Your card must be a Paladin card (minion, spell or weapon)
Your card must positively interact with Dragons (so no destroying Dragons, dealing damage to Dragons, etc.)

Ugh, kind of disappointed I didn't make it even though I had the most votes on Page 1...
I'll give a review of all of these once I get out of class, this post is mostly a placeholder.
Alright, let's get to it. I will say that I'm very disappointed with a lot of the finalists this week.
Helpful Whelp - 3/5: Kind of treads on Argent Protector's toes. I don't really see the point of it honestly, because Hand of Protection is a thing, but it's a lot better than the other ones.
Chromie, Keeper of Time - 1/5: Really don't like this one. I don't like how much better it is than Youthful Brewmaster. Even if it does require a Dragon, it's a bit over the top.
Nozdormu, Lord of Time - 4/5: This is one of the better ones. I like how it makes you have to drop your Dragons, which would give Dragon Pally a different identity.
Cinder - 1/5: Really poorly thought out imo. I don't believe in the idea that Legendaries should be straight up better than other rarities. Being better than Fiery War Axe, an already good card, puts it over the top. Plus, Legendary weapons don't exist yet. Wait for Bilzz to break their rules first.
Dragonflight Avenger - 2/5: Well balanced, but boring hold a Dragon card is boring.
Kid of the Prophecy - 1/5: Turn 4 Ysera shouldn't be a thing. I feel like this is just an enabler for the boring "I win" type hands that some decks have.
Sleeping Dragon - 2/5: Cool concept, but feels really forced. Why does a sleeping thing have Taunt? You can just step past it. And why divine shield?
Divine Storm - 4/5: Doesn't have much to do with Dragons, but it's a pretty nice concept.
Nozdormu's Champion - 5/5: Really like this one in particular, because of the start of turn benefits. Also has nice flavor, copying Alexstrasza's Champion's stats. (intentional, right?)
Borrowed Time - 5/5: Would actually add depth to the game, making order of play more important. I really like it because it's easy to play around, but the bluff can be real.
Dragonmaw Judicator - 3/5: While I do like it for the purposes of dropping Dragons like, Nozdormu, Lord of Time. However, it seems more unoriginal imo.
Winged Lure - 1/5: REALLY don't see the point of this one. The only small Dragons are token Whelps, and the big Dragons that actually go in your hand don't benefit nearly as much from buffs.
Unlikely Allies - 3/5: Even though I play Menagerie Pally (yes, I'm weird, don't judge), I find that this would work better the other way around, especially since the only Murlocs in the deck are Anyfin Can Happen activators. I feel like giving Dragon Pally an identity in this way should fit with existing archetypes.
Swift Whelp - 2/5: A 2/2 for free that you have to draw probably wouldn't see play. The reason Patches the Pirate is good is because he draws himself. I find it useless, but it might just be me.
Tip the Scales - 3/5: I liked it better at (4) mana. Considering that Dragon decks pretty much always hold a Dragon, I think the swing potential it too large.
Eye of the Dragon - 1/5: Although 1-mana discovers are a thing, I think it's too powerful to be able to control the exact pool of discoverables. Journey Below and Finders Keepers are balanced by the fact that there are some pretty bad deathrattle and overload cards out there (case in point, Bomb Squad and Dust Devil).
Posthumous Children - 4/5: I like this one, but it feels like it would be used more in an type Egg Paladin than an actual Dragon Paladin, because Faerie Dragon is a thing. It seems kind of useless in an actual Dragon deck because the eggs are useless once the actual Dragons come out. Unless I'm missing something.
By the Holy Flight - 5/5: The pun is real. Love it because Pally has actual dude synergy.
Yeah, none of the cards on my page even made it....I'm officially confused about how cards get selected. I feel like something is potentially being manipulated by certain people.

No, you had the most votes period. I will concede that my entry did not follow the second rule as well as it could have but Dxiled really deserves to be put up for the finals.

Yeah, its weird, There are only 10 pages of entries, not a huge number like other times. And there are no cards from Page 1 or Page 8. Of course as we've been shown, a lot of past winners have insanely high voter turnout on very late pages considering some of the pages before their thread had so few. And honestly, I don't even know if I think most of the entries are that great. There is a heap of bias and entry manipulation happening I'd wager. Seeing some of these same people kind of wait until the same time to submit every week and always make the finals can't be a coincidence. The system has changed many times to try to make things fair, but its being gamed if you ask me.

