If there is a bit more support then I can see this card being ridiculous. Shielded Minibot defined the Paladin's early game and single handedly made 3/2's that much worse when it was terrorizing ladder. The fact that it has taunt as well means a lot of 2 drops are forced to do this awful exchange, not to mention it can be used in the late game as a way to block damage. Both Scalebane and Fairy Dragon is not far off the current power curve, so if we get one more tempo-heavy dragon card then I can see this archtype working for sure.
Cathedral Minibot?
Shielded Gargoyle?
And they've made it Purple... bleah.. this card is Blue.. at most
Dragon Paladin to replace the Murlocs and Dudes they are losing?
this is a bad minibot that requires a condition to be met... there aren't enough dragons for paladin and we haven't really seen any released yet, cept the 3 mana 3/4 is everything tagged.
bad card, if it had 2/3 in stats it would be much better to play on 2 even if it didn't get the buff off it'd still be a 2 mana 2/3 which is still bad but can kill off most 1 drops and survive.
i just don't see this card being a thing unless they give us several dragon reveals in the next card reveals.
Thats not a bad minibot. Its a conditional minibot which also has taunt (that you forgot to mention). Real problem is that Dragon Paladin is meh so this card doesnt see play.
...wait, dragon Paladin?
Back in the time of wild arena before the release of Gadgetzan, dragon pally was a pretty solid arena archetype. Of course now there arent enough dragons with synergy to make it work.
Yeah. This one even has anti synergy with Call to Arms, a big paladin card.
It's effectively a bad minibot and we lack dragons, would be a better Priest card... would be perfect for priest and woulda been the early game card priest needed... not paladin lol
If you're holding a dragon, gain Hello! Hello! Hello! Hello!
This is the kind of card that makes me want to play Dragon Paladin, despite the fact that dragon priest has more value. SHould be fun though.
Interesting card. The golden version of it should be really cool.
Hey hey I hope this is a fake because Shielded Minibot was not okay and this is not okay either. If an aggressive dragon paladin ever becomes a thing this card will be the most annoying thing to ever see print.
it wont be a thing relax lol, there aren't enough dragons for paladin to make this viable and outta all the cards revealed we seen 1 card that has a dragon tag... and it's already kind of a bad card
Team 5 are we getting wild deck archetype support in future sets because I like what i’m Seeing.
Pff and Nightbane Templar is living standard :(
If Righteous Protector and Shielded Minibot had a child.
And Annoy-o-Tron
It looks like they really trying to bring back certain archetypes but I believe it is also a try to make people play Wild mode. Bringing dragon paladin back will be much easier in that format.
