Bump. Made a few minor modifications to the deck, adding in Consecrationx2 and Equalityx1 for comebacks on the board; Though more spells mean less value from handbuff effects, the lack of comeback mechanics definitely lost me a few games last night...
Echoing the trend in this thread, I'd also be surprised by an announcement of any upcoming nerfs in this set at this point - KOFT seems largely well thought out. Deathknights feel like more flexible quests that promote a few different playstyles, and there are very few cards in this set that leave me wondering "wtf were they on when they designed this crap" this time around.
Ultimate Infestation is getting a lot of mention in this thread, but IMHO this card is at about the right power level for a 10-cost spell...other 10-and-up-cost cards should be BUFFED to bring them in line with it rather than nerfing it into oblivion. Jade Idol is still somewhat problematic as we're seeing since Skulking Geist turns out to be a really niche tech card, and I think it should be reduced to adding 2 cards to your deck not 3. The only other cards I want looked at which haven't been mentioned much here are Gadgetzan Auctioneer (which continues to be a must-include in most jade druid and miracle rogue decks) and Patches the Pirate (which, despite anti-pirate tech through Golakka Crawler, sees way to much play) but I am unsure how to best tone them down while still keeping them viable.
Hi all, I've been playing around with new pally deck ideas since I found both Bolvar, Fireblood and Uther of the Ebon Blade in my KFT packs, plus I finally got around to crafting Tirion about a month ago. Handbuff decks have always intrigued me but I haven't yet done particularly well with them so far; My attempt last season at an elemental handbuff pally didn't do particularly well unfortunately.
Taking a total shot in the dark, I've thrown together the following and taken it up to rank 15 with little trouble (though that's far from being "SRS BZNSS" of course):
There's a few notes in the deck link about a few other cards I've tried and a few things I'm sad that I couldn't make room for. Notably, there's no weapons, no Equality + Consecration, no hard removal, and no tech cards included here - I decided to go all in on the handbuff mechanic to see how it would work for me. That said, this decision may very well backfire in this season's ladder climb, so I appreciate all constructive feedback on this deck!
Good combo potential with Brawl and Shield Slam in control warr. Definitely a card you have to play at the right time to get the most out of. I'm cautiously optimistic on it...
Such garbage. Truesilver Champion, from the basic set, is vastly more reliable and a much better weapon overall. I guess this is intended as a Rallying Blade replacement for divine shield decks, but rallying has MUCH better base stats and is a lot easier to control than this card. The closest card I can think of with a similar effect is Bolvar Fordragon which saw (and continues to see) basically no usage.
"Is happening" implies that friend requests and a lack of proper reporting system in HS haven't been abused for ages now. This is far from a new phenomenon.
I'd go with "hilarious" myself; These kind of messages crack me up personally.
The only change I'd make is try to squeeze in a Violet Illusionist who can prevent a TON of damage from mini-rag to your hero's face. Amusing write-up and great list however.
More like Patches the Pirate squad tavern brawl. Did my 1 game for the pack, felt disgusting after getting 7 dudes IN CHARRRRGE HERE on turn 1, and refused to play it again.
I'm normally a fan of the "squad" brawls but this one is a serious dud in my book, not interesting at all.
7 manas cards in zoo? No, no one will be use this in zoo, in midrange or control for sure.
This. Way too slow for a zoo deck, but it seems far too strong in slower control decks...9/13 of stats on the board for 7 mana is already crazy strong, and if the Firelord survives it just keeps getting more and more ridiculous.
But always is for few weeks after a expansion release, after that one or few decks dominates all, netdeckers copy&paste them and the boring reign supreme until the next release.
I really hope this not happen this time.
It inevitably will happen as people gravitate towards the "Rank 1 Legend 100% WR OP OP" decks to grind up the ladder. For now, however, I am also enjoying the variety of the current meta in the wake of the new expansion.

Either start roping them back, or just load up your favorite x-rated site of choice. Hard to go wrong either way.

I'm preemptively nominating this card for the award of "best name in KFT".

Badly designed. Instant dust.

What do you mean "nowadays"? Deck titles on this site have been garbage for a while now, especially in regards to obviously-inflated winrates.
That said, it's clear that OP is guilty of all the above. 85% WR? What nonsense...

@ OP: Check out the latest VS Meta Report (http://www.vicioussyndicate.com/vs-data-reaper-report-45/#metabreaker) for some ideas. Token Druid, Aggro Shaman, and possibly Burn Mage seem worth checking out.
