Even with the updates this list is still bad. Also I like how cards are in multiple tiers.

Saying RNG isn't detracting from skill in hearthstone, won't convince anyone it's a good idea. It just shows your too stupid to understand the basics principles of good game design.
Can confirm the DarkShire Alchemist is bonkers, and replaced my flash heals. Ultra versatile, and comes perfectly on curve after the auchenai and gives huge tempo.
Several cards in OP's tier 3 and "unplayable" list and now seeing active play in constructed, and some are crushing the meta. Several cards in his Tier 1 and 2 lists are growing more and more extinct on ranked mode by the minute. Obviously this also isn't a good list for arena. Respect OP's effort in making this but ultimately I think it's wasted

Really? I don't play it. I think it sucks, but I have to wait to be sure.
You can't judge a card based solely on the unlikely situation where your Auchenai Soulpriest survives.

What is this constructed we're talking about 3-4 days into the expansion? You're just taking the piss like other young folk. Let's talk when the dust settles, then you can take the piss if you want.
I think the Priest cards ended up being a little better than this list predicted.
Forbidden Shaping has been a massive success for me. Turns out playing it on 8 nearly guarantees a great outcome (Yay for getting Tirion or Rag, Fire or Lightlord in Priest), and playing it on 3 or 4 are pretty decent, and can even out your curve quite nicely. In my eyes so far, it's really good, and would be a high tier 2 card.
Herald Volazj is still a niche card, but it hasn't been nearly as clunky or win more as I thought it would be. In my N'Zoth Priest, it rarely sits in my hand while I wait for a time to use it. Hitting a single deathrattle (even something small like Loot Hoarder, Shifting Shade, Harvest Golem) gives him good value, and there are many other little useful interactions here or there. Not sure how I would rate him in a tier list, as he works only in specific decks, but I don't think he's as garbage and unusable as everyone initially thought.
Darkshire Alchemist seems to be a perfectly fine card. I used it for a bit, but found it didn't fit in my deck, but the bit of recovery and decent body it offers would certainly be welcome in many decks.

I don't "judge" the card. When I say "I can confirm", that means I played it. It's not just good with Auchenai (and by the way, it's not that unlikely she survives, on the contrary) but works marvelously well to just heal a big minion, stuff like Injured Blademaster, or simply yourself when you need it. It works extremely well in my deck, that's what I was here to say.
Darkshire doesn't fit in any deck, thats why I had it in tier 4. Then I moved her to tier 3 because of Embrace the Shadow interaction. Turns out I don't like either cards after testing them, but I'm waiting someone to build a successful deck around them if thats even possible.
I had Forbidden Shaping in tier 2 originally, because of turn 8. I even suggested you had to hero power on 10 before playing this card. But after seeing the outcomes on every other turn I wasn't impressed. However, after seeing someone take this shit to legend #1 I'm starting to feel like its good again. But I can't be sure because this happened on the very first day of the expansion and all you had to do was counter Shaman in the legend ladder. Good to hear you're having success with it, I actually don't dislike the card. I hope it sees play in classic Priest.
I just opened Herald Volazj. Very tempting to disenchant him lol. Right now N'Zoth decks are very greedy and I feel like most of them will die out next season. I don't think I got this one wrong tbh.
Sorry if it came out wrong, everyone seems to be taking the piss around here.
Auchenai Soulpriest might survive, but you have 2 circles and 2 flash heals in your deck that you want to put to good use, so I don't like "might survive". I hate playing her on curve.

Thanks for sharing your experience.
Oh yeah, I'm not really saying you got Herald wrong, just offering some insight I've gathered on it. I can totally understand the Herald assessment. N'Zoth decks are pretty dang greedy by nature, but I think a rather refined one would give you enough options to be able to make both safe and greedy options. Hopefully such a deck comes out, because it's really a fun archetype to play.
My experience with Herald just sort of echoes most people's thoughts... He'll be garbage in most decks, but he has potential to be realllllly good in one or two decks.
I appreciate you compiling this list and continuing the discussion post release!
So...are N'Zoth, the Corruptor and Ragnaros, Lightlord worth to craft for viable ladder decks? Or is it too soon to judge that? I see some diversity concerning the opinion about N'Zoth.
Some say he's great and definitely one of the best legends from WoG ,other say it's too greedy/inconsistent to play him . Additionally,I would be interested to know,if somebody had the experience playing Anomalus in a freeze mage deck.I have a golden one ,so I might disenchant him if he's really useless.
I personally tested Princess Huhuran . She's great if you draw her with a Savannah Highmane , Cairne Bloodhoof or Sylvanas Windrunner . It's not that easy though but it's a gamechanger if you are able to trigger one of them. The rest doesn't seem that amazing to trigger their deathrattles.
Hey. I do think current N'Zoth decks are very greedy. Next season we should see more solid midrange / aggro decks and some N'Zoth decks will just die out. I do think Paladin will remain strong, but I'm not sure about the other ones. I don't know about Ragnaros, Lightlord but N'Zoth is probably worth crafting.
I'll try him out myself once I can, but I suggest you watch Sjow stream as he's been playing that a lot.
Actually, only Forbidden Ritual is a great (tier 1) forbidden card.
The others are merely "ok".
All of the Forbidden cards are being SEVERELY underestimated. Although they aren't as flashy or don't have as much obvious "value," their strength comes from how games actually play out. The consistency those cards give will win you more games in the long term than another specific card will win you in a couple fringe cases.
Flame Lance will win you that one game where you need to do 8 damage but it wont win you the other 30 games where you need different amounts of damage.

I forgot to add that Forbidden Healing is also pretty good, up there with the Ritual probably. It's the only forbidden card I haven't tried out myself but judging from some streams it makes control paladin really, really strong.
But now I'd say that the only underestimated forbidden card was the Ritual, it's just fantastic. Healing is good as expected. Shaping was vastly overrated and Flame doesn't exactly carry tempo mages, it's "eh, alright". Ancient is... forgettable lol.

So far all of the Forbidden cards have been really good.
Please update your categorization according to the current meta. Right now it's just so wrong.
