The only way I can see this getting pulled off is T10+ 2x Doomsayer + coin into this. That's a lot to invest into wiping the enemy board and is really only doable if you're a priest, druid, or rouge with access to coins or innervate. Problem is you wipe your board too.
They might as well go full meme and make the requirement 7 minions with 7 Health. It's not going to make a difference to the playability of this card. Trash.
This is a win more card. If your minion health is THAT high their attack is likely high, i mean there aren't many 3/7 cards as of now. Stupid situational and MIGHT see arena play just because of its stats, which still aren't exceptional. Does it count itself as a 7 health minion?
Play Oasis Snapjaw, then Carnivorous Cube it. Kill your cube off on turn 10 for less than 3 mana somehow. Then play Star Aligner! Then immediately punch yourself in the face!
In all seriousness though, So flavor, much suck. I'd actually enjoy the flavor of it if it wasn't a fucking epic :(
The good news, expect some entertaining trollden videos featuring this.
I personally voted 'playable' - not because I actually perceive it as playable, but that's the closest I can give to a 2.5/5 rating.
At first glance, I can't imagine any deck where this would easily fit, so I'd be inclined to rate it as 'bad'. However, that battlecry is absurdly powerful, so I also think ignoring the effect moving forward be unwise. It's possible that with other reveal cards and some crafty deck construction someone can find a deck where the super powerful battlecry shines (think Shudderwock - took some tinkering but last I checked it was a tier 1 deck).
If somewhere were to do it, based on current cards, I wouldn't be surprised if it was an odd shell - upgraded priest hero power is pretty good in a more controlling deck, and Glitter Moth makes the requirement a lot easier to manage. An alternative would be a Lady in White deck where a lot of the minions you're running are going to be high health anyway.
Again, not saying that I think it's currently playable or will be playable - but that battlecry is so strong I think it's worth reflecting on as we move forward.
Edit: for some reason - probably because I've never played with the junk - I thought Glitter Moth changed the health value of all minions in your deck (like Lady of White does). With how it actually works (changing the health of minions on the battlefield - juuuunk. This card wouldn't pull a Lady in White deck from not-competitive to competitive, so unless they bring out some more support it's just not good enough. Gonna drop my rating to bad because the battlecry is still really strong, but without Glitter Moth working the way I thought it did, it would take some pretty strong new cards to make it actually work.

Um, there isn't a single number you can double that then becomes 7. Glitter Moth won't work. Lady in white COULD work but then you'd have add more stars for star aligner to worry about, so to speak.
The effect IS strong but the set up, at least at the moment (more minions to go after all) is far too many hoops to jump through even for this cards pay out. My guess is though we won't see this card have an easy dial combo for it, it ain't called Star Aligner for nothing
Well, currently, without counting this card, there are only 33 cards that trigger the effect in Standard, out of those 17 are neutral, and only 2 are used often in some decks, which are Doomsayer and Charged Devilsaur... Mossy Horror is also used but only in fringe cases, so for now, I doubt this card will see much play, if any at all.
I just hope this has a cool animation when you get the battlecry to trigger! :)
But surely this means more synergy cards for this are on their way? Right? Maybe the legendary minion for priest given that he is a cloner?
Fight promoter says 6 “Or more” health. So this is asking for exactly 7 health. At least it’s flavourful.

Maybe Carrion Drake + Carnivorous Cube + Play Dead +this card
Plain stupid but Just for the meme
Greetings, traveler.
Let's make Hunter great.
7 health, or 7 or more health ?
Idea:
1xSaronite Chain Gang, 1xDefender of Argus, 1xMurmuring Elemental, 1xShudderwock, and 2 of these guys
Play:
Murmuring > Shudderwock > (Saronite), (Argus) > (Saronite), (Argus), (Star Aigner), (Star Aligner)
Get:
14 dmg to enemy face and board... maybe?... never mind...
Over 9000 meme level, i like it.
It'll be very hard to beat this one for the Magma Rager award.
It's just... impossible to take it seriously.

Doomguard -> Carnivorous Cube -> Dark Pact -> Star Aligner
26 dmg at best

Okay so here is the combo on Turn 9
Play Oasis Snapjaw, then Carnivorous Cube it. Kill your cube off on turn 10 for less than 3 mana somehow. Then play Star Aligner! Then immediately punch yourself in the face!

(Looks closely) THE most MANLIEST blood elf in the history of Warcraft art.
Other than that, he is Dr. Jackpot, and at present the battlecry activation is unlikely.

Actually, this may work with Play Dead

This is the absolute definition of win more.

Well there's the first terrible card of the set folks
Don't mind me just passing by

How about a new Brann Bronze beard with 7 heath? Maybe not legendary.
Find a way to get 4 of them into play then play this. Easy peasy.