This whole Finals page needs to be explained because I'm confused as to why this week is inconsistent from the others.
I know in the past there's been that thing that if too many people have the same amount of top votes on same page that none will go through but that's doesn't seem to be the case
(on a lesser note it's weird seeing my card as the only one that produces a token ._.)
I agree that the selections are a bit strange this week. Also some of the finalists are crazy OP.... there are cards that are better designed and balanced in the submissions page that are strangely absent in the finals. I will not name cards or users, because I appreciate everyone's efforts and honestly this is a friendly environment.
Ok, gonna go directly with the cards I´m gonna vote it, and wich were close:
Helpfull Whelp by AngryChicken: Its just an awesome card, I remember having a similar idea (But idk why I can´t now copy paste from imgur to here...) Its well balanced, and can bring Divine Shield Paladin or an Aggro one with Faerie Dragon, pretty good!
Dragonmaw Judicator by Zanywoop: Pretty awesome card! Just have to say it, its pretty cool! And it also draws a dragon, wich could be really important if you got only a Nethersprite Historian in your hand, it really helps a lot! I love it!
Close to be voted:
Swift Whelp by larvashu: A close one, just by a simple thing that could have changed it completely and make it usefull, "Summon it and draw a card" that would be fairly better, you spend your draw to summon this... but this could have been a good competitor against the other´s, but its pretty useless without that card draw.
Again, why the heck there are 2 Wild Cards when commonly there´s one only?
i believe there's always the potential to have 2xWildC - 1 from the Mods, 1 from the Theme Contribute of the Week (last week's winner) if either or both chose one. I just can't understand why my brilliant and truly wild card isn't one... or that it isn't WCno3! xD
Posthumous children (even though I had a very similar idea which I had to change because of this card): Everything is here: good flavor, playable but balanced card that fits with the Paladin's class fantasy (shared with Zoolock and Egg Druid) of flooding the board with weak stuff. I'm surprised it needed a Wildcard to get to the finals.
Tip the Scales: The flavor is awesome. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the card "tells the story" of a fight between a dragon and a moral which will be won by the dragon only if you have one on your side. Gameplay-wise, the card is also awesome. Paladin desperately needs hard removal and dragon are common enough for this card to not be completely dead when you don't have a dragon.
Dragonmaw Judicator: A good weapon that gives Dragon Paladin more consistency without being absurdly broken (unlike Cinder, see below). However it has the potential to be slightly OP not for Dragon Paladins, but for other paladin decks that only uses dragons "casually" since this will make the draw much more consistent e.g. Menagerie Paladins or greedy control Paladins that would certainly run at least one of the 5 Dragon Aspects. That said those decks are far from OP right now and won't be so even with this card.
Borrowed Time because it's my card, so of course it's awesome.
Honorable mentions:
Kid of the Prophecy: Even though I absolutely LOVE the flavor of this card, gameplay-wise it simply sucks. There's no way anybody would run a potential 4mana 0/1 that does nothing. Even in handbuff pally, consistently giving minions in your hand at least +2/+2 is extremely hard, besides some dragons have interesting battlecries that you don't want to screw up (Book Wyrm anyome?). If the card"s effect was a deathrattle instead of a battlecry it would have been better, although still unplayable.
Sleeping Dragon because early anti-aggro minions that can't be hijacked by aggro itself are very good and always deserve praise.
Nozdormu's Champion: Again, the flavor is awesome, and I love the effect, but the card is waaaay underpowered! Compare to Alexstrasza's Champion which is a 2-mana better Wolfrider when triggered and you'll see my point. How many times will that effect be useful? Ragnaros and Thaurissan? Sure, but playing them together is hard. Even without the Dragon condition, this would have been too conditional. EDIT: Oh well I forgot the start-of-turn Mana Crystals. My bad then, though Mana Crystals are part of Druid's identity, not paladins. Also this can backfire since your opponent will benefit from the extra MC before you do.
Winged Lure: Nice flavor, nice effect, an overall well-rounded card.
Cards that shouldn't be here:
Cinder: A powercreep on the already-powerful Fiery War Axe that gives you consistency with no counterpart? No please. Also there's no flavor and the effect is poorly worded.

I know it's been mentioned before, but I feel like the mods and topic giver should be able to void an entry if they feel it doesn't belong in the competition, so long as it doesn't affect any of them making finals or not. I think it's been two weeks in a row now that a really lazily designed and poorly balanced card made finals when potentially well thought-out cards didn't.

Now we are having the same problem as Pepe, I don´t want to remind it nor start a discussion about it.
But I completely agreet that that´s a lazy card, its poorly worded, but fits... and that´s... bad... however I suppose that bad cards are getting in and good ones getting voted, still, too unfair to loose an entry to a useless one.
Tip the Scales - 3/5: I liked it better at (4) mana. Considering that Dragon decks pretty much always hold a Dragon, I think the swing potential it too large.
Cheers :) I see what you're saying, but I did change a bit more than that. Changed it to "control a dragon" instead of "hold a dragon", so it was a bit harder to pull off. I wanted to add a bit more control if you'd actually wanted to destroy a dragon instead of a non-dragon, and I thought this was the best way to do it; lower the cost by (1), making it harder to proc the non-dragon minion, but easier to proc the dragon.

That was indeed the general idea, yes! It's always nice getting such a great comment from the creator of the theme, meaning you've done something right! Thanks Cheese!

Yeah, I agree with Odinson and Zence. The finals this week seem off with what I'd expect from vote totals. I did some quick calculations, but I can't apply the formula accurately without knowing which entries were disqualified.
I think each card's score (as determined by the formula) should be posted, not just for this week, but every week. The equation is transparent, but the results aren't if we aren't told who was disqualified.
I don't have a horse in this race either, I didn't enter this week. :( never got an idea I really felt good about :(
Cinder: A powercreep on the already-powerful Fiery War Axe that gives you consistency with no counterpart? No please. Also there's no flavor and the effect is poorly worded.

I'd definitely have anti-wildcarded this if I could. I specifically asked for the "merely being a Dragon is not enough" restriction to avoid another Pepe and I'd be disappointed if it wins.

Were you not consulted on DQs? I feel like that should be a thing. Also, I feel like entries are that DQed should be listed under a spoiler for those who want to know. If not the actual score breakdown, at least do this.
