This isn't great for standard. However if they are looking to stop the same boring meta in Wild then the will work, Taunt Quest warrior this will certainly start to see some more action.
Taunt Quest Warrior is not even played in Wild. If it were, it would be a Tier 5 deck. The Quest takes too long to complete, and the reward isn't even close to game winning right off the bat. This card isn't going to bring it back. By the time you get to turn 7 you need to start working on you are going to kill you opponent (you know, WIN the game). Raw stats alone isn't going to do it.
I can tell you one thing, I hope I don't see that flashy gold light gleaming behind a newly opened card only to click and reveal this was the Legendary I got.
Not this is definitely some discard warlock/card filler type of cancer complaint, handbuff never worked and they are still pushing it, thus people complain.
I can understand it, f2p people don't want to see freeze shaman, discard warlock, handbuff whatever, because they got used to completely underpowered unplayable cards. I personally like these mechanics, because it takes more than just good cards to pilot them. And also because Blizzard can release a good synergy card at any time and improve the mechanic and it feels so good when you already play the mechanic when that happens. Thx blz for all the discard shenanigans
Very well statted for an effect that looks strong to me. Handbuff is usually bad, but end of turn effects are usually good.
It doesnt really fit into any standard deck right now, but as a standalone card it seems powerful. Maybe the new expansion will give support for it. Im optimistic about this card.

More likely, if it's ever going to be good, that will happen next year after Dr. Boom is gone.
The bright side is that Warrior doesn't actually need good new cards right now, so no one can really complain that they are printing bad ones.

In Wild, I was thinking about this along with my C'thun warrior. You get this buff on your Twin dudes that are normally 4/6 Taunts, but you get 2 of them and they would be 6/8. Not bad.
And if C'thun has Taunt, which he could, then getting a free C'thun buff is cool too.
I am not sure about the taunt Quest in Wild. Maybe for fun.

You would get a 6/8 and a 4/6 Twin Emperor Vek'lor doesn't summon a copy it's a standalone card ;)
I like the idea of giving taunt to C'thun then buffing with Armagedillo, it's like a super Twilight Elder

Ah yes, If it doesn't say copy then you would be right. Still a strong play, at least in the fun ranks of the ladder.

C‘thun doesn‘t get Buffed he gains the taunt after being played through twillight geomancer ,he doesnt get the taunt Tag to begin with or am I wrong on this one?
Really hyped about this card. 4/7 taunt already great stats. Worth 5 mana or even 5.5 mana. 6 mana card, we have no 6 mana card right now in CW which makes it even better. Effect just have to go off once on one card and it's decent. If it has more value its insane. Also a must kill card for the opponent and with 7 health that might not be easy...

Make the game a lot less fun and cheap as shit? Yes I understand this game takes no skill to take and the credit card is the way to win.
But buffing minions is just so fucking cheap I cant...
Doesn't seem like a good/interesting card.
For this card to be good, you need to hit at least 2 taunt minions in your hand.
This means playing lots of card draw and/or card generation cards that have taunt.
I think playing this to stay alive with no taunts in hand is meh at best, so you need some synergy before you throw this in your Standard deck.
Now, in Wild, I think this is very interesting, along with Dead Man's Hand, you could have endless buffed taunts.
This post implies that hand buff was good.
What game are you playing, again?

I hope warrior doesn't receive a single good card this expansion.

This should just work on the first Phantom Militia because the echo copies add a Phantom Militia and not a copy of the card you played.
Possible Rush+Beast+Taunt archetype? Oondasta and Akali, the Rhino with Amani War Bear and Witchwood Grizzly?
There are a lot of Mechs with Taunt too.
I'd like the rest of the set to support this concept - otherwise I feel it will just be totally outclassed by current builds of Warrior.

Yes, I can read thank you. My point was that even if you only had Zilliax, it would still be a good drop.
Now grow up.

As for this expansion, I was expecting something like this:
