To deal 5 damage 4 mana, examples : Fireball, Lava Burst(the overload value is based 1 overload per each 0.5 mana value, so the card would cost 4 mana if you remove the overload).
She's quite a nice gal, does tricks, cuddly, and doesn't eat too much. Once you get used to the maulings, you're well on your way to being a happy owner!
This is an aura effect. As long as this card is on the board, all of your minions are silenced and stealthed. When they attack they break stealth and are re-stealthed so long as this card is on the board.
The silence happens before the stealth so only preexisting effects are silenced (not the stealth).
I've been tinkering with the idea of how to buff this creature while silencing enemy minions. I'm also thinking of removing some of this cards strength by increasing its toughness to 5 and only silencing 1 minion instead.
Edit: Inspired by TotalBiscuit's self-silence deck. You know all those cool cards with great stats but horribly debilitating effects? Well now you don't have to worry, Whispering Monstrosity can get rid of those pesky negatives before they ever come into play.
Edit 2: I fat fingered the health so it was 1 point higher than it should have been.
My submission for the week is a solid Paladin secret card that would see regular play. It has good value when drawn at any stage of the game, and a mana cost that is not prohibitive. It can be saved to counter cards such as Sylvannas, Baron Geddon, and more, or could be used early game against more aggressive decks such as Hunter and Rogue. Thanks!
Here is my entry for this week's competition. It is a 7 mana warlock legendary minion Varimathras.
Flavor: Varimathras was Sylvannas's second in command throughout her rise to the ruler of the Forsaken, until he ultimately betrayed the Horde by allying himself with the demons (all from the wiki :) ) Silence is a skill of dark rangers in WC3, and so it can be assumed that Sylvannas taught Varimathras the arts.
This card could be used in similar decks that Wailing Soul should have been used in, as well as serving as a silence with a good body when you need it.
This competition has ended.

Dr. Silence - Silence Bot
Dispel Magic - Stolen Ability
Dispel Magic -
4 words: Hard Removal for Paladin.
Mana cost explanation:
Silences cost 0.5 mana, examples: Silence, Earth Shock.
To deal 5 damage 4 mana, examples : Fireball, Lava Burst(the overload value is based 1 overload per each 0.5 mana value, so the card would cost 4 mana if you remove the overload).
Total 4.5 mana.
Teaching himself the art of the WIndblade took patience, effort, and women.

works very well with any silence card, especially Mass Dispel
Decided to make a new entry
*edit: updated the wording based on feedback*
EDIT: Updated lang to state "minion" for targets.
Deathrattles are an every day occurence nowadays and this card can remove a lot of value from them, if left alone.

Why should I worry about magic? A well-placed kick will stop even the most potent of spells.
Meta changes the moment you switch your deck.

Enjoy!
We don't have many reliable(ish) 6 drops in the game and this would be a pretty cool effect. Hope you guys enjoy!
EDIT: I changed it from an Epic into a Legendary for balance reasons.
