This might just be good enough to warrant a Pirate Package in an Aggro (maybe Singleton) warrior, even without that many Pirates in Standard. 3 Mana, draw 3 would be nuts on it's own, this even has a 2/3 weapon attached to it.
I think I slept for 3 years in a row and woke up just today.
Seriously though, I think this is a good addition to WILD pirate warrior, not OP since you will have only one copy. For those voting bad or dust, remember that the devs usually print some more supporting cards in the upcoming expansions...
I'd rather see a 2 mana 3/2 weapon do nothing than a 3 mana 2/3 weapon do anything
Well, depends of this "anything".
Draw 3 cards and kill x3 2 health minions for 3 manas is pretty strong, and you can tutor and play in curve the legendary pirate giving the weapon +1/+1.
This card is out of the place but it is undenyable strong.
legendary weapons are fair game as just a thing now huh.
This is prolly better than it looks as its a low cost weapon that gives 3 tutors, pirates suck for the most part sure, but tutoring them in a midrangey deck isnt bad
I love draw, I just hope this card isn't pigeonholed into a strictly aggro build (in Standard), in Wild this could single handedly boost Pirate Warrior up a tier, at least it would if Wild wasn't fundamentally broken right now. Still, 3 mana draw 3 albeit over 3 turns, will be fun if not strong, possibly meta defining.
I don't think a 'pirate deck' is going to emerge (in standard), so the question becomes, will warriors have enough pirate cards to play in their other decks to merit playing this card? I'd say that in order to benefit from the weapon, you'd need at minimum 4 pirates in the deck. Is that possible? Absolutely. Will it happen? Too early to say.
I will say that with the currently available pirates (in standard), this card is bad and would not see any competitive play. However, there's a lot of cards yet to be revealed and there's a solid chance we'll see a pirate or two by the end of it. And, this is also one of those cards that's kind of impossible to stay bad even if there are no good pirates to play with this expansion. All it takes is one or two solid pirates in future expansions and all of a sudden this card becomes meta-defining. Cards like this are dangerous due to their potential power, even if right now with what's currently available, it doesn't look that impressive. I opted not to vote because there's not enough information yet but I think that almost certainly at one point before it rotates out, it'll be meta-defining.
In wild

I really fear aggro warrior in DoD...
horrors of the past rises again
My Theory: we will see a Warrior card with Pirate tribe, which invokes Galakrond.

while the card itself seems pre good theres not enough to make it work
"Pirate warrior run out of steam very quickly."
Hold my new weapon.

Will be insanely strong after rotation.
Next Shaman card:
Saywhatnow 4 mana 3/4 If you played an elemental last turn, summon a Jade golem.
Or maybe it's really intended for Wild.
Warrior has three legendaries this XPac so no one should complain.
weird

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.

A great support for Pirate Warrior but he was late also is a somewhat underrated weapon for weapons with more attack in his archetype
this does not deserve to be legendary
It makes sense to give Warrior a new legendary weapon, being the weapon class and all.
I love the flavor of the card, too.
As for the effect, this card seems super strong. Draw 3 cards AND deal 6 damage over three turns? Not bad at all.
Will this be enough to spawn a pirate deck in standard? Probably not, unless some powerful pirates come along with it.
Not bad but are pirates good enough? lol after pirate warrior fiasco I don't think blizzard will print good pirates to play with this.
Please, don't do this again. FUCK PIRATE WARRIOR.
