So I just tried to emphasize this point - and maybe it isnt so Ideal to use "draw a card".

This is the discussion thread, what type of feedback to you want? I guess this card is the same as Arcane Intellect of corse slightly better, but nothing special imho. Just an upgraded version.

You know the secret is something your opponent knows about, so they could just trigger this with almost anything just to burn up all your spells on one guy, or at least try to. It I guess kills their stuff for free but you don't get to pick and like you said it pulls spells even if they minion has taken lethal damage. Also this throws non-damage stuff making some cards bad or unplayable, examples include Spare Parts, Cold Blood, and Gang Up. Seems pretty bad to me.
Also its pretty rude/spammy to ask about your card against less than 4 minutes after you posted it the first time.
I try to emphasize the role of hand management in order to trigger this secret efficiently and to avoid the situation of lethal damage. So does the non-damage spell. Maybe it is better for control rogue with high proportion of minion or Arena as spell account for much percentage of Rogue deck.

Clarifications:
*Spells cast MUST have ONE and only one target.
*This secret CANNOT be trigger if no spell can be cast.
*Spells continue to be cast on minion with zero or less Health, but stop being cast if the minion is already destroyed (by Assassinate) or return to one's hand (by Sap).
You don't keep armor when changing hero but this is a warrior card; you use weapons to clear the board but you only have 8 health now; you use Ragnaros's hero power to kill your opponent but there're at least 3 minions on board.

Probably contradiction in Lore as a Shaman weapon? Additionally, healing yourself when you're at 8 health will not increase your health any further.
