Losing to a guy mindlessly going face, ignoring every single ( Very good, even ) trade, in the RNG fiesta Brawl.
Suddenly he plays Blingtron, gets Cursed Blade, and gives me Gorehowl. And because of his utter lack of trading, simply cannot remove enough of my board not to die.
After my opponent deathed my C'thun, the golden monkey presented me with the other 3 old gods. Yogg threw a pyroblast at the priest's face, set up an everyfin, noble sacrifice and also a mark of yshaarj. Priest was down to 8 and i had deathwing dragonlord in my hand, while his gorehowl had the pleasure of triggering my noble sacrifice while i sat at 69 health total. Warrior Rules.
Last night had a mage v mage. He overcommits his entire hand to get me down to 10 HP. I wiped his board with a flamestrike and won a few turns later. He added me to explain that "flamestrike is a scrub tech choice, and I ruined his win streak to rank 5 because I'm a scrub". Blizz chat doesnt have sound, but i'm pretty sure I could hear crying in the background. Classic.
It feels so terrible to have to put eater of secrets in your deck (I play wild), but man when it works it's glorious. I was playing against a reno mage, and he played 3/4 of their renos (Echo/Duplicate shenanigans), with one secret on his side of the board, ice block. I had eater of secrets in my hand since mulligan, and focused my efforts completely on face, getting him down to 19 health with 2x feugen, shredder, hallazeal, and totem golem on board. Instead of playing reno, he decided to wait a turn because ice block. Dropped eater of secrets, destroying ice block for perfect lethal.
Facing a mage, who was down to 4 hp. I was on 5., turn 11. On his side he has fully buffed C'thun (who had just cleared all my defences but left an Azure drake at 4/1) and one of the Emperor 7 twins.
He deliberates killing my dragon but ignores it and goes face. This was a mistake. I suicide the dragon into the Emperor, use Alextraza's Champion to finish the Emp off, before running Grom into his remaining life total.
I felt a little bad but it reinforces the point of board control.
Playing a wild random spell deck and I come across another mage playing a something similar. We go back and forth for a while and I drop my Yogg. Crazy shit goes down and I have them on the ropes. Both Iceblocks popped and they are at 1 life. So they drop their Yogg. Bunch of crazy shit happens and something I never saw before...
Yogg casted Bane of Doom on himself, killed him, and Mal'Ganis popped out. He died while immune to everything... I can't say I've ever seen something like that before.
Thank you fellow lover of random things. It was a fun game.
After standard arrived, I have often getting salty about the aggro meta.. shaman is too OP, zoo just flood the board.. C'thun warriors... But noting, I repeat NOTHING is so annoying as Secret Paladin. I mean, I really hate Secret Paladin... And you know what? I just beat one secret paladin.. In standard mode. With MC and tirion and the whole shitty package. BEST.FEELING.EVER.

If this isn't divine punishment, what is ?

Doesn't look like much, nothing special, not even close to my best packs, but OMG ILLIDAN! I can finish my Demonlock <3
Playing Dragon Priest against what was eventually a Reno Tempo Mage. He keeps his Reno right till the last, so taking a chance I entomb it.
He comes up very late in my deck, I play the guy with no real hope he'll heal me up and he does!
A fun win to close the evening's work on that one.

Undercity Huckster is the best. I used it against a mage and got Spellslinger. From Spellslinger I got Nourish. On T5 I was able to drop Preparation with Nourish and some other spells and cards for a 2 mana boost and a 10/10 Edwin VanCleef

Got this after an outrageously bad Arena run,now I just have to figure out how to spend the free dust....

It's not great, but it's nice to play a deck you've created instead of a net deck and win with it in casual.
Just something about it...feels...nice...[strokes non-existent beard]
