I knew someone was going to say this. No, I didn't. What made Elise good was not adding random legendaries to your hand. What made her good was giving you an end-game option in a control/fatigue match-up when your hand full of spells or removal would have otherwise been dead cards. Wanna try again?
Also Elise doesn't make the cut in any deck in current Wild meta. She is nowhere near as strong as she used to be, it's a shame btw cause I have her golden, but yeah, she's unplayable.
WTF? She was useful during a considerable period of time, who cares if she is now unplayable?

Completely agree. There's plenty of times random legendaries didn't give you anything, and you ended up losing. But control warrior needed a way to convert it's final few cards (usually card draw, since you had barely any cards left in your deck) into something more valuable. The fact that they were random legendaries was fine, but it doesn't make it great. Rogue may find a niche for this, but adding a random legendary isn't busted or even definitely playable.
This is garbage for rogue in constructed. Good in Arena.
Rogue just can't play a value oriented game with the tools she currently has. If there are more control tools given to her in the upcoming expansion, i might change my mind. Until then, Rogue only plays Tempo/Combo decks. This card fits in neither. Playing a 3 mana 2/2 do nothing this turn is a tempo killer.
Well the question is if you shadow step it will the echo card also keep it’s reduce cost ? If not it’s a really slow meme deck and probably too bad to be played in competitive. It‘s a decent card for arena tho
I believe the echo'ed copies are regular cost despite discounts on the original.

Is this post a joke or what? Elise replaced your hand and your deck (usually close to fatigue) with random legendaries. Yeah, RANDOM LEGENDARIES, bro. So saying that " 'Random legendary' has never been good' is totally wrong. You were wrong, deal with it my dear friend, and learn to express your opinions properly. :)
Wow "bro," why are you mad? Because the rest of the posers are in agreement? Your logic is fallacy-based, and therefore wrong. See "red herring."
You said nothing to disprove or counter my argument about her usefulness in control match-ups. You just spewed the word "wrong" over and over again like a child whose mama won't give him his rattle.

ASsuming it functions the same as Unstable Evolution it copies the original card without buffs. It’s already been confirmed that minions that have been hand buffed will not receive the buff on the echos. So echo will be full cost.
Personally I dislike “random legendary” cards, There’s a fair few below average legendaries. In Arena it’s OP but in standard it’ll probably be overhyped like Sindragosa or Rotface
It doesn't matter if the card gives you random legendaries or if random legendaries in your hand is a good thing or not.
The thing Is, Rogue just CAN'T play this card. Rogue still does not have the tools needed to play the slow control game that Warriors and Priests that found Elise useful could play. Did rogues play Elise before? No! And they certainly will not play this card.
I have a feeling blizz will print some kind of deathrattle echo, neutral or rogue, that will combo with rogue spellstone. ATM, Lesser Onyx Spellstone only sees play in slower controlling N'Zoth usually jade rogues. I think if a card like this is printed, then this legendary might see play in a controlling/tempo rogue, which will be fun to play, but certainly not T1. With our current knowledge, the legendary is a good hand-filler turn 9 when you can play 9 mana 6/6 stats add 3 random legendaries to the hand. That seems pretty powerful.
This card looks really fun to play and I'd craft it even if it sucks :)

LMAO, "the rest of the posers". Ok, I'm going to try to ignore your terrible grammar for a moment because I'm not a grammar nazi, but sorry, I would be worried if I were you about the few users who totally agree with you...
People who say this is bad, rethink, dont judge too fast.
Shadowstep, Cheat Death, Sonya Shadowdancer, Vanish, Zola the Gorgon... a fun deck, probably not competitive at all. Especially fun if you get Grumble, Worldshaker a couple of times.

DANE DON'T LET US DOWN!
this card is not garbage. cheap cards that enable infinite value combos are very rarely 'strictly bad'.
