It's only just occurring to me that Echo and Quest Rogue might really destroy things for a while.
It's for this reason why I'm certain Blizzard won't print any 1-mana neutral echo cards. Quest Rogue would get out of control yet again. On the other hand, this mechanic justifies the nerf for The Caverns Below in the first place. I think too many people forgot that the quest could get more support in the future when the nerf happened.

On the third day before Witchwood, Blizzard gave to me,
Utter garbage. "Random legendary" has never been good. Confessor, Sneed's, Rotgut... All unplayable in constructed.
In arena this will be a decent card.
The problem with those cards is that they put the random Legendaries directly on the battlefield, negating any Battlecries. This allows you some choice in the matter.

As much as this card looks amazing and overpowered, there is a handful of legendary minions that are bad and can't affect you in the game. However investing 9 mana to get three legendary can be good if you high roll into Lich King/Ysera/Edwin etc. that will benefit you or your deck. Also shadow stepping this to add more is a very interesting way to keep adding more if you desire but you gotta be careful with hand overload
I knew someone was going to say this. No, I didn't. What made Elise good was not adding random legendaries to your hand. What made her good was giving you an end-game option in a control/fatigue match-up when your hand full of spells or removal would have otherwise been dead cards. Wanna try again?

I'm sorry but I have to disagree. Regardless of effects, if you put every legendary in a hat and pick one at random, chances are it's not going to be a great card. Something that makes top tier decks good is consistency. It is impossible for this card to be consistent.

Is this post a joke or what? Elise replaced your hand and your deck (usually close to fatigue) with random legendaries. Yeah, RANDOM LEGENDARIES, bro. So saying that " 'Random legendary' has never been good' is totally wrong. You were wrong, deal with it my dear friend, and learn to express your opinions properly. :)
Everyone asking about if you shadwostep it will the echo cost 1, NO it will not. It's the same as if you have DK Valeera out and shadowstep a minion. Once you play the shadowstepped minion the shadow reflection of it still costs the normal amount.
I see this being ok in some kind of control rogue deck, but not good enough to see any real play in a competitive deck.
The card is just way too slow for rogue, further analysis isn't even really needed.
But for the sake of argument, random legendaries aren't really that good. But if rogue did have the time to play a card like this, it's obviously insane value.
In arena, this card is completely bonkers obviously.

This is a good "draw" card, because most of the legendaries have a high power level. The question is - can we make a rogue deck, which will profit from this slow card draw?
On the third day before Witchwood, Blizzard gave to me,
three Handlock decks,
two Molten Giants
and a winstreak to Legend Rank #3
Disclaimer: This is a fictional poem and this didn't actually happen to me.

Control rogue finally happening?
I'm not sure it'll be good, but it looks fun.
In general better value than Sindragosa...
Rated playable for meme and arena value. Useless in constructed.

Good power level. Not OP but could be used. Good design.
