Ok, that makes sense but that's simply stupid. So you start as a different class become rouge turn 1 or 2 and every non rouge class you add and every rouge class you draw discounts it?
Yes, quite stupid. They realized how dumb it was, nerfed it (without changing the dumb interaction), then un-nerfed it out of laziness instead of thinking of a creative buff for Rogue. HOF sequence of bad decisions.
I don't have the wig, so I can't try it out, but I wonder if the windfury minion makes sense here with a bless centered deck. I think I'd also try Lyra just for the fun of RNG spell generation.
card generation seems ridiculous right now because of how limited the card pool is at the moment. Nellie always seems to discover Mr. Smite, you’re liable to face 3 or more Gaias or Leviathans playing against Mech Mage or Mech Paladin, Druid gets to tutor and discover extra copies of their busted spells, etc…but none of this compares to how asinine DH is right now. Everything about their toolkit is disgusting and the way the devs are sitting on it (or “keeping an eye on it” whatever that means) is actively ruining this expansion. Nerf multi strike, nerf the hunter quest, nerf Guff, nerf Smite, and then adjust further in about 2 weeks as needed. Thanks!
Naw, I think card generation really is ridiculous.
just play for fun thats my advice there is no point to go to legend anyway
Yes, once you've been to legend once, why repeat the grind? There's no more big reward for you. I got there, got my legendary, and now I stop at D5 every month for my free epic.
I’d rather they nerf the problem mechanic than continue on a forever quest of nerfing whatever card is problematic to discover.
There are some cards that are great and cool and fun if they can only be in the deck once. If they get discovered 4 times, however, we have a problem. Why nerf the great card when the problem is the discover? Almost every deck that ends up being complained about on this site is powered by discover. Currently, Druid, pirate warrior, and Mech mage are all discover decks.
Maybe I’m just old. I miss the days of card counting and anticipating an opponent’s deck. Discover kinda put an end to that level of strategy.
I’d be fine with a lowered frequency. Something where you really win the lottery if you discover that particular card. As it is currently, I can regularly get 2-3 Gaias as mage in one game. In a recent arena run 9-3 with DH, I discovered metamorphosis 5 times from the panda.
It would also be just fine not to have legendaries in the pool. It would not make the game linear or boring. In fact, just having random draw like swashburgler instead of discover would be fine.
Also, discover from your deck should not be a thing. Tracking used to come at a cost as hunters only draw, and now everyone has it. Some have it with a bonus.
They really need to nerf the amalgam of the deep, this card enables pirate warrior, mech mage and mech paladin so well.
This of course in addition to Kazakuzan, whetstone hatchet (down to 3 or 2 durability). The benefits warrior reap from this weapon is horrible. In combination with pufferfist, the 2 dmg battlecry guy and the defias cannoneer is just horrible. If they would be limited in their weapon swings it would feel so much more fair.
Yes, discover a beast was on a 4 cost 3/3. Now this discover is on a 2 cost 2/3. One of the most played and highest win rates of the expansion.
I would like the warrior nerf to be some combination of small nerfs to warrior pirates instead of or in addition to just slowing down the quest by one pirate. The 1/4 weapon could be a 1/3 or 1/2. Cannoneer could just hit once. The 5 damage spell should be 3 or 4. The rush guy goes back to 5 health. The deck is just 30 overstated cards put together.
I, not sure it would matter much. Quest warrior is an aggro deck, and the juggernaut is something of a win more piece most of the time. But I like interactive things.
I think nerfing the Juggernaut to make it a 10/10 (or something) with “can’t attack” would be interesting strategically. Give people a chance to remove it. Or give the warrior a chance to silence it.
I usually have to netdeck to go from D10 to D5 each month, but I just made it with a home brew deck. Feels good! This Reno mage has been pretty fun, and it has a decent chance against Warrior, Mech Mage, and Ramp Druid.
Interesting. I would think they would just have Apple do all their security checks in advance in order to release mobile at the same time. There's obviously a lot I don't know about this. Thanks for the responses.

I like Queen A in mine since this deck has a lot of cheap spells. I guess it's a bit slow, but it's 10 extra face damage.

I’d have problem with it, as it would just increase the strategy involved.

and I second the motion for a hatchet nerf.

Yup, no card needs a buff as much as nozdormu.
Or, leave his stats as is but buff him so that the timer is shortened if either player has him in their deck. This aint chess, people!
