advocates a union, has no idea what the fuck a union does or how it works. So how about I give you a little lesson.
The power behind a union stems from the entire work force at a given place of employment all working together as one united group. Hence the term 'union'. Unity. All together. Even when people within the union disagree on what course to take, for the sake of unity, whatever the leadership decides, all members must abide and follow their decision, because without unity, the group has no power. The power that a union gains from working together, is the power to stop work. They have the power to, as a group, choose to stop working. It's called a strike, and really, this is the ONLY power they have. Everyone, together, stops working, and because their employer has no employees doing their job, it becomes impossible for them to make any money. Unable to make any money, they will (ideally) be persuaded to negotiate with the union to give them some of what they want, in exchange for the union going back to work. This is why unity is so important, because this tactic only works if EVERYONE stops working. If anyone continues working, it falls apart. And then a union's right to strike is legally protected by the government, thus giving them the freedom to stop working without the employer being able to just fire them all and replace them with new employees who won't strike.
That is a union. That is how it works. Now let's look at Hearthstone, which is not a job (not for you at least), but a fucking video game. How would it work? Well, first of all, you'll never get the millions of players who play the game to unite, and even if you could, there'd be no realistic way you'd get anyone to lead them. Afterall, members of a union pay dues specifically so they can pay the leadership to run the union for them. Do you really think you're gonna get everyone who plays Hearthstone to pay essentially pay a subscription to a small subset of other players to lead them?
So right off the bat, unity's out the door. How about government protections? Do you really think the government is gonna give you the legal right to strike against a video game? Especially with the US government (where Blizzard is based) about to become much more anti-union now that the Republicans control all three branches of government.
But wait, there's more! Because what would a strike even look like for Hearthstone? How do you strike against a video game? It's not like it's a job, you can't just stop working. But then, let's go back and examine again, what is the purpose of a strike? It's to stop work so that the employer stops making money and is forced to listen to the employee's demands. So how do you stop Hearthstone from making money?
guys don't feed the troll. He's clearly provoking. Just ignore dude. He talks shit and he's aware of it. Shamans complained, and now they top tier. Priests got purify, they complained and now received decent/strong/op cards. No reason this will not work with rogue.
And guy preaching to be silent and leave hs, clearly "not sure trolling or just joke gone too far"-case. "or just retarded" as he said. Don't feed the troll and he'll leave.
Let's wait, play and see. The new coins might be good enough (or not), and pirates/tempo archetypes can be interesting too........

Overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer
I found malyrogue to be extremely potent.. except it only uses a single card from the expansion.
