so guys I have enough dust to make a legendary I was wandering which legendary should I make should I make a dk or elise the trailblazer or any good neutral legendery or even a good legendary that I can make a deck around
I have plenty of dust still have no clue, I would recommend crafting only cards for the decks you enjoy playing with. In my case I am grinding for legendary this month and want to craft something to help that, but still no clue...

Looking at your collection, Im not sure that you have enough of a card base to make use of a legendary. The closest you have is a Rouge deck, perhaps Edwin VanCleef? But that would be counter to my second piece of advice to craft neutral cards from the Classic set at this stage because Edwin is a Rouge only card.

I would improve your best deck(s) , is anything missing from them? Also looking at your collection you have a lo0t of extra cards, have you disenchanted the extras? You can only use 1 legendary in a deck and 2 of everything else I see you have 3, 4, and 5 of some cards.
so should I try and make a rouge deck and craft Edwin vancleef if not then what deck should I make I want to try and rank up as high as possible this month I enjoy control decks the most but I probably don't have enough cards for it

It was just a suggestion, but think long and hard before crafting it. Try a budget Rouge deck first before crafting. You might be better off looking at lower cost decks that match what you like to play.
The situation is tricky because there are no must craft legendary that fits in every deck like Dr. Boom or Sylvanas Windrunner or Ragnaros the Firelord, at least not for standard. As for a strong legendary around which you could build a deck there are 2 currently: the Warlock and Priest DK heroes, however with the rumored Druid nerfs we don't know what the meta will be after that. Also both require a fairly expensive decks, especially Priest.
If I was you I'd hold on to my dust for the time being and if you want to climb you could try a cheaper deck until the Druid nerfs come and the meta becomes clear. One really cheap deck for ladder is Midrange Hunter - it's practically mostly commons and some rares.
As for safe legendaries to craft Tirion Fordring is probably the best legendary in standard and the most flexible legendary in standard is probably Bloodmage Thalnos. Bloodmage Thalnos sees use in Rogue decks, Warlock decks and Mage decks and is genuinely very useful regardless of the deck.
Bloodmage Thalnos was my first ever crafted legendary. Totally worth it, it is useful in lots of decks.
so I might want to try and start building a handolock deck I will start by crafting bloodreaver guldan and then disancant sindragosa and princess hurrean and some golden cards I don't need which willbring me to close to 1000 dust to try and craft the most of the rest of the deck I also really want to have a dk for myself cause I don't have anyone
Then you should play the prologue for the TFT solo adventure and get the random DK before crafting anything.
I'm not proud of it but I already did the prouloge and got a dk and disenchanted him I realise it was a mistake doing it but theres nothing I can do about it now I might fovus on buying kft packs so I could try to get me a dk

I understand wanting to have a better collection/deck and perhaps dusting a good card to build it. But from what I can tell your a newer player. Its best to get advice before doing something like that. I started playing a month and a half before Ungoro. I made plenty of mistakes when Ungoro was released, including crafting one of the worst quests released. The Warlock Lakkari Sacrifice. I took it as a learning experience and wont be doing it again. The only things I dust are exrta cards and gold versions of things I have standard versions of. Dusting a gold version of something you dont have doesnt make a lot of sense. The DK will do you no good if you dont have a good deck to surround it with. A strong deck without a DK is way better than a DK in a crap deck. I would advise you to focus on doing daily quests for gold. Save the gold to buy packs from the next release. Also play the Tavern Brawl every week for the free pack. I would not craft or buy anything but cards from Ungoro, Frozen Throne, the next expansion, and Classic. In April of 2018 the 2015 sets will rotate out to wild and you will not be able to play them in standard. If your willing to spend real money, make sure to buy the current years sets, and focus in on Classic. You will be able to play the Classic cards forever. Buy the Classic packs deal if you havent already. I would also keep an eye out for the pre release deal that they offer before a new expansion and buy that if your going to buy the cards anyway. I know this isnt the advice you really asked for. But with the current state of your collection there are no fast fixes unless you want to spend a couple hundred dollars. I saved gold and I now have 4 strong decks and will be in better shape once the 2015 cards rotate out. Up to you, but its a choise of pay cash now and build fast, or take the slow approach, save money and not have the greatest decks right now.
ok then I wait and yess while not whaling I do don't mind spending some money on the game
I am not a free to play player myself. But I do budget what I spend. I love the game and a little spent here and there makes the game more fun because I have more cards to build decks with. Thats why I recommended the pre order deal before. IIIEPJIOKabove gave a good list of the more valuable/useful legendary cards. Most are in the classic set except Elsie, Lyra, Tarim (all 3 from Ungoro), the Lich King (Frozen Throne), and Fandral. Fandral will rotate out in April 2018, all the rest I mentioned have at least a year to play in standard. I would probably add The Black Knight (kills taunts, and the Lich King is a taunt) and Ysera if you like to play priest.

The goal of all life is death.
if you have demons at least 7, and if they are strong ones, then you may craft Bloodreaver Gul'dan. Cuz it's very easy to play
Kalimos, Primal Lord + Invocation of Earth + Thrall, Deathseer = The heck? Thrall, Deathseer should renamed to; Thrall, Valueseer
If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.

As a general rule... don't disenchant cards. Good luck choosing your card.
