Wow so even Paladin can get useless Legendaries.... I was expecting a Mech with tons of keywords to make the spell better instead we get this,I don't play Paladin anymore but I'm disappointed.... It's a such boring card especially for a Legendary....
Well, this card might not be a powerful turn 2 play but it will surely be very strong when you need to stabilize. There is a card in TESL with the same effect called Ebonheart Oracle and it's really powerful. Don't underestimate cards that double something.
Doesn't look like legendary worthy at this point. Wickerflame Burnbristle reprint pretty much. Just another example of how Blizz is making money by just printing a boring effect card and sticking a legendary tag on it.
This is so obvious. I have no idea why this is still the most played card game. Blizz just reprint boring effects for ages now
Well cool combo with Loh or lot of stuff but healing is not what paladin really need. The class got outvalue in control matchup and cant do anything vs combo best decks and 30health doesnt mean anything
This is a fantastic card for buff/quest Pally with cards like Paragon of Light, Chillblade Champion and maybe even Benevolent Djinn The fact that the deck was missing a strong 2 drop makes this all the more important a card.
The card by itself is very good if considered in a vacuum. However, healing is only good when you have a slow but reliable win condition, which at the moment control Paladin lacks
Wow i cant understand how you guys think, this card is insane. Remember shielded minibot? this is his brother with just 1 less attack, but with lifesteal and a great ability.
Well , guess what.
Every decent player will pick that 1 attack with joy over lifesteal and the " great ability " . Its just never great.
In the earlygame the healing aspect is worthless. In the midgame , from call to arms fe. I’d rather have a Scalehide (and even that is bad) . And lategame, well if Burnmage would be popular this would be good .... But let’s face it , there will be combo Druid, Questpriest? Bigmage, Kingsbanerouge, Mechwarrior, and probably still Shudderwock.
It's interesting, but my experience in MTG tells me that double healing won't do much more than regular healing would do. I actually have a white lifegain deck as one of my main Magic decks, and there's not nearly enough room to include a double healing effect in it (and MTG even has more room for it, given that they don't have an upper health limit).
Man, I really can't believe this isn't a mech.... Hunter and Warrior cards have so much mech synergy that this seems completely out of place in comparison, even alongside the Paladin legendary spell.
Rather disappointing. He's a low-cost card. But you don't need healing in the early turns, you probably haven't taken any damage. That's one of the difficulties in blackguard decks against combo decks. Sometimes you don't have any face damage while the opponent sets up a combo and steamrolls you. I thin the card would be ok if it was higher cost with higher stats. I suppose it could be used at the same time as a chillblade for a combo. But that means hanging onto a low cost card and not playing it till jus the right time, and you will probably lose by then for not having a different card to play that can contest the board or taunt.
I find this card so hard to place I feel like he is bad but could also see potential for him to be meta defining current decks wouldn't run him but if a good control deck emerges he will be so powerful.
Putting this card in my quest healadin. It's a sticky two drop that's a great target for buffing, and my deck runs things like paragon of light, true silver, DK, and vicious scalehide. Crystology is great for pulling out lynessa when you need that swing turn on demand. Now if paladin could get a great new buff that's not magnetic, preferably at 3 cost, I think quest paladin can actually be tier 3.
Playable in the future, if control Paladin returns, but currently I don’t think healing is what Paly needs. Playable though, as it’s so cheap, but not exciting (compared to many other Boomsday cards). If I open it, I’ll be disappointed. It reminds me a lot of Wickerflame.
I am legitimately disappointed in this one. For two reasons. No mech synergies. Perhaps some Keyword synergies that some mechs might have but not really a card that looks to synergize with mechs. Secondly, healing was never an issue for paladin.

"just one less attack" on a low cost minion it's all that matters

Lay on Hands is coming back along wil control paladin archetype!
Say that to both Bolvars

Firefly is a good card so firefly that heals you for 4 is good to.

1 Attack in the early game counts for a lot against aggro, which is the only matchup this card is remotely viable against in theory.
To Arms Men!

It just needs more good healing synergy

is Embrace the Shadow synergize with this card?
Blizz, can i play class other than paladin?
