This card is sooo much more useful than I thought it would be! It's very flexible too, as the secret smooths out your early curve nicely. On its own it can be a two drop OR a three drop.
The standard secret pool for Paladin is only 5 cards, so it's pretty consistent, and 3 of them are generally good in Murloc Pally at least. Noble Sacrifice is a great pick against stuff like Quest Rogue and Zoo to disrupt their crucial early game tempo and keep minions on board. Getaway Kodo is great to use up your opponent's resources without losing card advantage, and reuse battlecries etc. And Redemption can also preserve early game tempo and revive a murloc that you can then buff back out of ping range.

Card text should say: Battlecry: Discover a Paladin Secret.
Technically, that's not accurate with how it works. If a mage or hunter plays this, they will discover a mage or hunter secret as appropriate.
Only when playing a non-secret class are you offered paladin cards when you're not a paladin.
Pretty sure this isn't true, I've played it as a rouge and I don't think I was offered a secret choice.
This is one of my favorite cards from this expansion. I've beaten 11/11 mages just by playing this card, pick eye for an eye, get the mage down to 1 health and just chill. Ultimate Time Warp mage counter.

Is it really worse than peddler? Paladins secrets are bad but its not like its not worth to pay 1 mana for it. Its not worth to waste a deck space for secrets but you ou get it for FREE guys... For FREE.
Also dont forget its murlock and paladin has some good murlocks. Also paladin secrets has quite OK syenrgy with secrets.
Just look how many great murlock cards were released this expansion. In my opinion its obvious that this card will be auto include in almost every paladin deck as there are no better 2 mana minions for paladin which are not situational.
Something to do on turn 2 at least.

Pretty bad. Peddler was good because it provided cards that were actually good like coil, PO and soulfire. paladin secrets not so good.
Paladin will still use it probably. No choice.
What happens if you play this card as a class that doesn't have Secrets?

I predict that Paladin's quest will focus on playing a certain number of 1-cost spells, similar to that of Hunter's quest, however most of Paladin's spells are under powered and not worth building a deck around but there will be cards like this that can help mitigate that.

hard to evaluate this card now, paladin secrets have always been playable but never good enough to build a deck around unless a card could synergize with them, but geting one for "free" with a cheap body could be good enough, more than playable in a murloc deck 2/2 is actually pretty good stats for a 2 mana murloc
This card shines light on , murlocs, Discover and secrets which may make secret murloc paladin Decks viable in standard.
This might be a large feat, but this might be the ugliest murloc we've ever received for card art.
