It looks like you combined 3 rogue archetypes into one. Gotta pick a direction man.
You can't really just keep quest on mulligan since you only have 1 way to complete it, and it would mean a pretty weak opening. Otherwise its just a weak tempo rogue.
You can make a midrange quest rogue, it won't be as good as normal quest rogue but it is doable. You need to cut some of the tempo stuff though to make it work. Or you need to drop the quest and run a more standard tempo list.
Both Tempo Rogue and Quest Rogue are already weak, making it hybrid won't help, i'm afraid.
Anyway, i would definitely try to fit Southsea Deckhand and even Bluegill Warrior, possibly instead of the slow Bonemares and DK (if you get to turn 8 without lethal at hand, i guess it is a loss anyway).
I've never played either archetype to be honest, but my impression is you don't really have a lot of minions worth buffing with Keleseth and/or quest to justify either. here's my look on the main 3 cards :
Keleseth : the real value of Keleseth was getting out a free Patches and no less important are the minions like Saronite Chain Gang and Fire Fly. Patches got hammered and so as a result we see almost no Keleseth Rogue - no coincidence at all. if you play Keleseth, are you going to follow it up with ... what exactly? Coldlight Oracle, an already underpowered minion? Plague Scientist or a early drawn Stonetusk Boar? Zola? Sonya?
Quest : there's a lot of dead draws in this deck, and you're starting with -1 card. If you actually get the quest done, what minions benefit from it? A lot of them just get +2/+2 or +3/+3 and cost several mana to put on board, nowhere near the power level of the real Quest Rogue who just dumps Novice Engineers and Elementals. You could easily complete the quest and then just have a Cobalt Scalebane and Bonemare in hand!
Valeera : to be honest I'm fine with Valeera, she's way more powerful than people give her credit. my problem is that with so many archetypes going on there's really not a lot of room for cards that improve her greatly, like Cold Blood, Eviscerate, Arcane Giant... I expect same like the quest problem you'll just end up with some weird useless other archetype cards in hand.
that's my look at it anyway

So this is the deck, the idea is that its a basic tempo rogue with prince but the niche is that it runs the quest.
The idea in activating the quest is sonya + boars, which will trigger the quest.
Any help is greatly appreciated
Always Hunters. Always Huffers.
Nice idea to trigger the quest +1
I think Bonemare and Valeera the Hollow are too expensive to run in this deck, you might like a pair of Cold Bloods better
This space is intentionally blank.
No point in having keleseth/quest since quest removes the 1/1 buff
edit: nice name
I exist, I think.
bouncing a keleseth buffed minion to your hand removes the 1/1 buff so kind of pointless
