We could say all those keyword are worth about 3 mana and then we're left with a 2 mana 3/2 mech which is fair. This could be really good depending on what sort of mech synergies we can find with it. Looking in the mech's we currently have/know about it could be interesting with snowchugger, whirling zap-o matic, Fel Cannon, explosive sheep, arcane nullifier x-21, Wind-up Burglebot, Foe Reaper 4000, and Mekgineer Thermoplugg maybe. Nothing currently to say this will do a lot, but what this thing wants is a mech 5 mana or less so it can use the rush keyword.
Another card to compare this one to is Argent Commander. 1 less mana and you get 1 less attack, rush instead of charge, and 3 pretty good keywords and the magnetic tag. Then again Argent Commander isn't seeing any play outside of Arena sometimes so... hope we find some synergy.
I only just now realized that zilliax is also a good magnetize target. With divine shield, he can survive a turn. You magnetize him next turn, and your 5/5 bot become 8/7 with rush, taunt, and lifesteal, right?
Countess Ashmore and Corpsetaker come to mind when seeing this card, I'm also excited to see more mechs because if they get enough support this expansion and enough playable mechs, then maybe mech mage can make a return to a decent deck in wild again.

I think when Shadowboxer gets Lifesteal it does make an endless loop until you are 100% health
But is still an insane win condition vs any aggro deck, 7 mana, you get a 5/5 taunt, you heal yourself to max life and quite likely you wiped his board. With only two cards. Only thing that stop him are divine shielded minions
Stats are bad but the bonus is amazing in mech decks... especially in a deck that would also run Corpsetaker. This is the Mech version of Al'Akir the Windlord.
The problem i see with this expansion so far that tha whole magnetic theme seems to target a board trading meta.
But most decks atm have kinda set in stone win condition and dont realy care about trading. So unless we see a lot of dirty rat like cards this mechanic looks to irrelevant.
A nice anti-aggro card as it is not only playable by itself, but also really good when fused with another mech to create an annoying taunt with divine shield and lifesteal (aggro hate keywords). Worst case will be that your opponent answers it with silence (which leads to a new silence meta, like back to KaC pre-nerf meta).
Has synergy with Corpsetaker (which does see play mainly in Even Shaman) and Countess Ashmore (which doesn't see play at all because people deem it a worse The Curator due to no Taunt and the odd keywords). Unless Magnetic gets a LOT of love (which is to be expected) and becomes a crucial part in regards to future deckbuilding I don't think this card will see much play. Well, lets wait for more useful standalone Mechs to be revealed!
I imagine this would be used by a control or tempo deck to at minimum remove a troublesome minion and recover a great deal of health in the process, although most such decks I possess have quicker and more efficient ways of doing so. It looks weak, but that is a Neutral Legendary card for you.
