So some of you might not know this but Blizzard slipped in a "fix" to Naga Sea Witch in the last patch. Before Naga's effect will always make a card cost 5 inspite of any cost reductions done by the likes of Emperor Thaurissan and the Giants. Now Naga will work with Giants, the cost reduction from the Giants is added onto the Naga effect, which means you can play 0 Mana Mountain and Molten Giants if you play Naga on turn 5 provided you have 5+ cards and -5 health for the latter.
Personally I think this is so busted, but apparently this change to the card was intended.
Yes, I am so sick of meeting people on ladder who are abusing this mechanic (Kappa). No, but seriously, I haven't seen anyone play this yet and I've played both standard and wild. I also don't think this is viable.
I met a giant Naga warlock deck in wild. Clock, molten, sea, mountain, arcane, snow...he had them all. I still managed to defeat him with highlander priest, but now makes me sad that i dusted one naga :/
I just made my own druid with this concept and Loatheb to prevent AOEs. It's a pretty interesting deck. I had a game where I ramped into coin naga giant. The opponent decided to leave the naga up so I played a 5 mana UI into a spam of 0 mana giants
The combo wasn't much of a carry though. More games than not, I end up playing all the giants without naga and do just fine for druid reasons some reason, making it a weaker ramp druid most of the time
I think all the cards being neutral is a bit scary for the format. Druid appears to be the big winner (what else is new) because they can hit 5-mana the fastest and Ultimate Infestation has got to be one of the best cards to cheat out for 5-mana.
Actually, I started playing Hand Druid before I realized Naga worked like this now. Bright-Eyed Scout changes the Giants in a nice way too, although not as nicely as Naga ahhhh
Well, the card wasn't like this before and there have been no other reported card changes like this so hardly seems like a bug. Stuff like this has happened before where some things have been left out in patch notes. Dunno why.

Takes some time till people find out by some pro starting to test this. I think it's bad vs hard aggro tho.
And i found the Naga deck. It is actually good.
It's broken as fuck in Wild.

Are we sure it was intended?
It is strange that such a change occurs with no patch notes about it.
I just faced a druid.
At 25 health and an empty board he played 1 Naga, 2 Molten giants and an Arcane giant.
Another good deck for Druidstone.
dont draw the naga or get it removed with a sweeper and the deck is trash

I played against a Hunter Naga Sea Witch deck the other day. I hadn't seen it before and actually really enjoyed it.
Why not just play Astral ?
If you're going to build your whole deck around 2 cards better go big right ?
Considering they keep changing code of various mechanics etc, it wouldn't surprise me that they didn't notice.
That said, Blizzard doesn't take action unless card is deemed "broken."
Sounds like it's still Johnny garbage to me, but hey, whatever trips your trigger.
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
