Nice to see that they finally made this card. So much meme deck potential here. While it likely won't be top tier, its a great addition to the game. Thumbs up.
Control paladin run 2 cards combo for full removal of the board from the beggining of the game and control mage always use an inferior combo with Nova + doomsayer, there is no reason to think don't will work in warlock control, x2 this + x2 doomsayer, don't need anything else.
This is a better combo than Frost Nova + Doomsayer so I am pretty sure they'll be run as two offs. Sure Treachery standalone is nowhere near as good as Frost Nova, but as Warlock you draw a lot more and the effectiveness of the combo is too high to ignore. Unless Defile makes the need for this combo obsolete, I don't see why you wouldn't run two.
It is not a better combo than Frost Nova + Doomsayer, because one of the strongest things with Nova/Doom combo is that you basically kill their next turn.

Is better because you will remove the board for sure, don't have time for opponent answer, for warlock control be back the only missing piece is a decent healing.
Omg everyone who says this is good with doomsayer or tickling abom, you need to understand the fact that this card on its own is really really bad, same goes for tickling abom. If you dont draw the combo whats the use of those cards? Doom+frost nova are good, because frost nova by itself is a good card that can get usage, even without doomsayer. This is a freaking dead card if you dont combo it with something. And handlock has strong midrange game starting on turn 4, thats where the comeback starts and tickling abomination ruins that midrange game.
Those cards are, in certain situations, more-or-less playable on their own. To play them and then stick your opponent with the drawback could be a nasty tide-turner.
It is not a constructed card but I really love it. It looks like more of a fun card. In Gadgetzan era, people used Dirty Rat MC Tech combo and this card can help you to do another MC Tech combo as well.
The only thing that is reasonable and competitive is Doomsayer, though.
Does it work with Moat Lurker ? Do you get the minion instead of your opponent ??
I mean:
You have a 3 attack minion on board and your opponent Name Card = huge threat. You Moat Lurker it the big minion, Treachery on Moat Lurker and attack into it with your 3 attack minion. Do you get the huge threat to be summoned on your board? If so, this is a combo Mind Control for Warlock.
It's high-cost for the effect and has a chance to boomerang hard, but it also creates some very interesting and creative possibilities.
I'll give points for being novel, at the very least.
Interestinv line of tought
This card will be the highlight of so many trollden videos... I can't wait.
Looks like a fun card but is probably too circumstantial... you gotta fill your deck with crap cards to play it... playable (just for the fun of it)
It might even be that super great with doomsayer, as doomsayer sometimes is better as a tempo delay or 7 armor.
Too situational to see play even in arena
As a priest player I am absolutely jealous about this card.

MTG had the same card, was played in a lot of combo decks.
Besides Doomsayer combo, this is pretty useless atm though. But this can change with new cards with drastic negative deathrattles
How does this work with Yogg? I assume like Yogg killing sylvanas where suddenly the other player is casting the spells? Is this a Yogg Nerf?
THE END IS COMING!
