It works for tempo and control. You can attack with your minion, transform it, and you get a sticky deathrattle.
I wanted to price it cheaper, but the chances are high that your opponent is holding a higher value card in his hand. It targets a card in the hand so that there's a good chance your opponent will play the card and feel like he's fighting an illusion of himself.
If your opponent does not have a minion in his hand, the spell creates a 0/2 with taunt Mirror Image instead.
Considering we have Medivh I figured why not implement his staff! Medivh is a master arcanist and has knowledge in even the darkest arts, so his staff shows that masterey of spells by using your opponents spells against them! Staff is a keyword meaning "Lose 1 durability when effect activates" so whenever your opponent plays a spell this loses 1 durability.
Effective in tempo mage keeping your hands fill, obvious spell synergy with various abilities and has some of that randomness hearthstone is known for while maintaining that overall flavor.

My new thread for cards i've started making since the 6th of Feb-> [Mod Edit: No TinyURL Links Please]
So, this is costed at 5 mana because it produces a defenseless minion AND it rewards any random card when it dies.
The downside is it gives all your minions "50% chance to attack the wrong enemy" while its on the battlefield, has 3 Health, and the card you get could be useless.
The "50% chance to attack the wrong enemy" effect is thematic due to the fact that a) the pinata is an ogre and b) your minions are "blindfolded" while trying to attack it.
In a pinch you could cast this on one of your own minions in attempt to avoid lethal.
Would love to have this in the game in some form or another, couldn't decide weather buffing the damage would be considered a buff or a nerf to the card.
Great to have in starting hand, as you get a fuller hand with more possibilities from the beginning, but don't discard anything in your hand, it's from your deck instead. Same idea like Fel Reaver, a 0-Mana like Burgle but you take the risk of discarding important cards, but like Fel Reaver decks you build decks where cards are good on it's own and not where combo is super-important, so the discarding isn't that much of a downfall. Also need more synergies with Tiny Knight of Evil and later cards like it that will come.
If you think that this is OP, that it should cost 3 mana like Burgle, consider this:
You discard a card and show it to your opponent.
"Random" always need to be compensated for
It only gives spells, Burgle can give minions as well. Some spells can be absolutely useless (i.e. Shield Slam, Deadly Poison) where at least minions can be put on the board even though their effect doesn't synergize at all.
This is like Duplicate on steroids, but makes you need to FACE those desired, and does not guarantee that you'll ever manage to get them under your control. I feel that the effect itself is too powerful (Mirror Entity plus Duplicate is 6 mana, and this can be used twice, but with a delayed result), so it's only a 3/2 and not a 4/2 weapon.
Edit: I want to clarify, it's a mage weapon (therefore a staff).
This card will take a spell from your opponent's deck and replace your power with it for example it might take force of nature from a druid and that becomes your hero power with an identical mana cost.

'Soft' removal and another form of card advantage for Hunter.
It applies an effect similar to Power Word: Glory and Blessing of Wisdom.

The Warlock draws the energy from the being or spell that was targeted and transform it into random spells.
Synergy: Tiny Knight of Evil, Fist of Jaraxxus
Comparison: Burgle, Fel Reaver.

There is a lot of steak here...
I think this is a really interesting rogue card and rogues totally deserve better cards, because they got basically nothing from TGT:
I thought it was an interesting concept so here you go!
My submission, a psudo card draw for mages.
Edit: Altered to only affect the caster due to feedback regarding forcing your opponent to discard cards.
