Came from another world to invade Outland and bend it to his will… only to be overthrown by an elf from another world who invaded Outland and bent it to his will.
I wonder do the 1/3's 'die' if summoned onto a full enemy board? hmmmmm
They do not. Just tested.

That card reminds me one of my first Raids in WOW !! I m gonna try this !!!
Dormant minions no longer get evolved into.
what if the Warders is transformed?
Then this card cannot be activated, you need to destroy 3 warders to wake up this minion
Well, if you play a second Magtheridon after some copy-effect or discover..it might go off twice. ^^ Maybe they kill each other though..
Can this be silenced and become a normal 12/12?
Dormant cards can't be interacted with. So i guess no.
When dormant minions get resurrected or resummoned, are they brought back in dormant or normal state?
The Darkness starts dormant if a manipulator tries to copy it, thus I think that dormant minions would work the same way.

I think it could also be for priest. But in general I won games single handedly because of mind control tech a lot of course its pure luck but its game deciding luck.

Outworld Devourer
Nah man, Outworld Devourer is actually an Obsidian Destroyer. In this game we only got the Obsidian Statue thus far though.
Obviously huge stats - but paying 4 mana to give your opponent three 1/3s is too much of a setback in some metas. That said though, the fact that they're 1 attack minions is a plus, and far better than if it were a combined 3/9 (a 3/9 could attack multiple times and end up doing 6/9/12 or so damage; 1/3s are likely to attack once and die dealing a total 3 damage to minions).
Will very, very likely see play though. Warrior, shaman, warlock and demon hunter can all deal with the 1/3s very effectively the next turn, if they feel compelled to pull the trigger that quickly (Brawl, Lightning Breath, Hellfire and... the 4 damage AoE for DHs that I can't quite recall the name of). And yes, while Brawl doesn't kill all 3, you'd only play it if your opponent had enough of a board in total to warrant it - so even if one warder is left alive, you've killed other important targets, and saved your dormant-board wipe for a future situation.
summon 3 1/3 minions for 4 mana is pretty neat on itself
