Looks like the first Secret in the competition! Here we get a new 2 mana Hunter secret that is kind of a weaker Snipe with a Silence attached to it. This may be nice if Hunter starts trending towards a secret-heavy Control or Mid-range archetype.

This card fits really well into Priest decks with Mass Dispel and especially Silence, so you can play Voice Stealer with it on turn 4 and get a 5/4. As well, Priests can help the Voice Stealer with the problem that he always has relatively low health.
Also, he can protect your minions from being silenced, because he represents a permanent thread if getting buffed, be he has really low base health, so the best case scenario is to play a Voice Stealer behind a silence-likely Taunt like Sludge Belcher, Sunwalker or even Tirion Fordring.
Flavor Text: Rumour says Taurens use these totems as indoor air fresheners.
As long as the totem remains on board, enemy minions could not be buffed or debuffed (for example froze) and their effects would not trigger but as soon as the totem is down, all silenced effects would return.
In case of the one turn effects such as Rockbiter Weapon or Corruption, the effect itself would not trigger but the one turn durability aura would still wear off as soon as the specific turn ends.
In case the minion temporaly silenced by the totem would get hard silenced by a minion like Spellbreaker, the minion would lose all its card text and enchantments and after that totem's aura would just silence a silenced minion.

I think that this weapon would be a great addition for the Rogue. It's perfect against something like Sludge Belcher and has great synergy with Tinker's Sharpsword Oil. It is a 3-mana cost weapon, so if you want to use it with Tinker's Sharpsword Oil and Blade Furry you'll have to wait at least until turn 6 (that is if you have a Preparation) and even then you would have to have those exact four cards in hand. The fact that you have to combo it for the silence effect is a way to make it more balanced. And, obviously, to respect Rogue's mechanics.
Lore : Hakkar the Soulflayer was a major loa of the Gurubashi trolls, and is infamously known as the deity who precipitated the Gurubashi empire to it's demise. A cruel god with a hunger for flesh and souls, he was known as the "Soulflayer" because of his cruel treatment of the souls of those his zealots gave him as offering. Many time was Hakkar defeated, and many time he came back, ever stronger. This might just be the good one.
Flavor text : "They say he has a thirst for blood, but secretly, he just wants strawberry ice-cream..."
A rather interesting effect for a strong body - 6/8 (KT) are probably the best stats you could hope for, since it puts it out of BGH's range. Probably a good addition to a priest deck, since it combo's well with Mass Dispel or just Silence. It will also destroy your own minions, which is why the flayed soul are here, as a little upside. Since Hakkar is a late game card, these souls might just come after most aoe spells have been burned.
Overall a strong card, although probably not as much as KT.
Amongst the Scarlet Inquisition’s weaponry are such diverse elements as fear, surprise, ruthless efficiently, and an almost fanatical devotion to the Dreadlor- I- I mean the Grand Crusader!
LORE: The Scarlet Crusade has some dark secrets, probably the biggest of which is that it’s actually headed by the Demon Dreadlord Balnazzar, possessing the corpse of Grand Crusader Dathrohan. There are whispers of his dark secret, though, and so the Dreadlord / Grand Crusader sends his fanatical inquisitors to silence them.
GAMEPLAY: Of the existing Secret-using classes, Paladin is the only one without any cards that grant it particular synergy with them. Paladins are also one of the classes without any class-specific Silence cards, and so I decided to combine the two niches. I know that the concept of "Silence + Damage" isn't particularly exciting or innovative, but it is very practical and realistic, and I think that this submission puts a different sort of twist on it that makes it a little more interesting than the standard. Balance-wise, it follows the same Cost-Attack-Health pattern as Ironbeak Owl and Spellbreaker. Then, since class cards are generally allowed to be a bit more powerful than neutral cards, it adds in a little extra kick in the form of the 1 damage per Secret you control. I also think it compares about right to other class 3-drops like SI:7 Agent. NOTE: This card does damage in 1-point increments, not as a lump sum, so it may trigger cards like Frothing Berserker multiple times.
Notes: As her silence does not come in the form of a Battlecry it is an ongoing effect that any minion on the board is silenced. So while you might consider her attack of 6 as a dodge to BGH, in reality BGH would come into play silenced and not be a factor.
Minions become unsilenced once they move away from the librarian. It's like Dire Wolf Alpha, except it temporarily silences instead of giving +1 attack.

"Unfortunately, Thrall couldn't save anyone this time..."It's a board wipe that makes sure the board stays wiped.
Combo with Mass Dispel, Wailing Soul and Silence. Possible new giant priest deck with Ancient Watchers and Deathlord?
Cost 2 less than Sea Giant.
"One must be very still to hear the echo of silence."
It's a nice basic silence spell. Serves as a cantrip and also very nice for mill decks.

Hey! I like you!
Now you can bring about the Hour of Twilight!
Silence effects are pretty rare currently so I think a 3/3 token is pretty fair.

Edit 2: Added more explanation of the mechanic.

Ideally played in combo with Mass Dispel :)
