not really, you could get a good deathrattle like sherazin or set up a gadgetzan if your opponents ignores it. its has quite a lot of uses and some new cards might work well with it.
Interesting for Wild Mode! This could produce more for a N'Zoth, the Corruptor Rogue deck. The ability to cheat minions with strong abilities and/or deathrattles is a profoundly good one. Take Barnes for example. Getting certain cards really helps out with the strategy and the same is here for this minion. Not to mention, it can loop with itself if you have the other in your hand. I can see you using this alongside Sludge Belcher, Aya Blackpaw, and other cards that go along with N'zoth. On the other hand, Malygos and Bloodmage Thalnos are powerful too. Seems very viable.
Having this as deathrattle will make the 1/1 not survive in 99% of times. So be it Malygos, Auctioneer or whatever, won't matter. On the other hand its pretty decent if 1/1 is has a decent deathrattle effect like Aya or Cairne.
You forgot that you can trigger your own deathrattle by trading into something too. In that case you can 'plan' on when you want your auctioneer/malygos to pop up.

If played on turn 3, your opponent will usually kill both the 3-3 and the 1-1 on your next turn. If the 1-1 is not a very strong deathrattle minion, you are screwed, meaning you have to build your deck around this card pretty hard. Other trigger-deathrattle decks have failed to make a major impact.
For malyrogue, it seems clunky to me. If you have to use prep+evis to get maly on the board, you might as well just play him from hand. A combo like this+thalnos+backstab+prep+evis+prep+evis+sinister+sinister is nice, but is 10 cards, including maly...
Kinda like Barnes. Barnes +ive: can draw anything from your deck; Illusionist +ive: can be manipulated by playing things out of your hand.
Will most likely die the turn after it is played so Deathrattles seem the best bet. Was N'Zoth Rogue a thing? No. Will it become a thing now? Unlikely unless more support is incoming.
I think this might be meta-defining. Between 2x this and 1x Barnes, hitting essentially a free Malygos on turn 5 with any number of razor petals is just straight up nuts. I'm probably wrong, but I could see this card being a bit like the high-roller Priest but maybe even a bit more consistent.
Have both copies of Kobold in hand, play Umbra then Kobold.....infinite value or am I missing something? Only requirement is have no other minions in hand but how hard is that?
For 8 mana that's 11/12 in stats and infinite board. Pretty good, right?
probably only good with malygos for rogue
only good if you can stealth it
kisses are a better fate than wisdom
What about Knife Juggler with Spiritsinger Umbra then you play this, with the second copy as the only minion in hand?
Edit:
forgot that it fills your board rather than dealing infinite
EZ big rogue EZ?
Jade rogue like this card.
It could be a very good card with the right deck, but absolutely does not fit into any of the current rogue decks.
Barnes-ish for one less stat. Playable.

Get nae nae'd!
The effect will mostly trigger on your opponent turn, and he/she will kill the token, so it doesn't matter.
My magic will tear you apart!
Good to summon:
1st tier :deathrattle, end turn activation minion
2nd tier: lord tribal minion (give something to all tribal minion: pirate, murloc, dragon, elemental, demon), spell damage, poisonous
3rd tier: taunt, charge
meh tier: battlecry
I see a huge amount of jade rogue potential with this, rogue has some great deathrattle cards aswell, like sherazin and Xaril.

Gonna work decent with shadowstep, if survives. 4th turn this, 5th turn barnes and u get 2 choices to shadowstep
It would be much more playable if the ability were a battlecry.
Bad players whine.
Good players adapt.
If it was a battlecry it would have been insane .
The way it is now it's just bad, cause opponent controls how it gets killed and can deal with what it summons .

Balancing busted cards version 1.0.
