I love this game, but I also tilt easy when I can't progress up the ladder.
I think about my rank number (currently 15) all the time. I see pros on stream, and wonder how they get easy opponents all the time. But I also see them lose often, or try meme decks, and not get so tilted when they drop consecutive games. I don't think they (and others) take their rank rating so seriously, and just want to have fun.
That's what I want, just to enjoy the game and not obsess over that little number next to my avatar.
You just have to stop netdecking and stop playing aggro decks. That's all

The funniest thing is a streamer once told me, that he streams to avoid rank anxiety. It personally troubles me a lot aswell. (Except on the "checkpoint" ranks) What does help for me is getting a friend on VC and just chat with them while playing.

Surprised that doesn't break your concentration! I can imagine streamers getting enjoyment from the comments as much as they do from the game. Even in epic losses.

Definitely the best possible advice right here. All those refined netdecks out there, and those worthless Paladin decks are useless for laddering. If you really care about your rank, the best advice is to homebrew a control deck. That will send you shooting up the ladder like a boss.

Not from the comments, they don't really care. They just enjoy the subs and donations.
I made my Rank a secondary goal for this game, and instead focus on playing every day. Last season, I played at least one game per day, and this season, I am playing two.
Playing regularly helps to mentally adjust me to the stress of Ranked mode, while also ensuring I do not get wrapped up in success or failure.
You have ladder anxiety. There are two ways around this.
1) Get good enough to reach legend consistendly. Note that i said enough. Even a bad player can reach legend easily by playing a simple deck. Hence all these ''oh muah gud, imma reached lugund fur 1st tume.Umma suuu huppy" threads. The less bad you are, the faster you will go there, but legend is only about consistency. As someone who has stopped counting a year ago his legend runs, i can guarantee you that the only difference between a pro an total noob, is the variety of decks you can use and the time needed to get there. Nothing more.
2) Stop giving a flying f*ck about your rank, If you don't care whether you win or lose then you will play more relaxed and by default more efficiently. Also mute everyone instadly. In the trash ranks( no offence), people tend to bm more.
I cared about my rank up til last month when i finally hit legend . Right now im a bit burnt out on standard ladder so ill probably play more arena and might play some fun wild decks.
You just need to figure out what you enjoy playing and then play that. :) For me as an example I love Combo Decks more than anything in the game - So even now when there's less combo decks than there usually is and most of them are less good it's still the thing I play - I can't really tell you how to have fun because it depends a lot on the player; Some people love playing Combo, some players love Control, some players love a ton of RNG and some player just love dropping big minions onto the board. Personal preference. :P
Here's a piece of advice that recently helped me with rank anxiety in Overwatch. Just think, will this matter in five to ten years? Will it ever really impact my life? It probably won't, so I don't worry about it too much.
I just play casual or solo adventures most of the time and when I do play rank I play with decks that I enjoy to play with that have high win rates so that way after I get to about 15-18 I go back to casual and playing against and with more enjoyable decks

How do you do it? How do you approach all this?

So many more people would be legend if it wasn't ladder anxiety
Fuck cubelock
Streamres play for hours straight. If you played for 6 to 8 hours per day, every day, then you too can reach high ranks, even with a 50% win-rate.
