So people are saying that Eye of the Storm is garbage, and they're probably not far off, it doesn't look great, but it's still a lot of stats and they have taunt which means you usually don't die after playing it, which is unique for a 10 mana card.

Between Sky Gen'ral Kragg and the usual quest shaman package getting to turn 10 should be pretty easy, then the idea is to drop King Phaoris, then drop shudderwock, then you've still get 2 more board refills with the new 10 mana spell, which is a lot of pressure late game. The only iffy part seems to be finding the time to play Phaoris, but once you do that, it seems like a Nomi deck that doesn't need your deck to be empty. Maybe won't be a game changer but it looks fun.

Other possible options:
Far Sight - additional card draw, chance to discount phaoris, shudderwock or one of the Eye of the Storms allowing them to be played back to back, I'd like to find room for 2 of these but I'm not sure what to cut. Maybe 1xBogslosher and 1xCable Rat? or both sloshers? Not sure, have to test it first.

Swampqueen Hagatha - Great card, I just don't own it.

Former Champ Not a terrible card, especially if you end up without any big spells for your shudderwock, but I honestly never cared for it even in the original quest shaman, if I'm going to spend a whole turn filling a board with a couple 5/5s, I might as well just play Phaoris.

EDIT: Changes!

I took out Mind Control Tech, Rain of Toads and 1 Bog Slosher

In my experience most decks can play around MCT too easily except for galakrond warlock, and stealing a 1/1, or even their 4/5 taunt just isn't enough to be helpful, so I swapped it out for a Hagatha's Scheme. I swapped out the other 2 cards for 2xFar Sight for the additional card draw and chance to high roll a high cost card.

Finally, I swapped out the weapon thief for the new shaman weapon, The Fist of Ra-den, which might really make this deck come together. the fact that it summons the minion AFTER the spell means you can clear the board and still get the minion, which is pretty great.

Just a quick idea of the minions you can get at the relevant mana costs, either from the weapon or from Phaoris:
3:
BAD - 11 under-statted minions with no effect
MIDDLE - 2 minions with decent stats, a 3/4 and a 4/3,
GOOD - Stargazer Luna, SN1P-SN4P and King Mukla
In other words, try very hard not to waste a weapon charge on a 3 mana spell unless you're against aggro and just need a body to trade with. It does make casting Far Sight much easier against aggressive decks.

5:
Not even getting into it, Duskfallen Aviana is reason enough to avoid it with my luck, and the primary reason I only included 1 5-cost spell, you can high roll a Zilliax but there likely won't be any minions to hit, so really the only good minions are Waxadred and Leeroy. That said there's a lot of 5/5s too, so it's very rarely the WORST thing even if you don't have a choice.

7:
BAD - 5 under-statted minions with no effect (4/4 or worse), and also Blackhowl Gunspire, but that could actually be decent if you have a taunt lackey.
MIDDLE - 12 minions with decent stats (5/5 or better) and no relevant effect except for 1 well statted taunt, good followup to a clear.
GOOD - Archmage Antonidas, Baron Geddon, Goru the Mightree, Prophet Velen, Shu'ma.
So this is a really great one to use with the weapon, we run 2 7-cost spells.

10:
BAD - Hakkar, the Soulflayer though he could be good against certain decks, King Phaoris is just a 5/5, not great.
MIDDLE - Emeriss, The Boom Reaver and Nozari All have decent stats and no effect. Kalecgos also goes here, because we only run board clears and the one set of 10-mana spells, and if it costs 0 we don't get a good minion from our spell, so the ability is irrelevant but a 4/12 body is still good.
GOOD - Colossus of the Moon, Deathwing, Mecha'thun. Great stats, a lot of pressure.

So essentially it's a weapon that wants to be played around turn 6 or 7 so you can clear the board while applying pressure, which should help greatly with creating an opening to play phaoris.
