the card is not bad! in shaman can really be good. the only way to play it if u have an aggro murloc paladin that 8 mana card in top deck can be good. (as my fellow players said right above I'm confused too)
I just don't get it. There is no murloc synergy in Paladin - (standard) - right now.
Dragon Paladin could use some love. None.
The Quest for Paladin requires reborn minions. We have seen none so far. So WTF is this?
Finally, it appeared like we'd have some aggro/beast Paladin game this expansion with the first three cards they revealed.
I'm so confused, and don't see anything working here.
Dont you understand Blizzards logic?
Next will be a buffspell wich requires you to hold a Beast. Then we get another Weapon, wich gives every 2 HP minion Divine Shield . Also secret that makes the next played minion from your opponent only have 1 attack. Just think about it! If you wanna hold on to your original Heropower you can even summon Sir Finley of the Sands !
And most important, 100% no AOE spell this time . Heeey , you Paladin players just had one, 2015! Dont get greedy over there.

Don't forget giving all your minions Divine Shield if they filled out their tax forms properly last year.
And when they die, they shuffle 4 copies back into your deck so you never fatigue either.
Oh, they forgot to print that this card ALSO gives all Murlocs summoned Charge. Oops.
In Wild this card is obviously one of the most powerful cards in the game, synergy with Anyfin and Murkeye is absurd it will break the game big priest is a joke compared to this.
In Standard... This card is obviously one of the most powerful cards in the game!
Don't you learn? "summon from your deck" mechanic is OP, patches, call to arms!
This literally floods the entire board, exactly what murlocs want to do, and cycles 7 cards out of your deck, with one card.
It's hard to believe half the comments are saying this card is bad
Otherwise getting a full board of Murlocs on turn 8 will get removed by most classes. So, in a standard aggro Murloc deck, this is terrible.
I don't know if I agree with that. At worst it's one card for one card IF they have the removal. And it's very possible they don't, given that if they survived your murloc deck up to turn 8 they probably already had to use a bunch.
And it thins your deck toward your late game ; I can imagine a deck kind of like the old school murloc paladin back in Un'Goro, where you had tons of murlocs but with Primordial Drake + Tirion at the top. Not saying this would be a good deck in the upcoming meta or anything, but that's how I see this card potentially used.

Please, please play that on turn 8 against my conjurer mage (I already have enough big dudes to kill you while you do nothing) or warrior (I AOE this shit), or rogue (I burst you out of my hand) Without new strong murlocs this card is a meme level for standard. Good taunts or rushers can change that.
In wild it may make anyfin more consistent but won't make it S-tier as you claim. Main problem - you'll rarely summon all your murlocs from the deck because you'll draw them first. Also, if this deck will somehow go nuts, control shaman with that new transform everything to murlocs spell will annihilate it.

Well the problem is they dont have to use aoe with the Murlocs we have nowadays.(unless you count stuff like Thunderhead and Dino_Matic as aoe)
Murloc Shaman is only so good because of Soul of the Murloc etc. Almost all tokendecks have some kind of Boardprotection. 8 Mana is way too much for a pure Murloc aggro/token deck. ( I also doubt you have much "lategame" in this style of token deck) Usually you wanna kill your opponent as fast as possible, but maybe they introduce some kind of Astral Tiger Murloc..

Ok lol + control counters aggro of course you'll beat Murloc paladin with conjurer mage, nerd
I'm guessing more Paladin class Murlocs will be revealed. I think Team 5 may have been high on crack considering the current Paladin cards revealed so far, lol.

Your card reviews tell me you have a thin understanding of either Standard or Wild to think without added support this will have some kind of busted commodity.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
My thoughts exactly. Only cheap minions (1-4 mana cost) 2x lens and 2x this card, so you can cast it turn 5 or turn 4 with the coin. It seems pretty good. You can do the same in wild just add 2 Anyfins.
I'd like to see how this stacks up to the Druid 8 mana Twinspell. A little more power on average plus thinning your deck, but you have a maximum of 2 waves between 2 cards as opposed to Druid's 4 waves.
I gotta see some powerful murlocs for this to be consistently good.
Not as good as it looks because you need to have enough murlocks left in your deck for this to be worthwhile. If this is in the bottom half of your deck it's not that great. If it's last few cards it's a dead card.
I just don't get it. There is no murloc synergy in Paladin - (standard) - right now.
Dragon Paladin could use some love. None.

Finally, it appeared like we'd have some aggro/beast Paladin game this expansion with the first three cards they revealed.
I'm so confused, and don't see anything working here.
The devs support multiple different themes for each class with each expansion. Apparently, they thought Paladins should be about Murlocs and Reborn for this expansion. Presumably, some of the remaining cards will support those themes. Salhet's Pride supports both, without being either a Murloc or Reborn - it also draws Twilight Drake, if you want to take it for a spin in your Dragon Paladin deck.
There isn't anything "confusing" about any of this - so far, we've only seen half the Paladin class cards. The correct time for aimless bitching is anytime, but well-aimed bitching requires patience. A week from now, after we've seen all the cards, you can bitch as much as you like if Paladin doesn't have any way of completing its Quest, or the only Murloc in the set is Finley . . .
In Wild this card is obviously one of the most powerful cards in the game, synergy with Anyfin and Murkeye is absurd it will break the game big priest is a joke compared to this.

Are you planning to kill aggro decks by playing 8 mana do nothing to impact the board\heal\protect face? Good luck!

Also, let's look at your old predictions...
Recurring Villain - Considering every class can trigger this card easily, I think it's safe to say it will see play somewhere in the upcoming meta. (safe indeed)
Potion Vendor - OP. You only play the 3 mana mushroom for the effect. This is the same effect for 1 mana. Very strong card will see play in multiple decks. Hello zoolock. (Blizzard, please nerf this OP thing! It oppresses the meta)
Shimmerfly You guys seriously think Zul'jin wants a RANDOM spell when only a few select spells actually work with him? This card is trash in Zul'jin deck. (We all know that literally no Zul'jin midrange hunter plays this trash...)
Marked Shot It cannot hit face, and the Zul'jin synergy is really poor, it can hit your own minion, forcing you to hold on Zul'jin when you are ahead, and gives you a random card instead of a discovered card. (Yes, yes, very poor synergy. )
Archivist Elysiana So many people are gonna waste 1600 dust on this bait card! (Blizzard was very generous to nerf this card to let poor baited people to get their dust back.)
Otherwise getting a full board of Murlocs on turn 8 will get removed by most classes. So, in a standard aggro Murloc deck, this is terrible.

It can be more of a midrangy deck, like Un'goro murloc paladin's deck. But the problem like you kind of said is that Paladin doesn't have a way to punish an opponent for leaving a full board of murlocs, like shaman can with bloodlust or druid with savage roar. So indeed I don't see this being gamebreaker top curve card unless they had some card like that.
I don't think 8 mana is too much or too late though. I've seen many murloc shamans play double Hagatha + shudderwock as top curve. Full board of murlocs with one card is arguably even better than those options. But again, no real way to abuse it with paladin.

Has the potential to be a big combo, but in reality it is not 100% busted. It is probably around 25% busted.
Not saying it won't happen, but I don't think this sees Standard play past Rank 18.

2x Murloc Warleader, 2x Grimscale Oracle , 2x Bluegill Warrior = 16 damage
Maybe include Baleful Banker and Augmented Elekk

a return to murlocs is cool for paladin, but this isnt anyfin at all. I dont think this will be enough to revive that era of paladin.
